Instead, these guys came and removed the branch, repaired our roof, and fixed the ceiling with such an expert patch job that you can't even tell where the hole was on our ceiling. Andy came out to take a look and give an estimate, and while he was here we discussed other major work on another locust that would keep our roof safe in the future. I was impressed by Andy's knowledge and experience, and his estimate turned out to be slightly lower than another estimate we'd gotten, so we went with Dominant. A few days later Matthew arrived right on time with his crew. In addition to the branch removals, tree shaping and trimming, Matthew took the time to replace an old cable on our biggest locust that he saw was cutting into the bark with a superior cabling system. He and his crew were all so helpful, pleasant, and respectful of the yard and garden. Despite all the heavy branches that needed trimming, there was no damage to anything and cleanup was above and beyond.
