When we…read morecalled the roofing company, they told us they wouldn't come out until the tree was removed and then we would still have to have yet another company to come and fix the ceiling inside. Instead, these guys came and removed the branch, repaired our roof, and fixed the ceiling with such an expert patch job that you can't even tell where the hole was on our ceiling. Not to mention, they did all of this in one day, the very day it happened and was very reasonably priced! Definitely recommend. Definitely would hire again. 10 out of 10.

I contacted Calmo Landscaping for some updates in my yard. He came over and we talked about my…read moreideas which included planting in the front and back yards. I also asked him to rototill and amend the soil with top quality amendments. We had talked about the 4 cu yards I would need. He arrived with his crew and they started clearing while Calmo went to pick up the plants I had purchased along with the amendments. He returned and we laid out the plants. I noticed he had not brought the rototiller or the soil amendment and asked. He skipped my question. He asked if I had planned on landscape fabric or bark chips. He said he had bark chips. I had not intended on it, but had 8 bags in the garage. He said we needed 20 more. I was getting frustrated that our visions were not meshing. We bought more mulch. Skipping to the end, my yard looks nicer, but I did not get what I wanted. He tried to push me towards getting sod and also having him put in a sprinkler system. I appreciate the work he did but feel like the communication was not great.

Our house is surrounded by beautiful, messy locust trees, one of which dropped a couple of big…read morebranches on our roof and on our power line. Andy came out to take a look and give an estimate, and while he was here we discussed other major work on another locust that would keep our roof safe in the future. I was impressed by Andy's knowledge and experience, and his estimate turned out to be slightly lower than another estimate we'd gotten, so we went with Dominant. A few days later Matthew arrived right on time with his crew. In addition to the branch removals, tree shaping and trimming, Matthew took the time to replace an old cable on our biggest locust that he saw was cutting into the bark with a superior cabling system. He and his crew were all so helpful, pleasant, and respectful of the yard and garden. Despite all the heavy branches that needed trimming, there was no damage to anything and cleanup was above and beyond. If you need this kind of work done I can highly recommend Dominant to take care of you.
