Instead, these guys came and removed the branch, repaired our roof, and fixed the ceiling with such an expert patch job that you can't even tell where the hole was on our ceiling. Not to mention, they did all of this in one day, the very day it happened and was very reasonably priced! Definitely recommend. Definitely would hire again. 10 out of 10.

More recently, the plum tree in our backyard lost a big limb in a windstorm and another was cracked from the weight of snow. Olympia Tree Team got the limbs cut back and cleaned up, chipped them, and left us the woodchips as requested for mulch. They worked quickly and on our schedule. We'll definitely hire them again to help keep our trees tidy!

He also 'forgot' that we wanted to keep the wood for our fireplace and took most of it away. He gave us his word that he would make repairs, We repaired the fence and gate ourselves, 8 months later he finally replaced the section of the damaged downspout but did not paint it to match the rest of the gutters and trim. I asked if he was going to complete the repair, he told me "to give him a bad review and leave him the funk alone". All of the stump grinders commented about the height of the stump Daniel left behind.

After two weeks and calling my landlord to try and get me to change this review, Dave contacted me and asked me to take it down. This review now reflects facts versus feelings more accurately. I would still not recommend them for tree care, but they can chop and chip well.

When I confronted the workers, I was told to contact their office, which I did. The desk person took my info and reached out to The "foreman" who called me back the next day and got all the info and was going to have a talk with the employee who did it. The foreman said he would have the owner call me to make things right. It has been over a month and I have called and emailed multiple times and have received no further communication from the company. Do not do business with them as they probably will do the same to you and will ignore you once they damage your property.

I accepted because they could be there quickly. On the day of service it was NOT the same person. They took down the trees (without any special equipment) that were overhead of the driveway but left leaning trees. When I inspected the work I pointed out other trees in the same bunch leaning toward the driveway. They wanted another $50 (cash) to take down the 4 trees I could see. After they were done there were still some trees leaning toward the driveway. I was out of cash and gave up. If you use these guys be sure you are clear on what they are going to do. They will want the specific number of trees you want removed.
