Rain pros broke my irrigation system while repairing a backflow valve. In total I paid $2000 for them to break my irrigation system and have 1/2 my yard die. I had another company who dug up the backflow valve and showed that rainpros disconnected half my irrigation system and were clearly responsible. Now I am waiting on Tim Buiten to grow a spine take fault, instead of just my money. Don't let this shady company take your money. I would also recommend stearing clear of all of Tim's companies: Tim's complete landscaping management and rain pros.

Both times I've taken vacation to be present and give them access, and then had to take additional vacation to be present for their reschedule. All while needing to make up time at my job and rearranging my schedule due to their lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Absolutely capable of doing the job, entirely not capable of meeting their promises or call to inform about changes of plans. We will not be using their services again.
