I also asked him to rototill and amend the soil with top quality amendments. We had talked about the 4 cu yards I would need. He arrived with his crew and they started clearing while Calmo went to pick up the plants I had purchased along with the amendments. He returned and we laid out the plants. I noticed he had not brought the rototiller or the soil amendment and asked. He skipped my question. He asked if I had planned on landscape fabric or bark chips. He said he had bark chips. I had not intended on it, but had 8 bags in the garage. He said we needed 20 more. I was getting frustrated that our visions were not meshing. We bought more mulch. Skipping to the end, my yard looks nicer, but I did not get what I wanted. He tried to push me towards getting sod and also having him put in a sprinkler system. I appreciate the work he did but feel like the communication was not great.

Charles, the sewage expert from AAA inspected our septic tank which he said wasn't the source of the smell and that we didn't need to pump and refill. Saving us a cool $500. Provided instruction on how to 'clean' our lines from the house to the septic and further instructed us to contact a plumber to have our P traps cleaned and that will resolve the smell. He could have easily said we need our tank pumped, however, told us we could get another 2 years of service with our existing septic tank system. Highly recommend AAA and Charles!

I called around an AAA was the only one to return my call, they had same-day availability (for a fee), and came right out. AAA pumped out my septic tank, cleaned the filter, and checked the system. The driver showed me the problem that caused the backup (lack of maintenance on my part) and gave me tips on caring for my system to prevent BIG problems while they're small and manageable. I felt like this was service above and beyond. Great work from great people, excellent value.

While he was pumping out my system, he taught me a ton about best practices in operating and maintaining my septic. He even let me make a video of him to share with my husband so we both knew what was going on. I liked that he was a one-man shop, and just a really nice guy out there doing the dirty work, and doing it well. No one looks forward to having their septic pumped, but Im actually looking forward to seeing him again in a few years because I know I'll get great service!

The install included all required permit submissions and approvals for a pump station near the cabin, replacement of the old inlet and outlet lines, and two breaker panel circuits for the pump and alarm. The quality of his work and communication were excellent and the job was completed 3 weeks ahead of schedule for a reasonable price.
