Fast response. Friendly. Cleaned up the area really well. Will definitely use them in the future

Great experience with Pacific Northwest Tree Services. The estimate was fair and Craig got his crew out the next day to cut down the two large trees that were encroaching on our roof and siding. The process was quick and efficient and the clean-up of the area after cutting down the trees was great! Would definitely recommend Pacific Northwest Tree Services to anyone needing any tree work on their property. read more

I called on a Friday evening about a tree that was about 30ft and growing where it would eventually wreck my retaining wall. Craig was about to come out on Monday and shared he'd be able to remove the cottonwood on Thursday, but if his schedule opened up he could do it sooner. He was able to do it the next day. Him and his business partner came out exactly on time and proceeded to cut down the tree with amazing skill. They removed all of the pieces and referred me to Wolberts for chemical application the m to stop the tree from regrowing since I live on a slope which prevented the stump from being grounded. If you have a tree that needs to be removed, I wholeheartedly recommend this business. read more

A yearling pregnant doe died in childbirth on my hilly and rocky property. I called to get a load of wood chips to put over her as the steeply sloped rocky ground was not good for in ground buriel. Ethan called me back within an hour and brought a load of wood chips immediately. He could not have been nicer and more appreciative of the life and death of the dear little deer. He carefully covered her body with a big load of sweet smelling wood chips and was on his way in just a few minutes. What a wonderful end to a sad and difficult situation. Thank you Ethan!!! read more

Outstanding company to deal with. We hired them to remove 2 large trees in our front yard. Craig came out the same day we contacted him to give us a quote. He was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with as we went over our options to either trim the trees or remove them. The work was completed within one week and we couldn't be happier. The crew arrived on time, removed the trees and did an A+ job on the cleanup. The cost was extremely reasonable and the final bill was exactly as quoted. A+++++. read more

I was very pleased with the service and promptness of these guys. I got an immediate quote and almost instant service. They worked very hard for me to plant my baby trees and offered excellent advice on their care until they were of size to take care of themselves. I certainly would hire them again for any future landscaping needs for my trees. read more

The crew at Pacific Northwest Tree Services were amazing to work with. From the time to get the initial estimate, the ongoing communications as we neared the project date, and how informative and helpful they were in discussing ongoing maintenance / future planting ideas. The cost was very reasonable for the scope of the work they did and I've already received comments from multiple neighbors as to how great the trees look, as the prior homeowners had not tended to them in decades. Definitely recommend them and will be working with them for future needs too! read more

Pacific Northwest Tree Services took down a huge willow for us this week. It was way too big and way too close to 3 houses. I was very worried about damage to our house or the neighbors. I called Craig last week and he was over the next day to do an assessment/quote. The price was reasonable and included removal of the wood and cleanup. After the utilities were marked (3 days), Craig and crew took down the tree and cleaned up the yard just perfectly. Not a plant was disturbed. Highly recommend these guys! read more

This is the 3rd time Pacific Northwest Tree service has done work for us. They took one tree down, pruned other large evergreens, ground out multiple stumps and planted 4 dogwood trees. Everything about this company is 1st class top rated. I can't say enough god things about these guys. Highly recommended! read more

Craig and his crew are awesome! He's taken trees out at my property on two occasions and I'm impressed by his work! I'll continue to be a repeat customer. read more

This was our second time using their services. Communications were quick and easy. It took twelve days from the time I first contacted them to the date service was complete, including time for the utility companies to come out for a "before you dig" location check. Everything looks great. read more

Did an excellent job with removals of two dying trees and trimming/corrective pruning of a large ornamental tree in our front yard. Great communication. Fair price. Will definitely use again. read more

We are so happy with the work Craig and his team did. They were prompt, professional, and left our yard looking better than they found it. We will be referring all our family and friends. read more

I have had a few interactions with Craig over the last few years. One time I had him come look at a fruit tree and asked about trimming, and he told me I'd be better off just lopping the suckers myself and letting it fill in for a year or two before hiring them to trim it. An arborist who tells you how to take care of a tree, instead of taking your money? Fantastic! More recently, I had Craig come and look at a new property, with wildly overgrown landscaping including large trees. Craig spent a lot of time with me walking around, looking at trees, answering my questions, and providing suggestions. Ultimately he told me that the job was too big for his crew, and gave some suggestions for alternatives. Again-- Craig seems more interested in doing things the right way than in just cashing a check. To be fair, I have never hired Craig and team, but I have been incredibly impressed with his professionalism and expertise. read more

Craig listened to what we wanted as far as pruning our trees and he gave good advise on how to do the job right. Everything was cleaned up and left in good shape. read more

This is my second time using them. Just like the first time, they provided quality service at a great value. They were very fast to respond to all correspondence, and they showed up on time when they said they would. I still recommend them and couldn't ask for better service. read more

I posted that I need some trees removed. Within a few minutes I got a response from Craig, at Pacific Northwest Tree Services. He was out later that day to take a look and give me the quote. That was on a Wednesday, and Friday he arrived with a partner and the work began. My husband and I were so impressed with the care they did to not damage the fence and flower beds. Most impressive was the absolute clean up job that was done. I would highly recommend anyone needing tree or garden work to contact Pacific Northwest Tree Services. read more

I researched four tree service companies. Pacific Northwest were honest and reliable. They did an amazing job from start to finish. They also trimmed our neighbors tree that was overflowing over to our fence without asking which is very generous. We needed a huge tree cut down and another tree pruned. We can't even tell where the tree stood. Neat, efficient, and organized. Craig and his team are reliable. Will definitely use them again. read more

Great job! Had a dead fir tree and 2 stumps to grind. They got it done in a timely manner, paid attention to detail and performed quality work at a fair price. Would recommend. Thank you. read more

Craig was easy to work with, showed up on time, and completed our tree branch removal and clean up even faster than expected. He made it out to finish our service within the week of us contacting him. He provided suggestions and has an extensive knowledge of trees. We would definitely hire him again! read more

I cannot recommend the guys at Pacific Northwest Tree Service highly enough. Craig, Ethan and team have serviced our trees for the past two years. They are reliable, communicative, knowledgeable, friendly, keep to their quoted amounts and always leave the yard extremely clean by the time they leave. They have been pruning our 100+ year old walnut tree, and we have also had them assist us with stump removal and plant removal. Any question I ask I know it will be met with a lot of knowledge and many options on how to proceed. Do yourself a favor and I are these guys to do your tree work. You won't be disappointed! read more

Very pleased with the service, timing, price and clean up. Craig took down a large ash tree and ground the stump. If I didn't now there used to be a tree in that spot, I wouldn't be able to tell. He also pruned branches of my neighbors maples that were hanging in my yard. Very conscientious about making sure I had permission from my neighbor as well as ensuring that as much was removed as possible while not leaving the trees unsightly for the neighbor. Thanks Craig! Good work and customer service is hard to find these days. I'm to support and recommend a business that values the work they do and the customers they serve! read more

Craig and Ethan are great to work with. They took down 2 huge trees for me. This is the second job they have done for me. They are fast, reasonably priced, and respond right away. All around professional business. read more

FAST, EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY, GREAT COMMUNICATION! Tree branches were weighing down my internet cable. Craig responded immediately to my request for an estimate, and he and his assistant did the cutting quickly and professionally, and did a great job cleaning up afterward too. I'm glad I have a go-to tree service now! read more

Awesome!! We sent them a message Sunday evening (in a bit of a panic) when we noticed our big ash tree had cracked and was ready to fall onto our house, Craig responded and came out within the hour to give us an estimate. They were able to come out the next day and remove the branches that were a hazard! They cleaned up after themselves and let us keep the wood to use as firewood! Definitely reccomend these guys to anyone and we will use them again! They have great prices and are super respectful and makes sure you are happy with the results! read more

Craig was able to make it out right away (within hours) to take a look at a tree in our yard that had literally split in half, with most of it leaning well over into our neighbor's yard. No doubt it needed to be removed, but I thought it might be several days or a week before Craig and his crew would be able to make it out. Not only did they get out the very next day, but the place was left looking immaculate. You could never tell they had removed a large tree -- no sawdust, no leaves, no mess. They really took time to clean up afterwards, they way you'd hope a tree service would operate (but rarely does). Craig was courteous, prompt and delivered as promised - all at a very competitive price. We will definitely be using his firm again in the future, and reccommending them to our friends as well!! read more

I'm glad everyone else got such fast service but my experience hasn't been that good. I contacted by e-mail on 9/20/16 for a second job and to date I'm still waiting for a response. The only reason not one star is because the first job was done alright. I just wish businesses that don't want your repeat business would at least have the courtesy to respond. update: not a minute after I posted the review I received a call from this business claiming they left 2 messages. I didn't receive any messages so it's a "he said, she said" situation and business not happy with my review but I'm not deleting since my e-mail gave good times to reach me and obviously I would have called back had I received the short messages left. read more

Had 2 backyard trees removed and some trimming done to the front ones. These guys were on time, friendly, fast, and did a great job! Starting from the estimate (free btw) there was never any pressure, just knowledgeable advice and recommendations that were tailored to MY wants/needs. They cleaned up to the point that no one would even know they were here. I will definitely be using them for any tree services we may need in the future, and they have my recommendation! -Thanks for your hard work guys! read more

Awesome work. Called me back on a Sunday, quoted on Monday, and did the work on Wednesday. I wasn't home when they finished so he called me afterwards to check on their work. Appreciated that. Highly recommend. I will use them again. read more

Craig is a truly stand up guy. I reached out to three tree service companies via the Yelp quote system and he was the first to respond. He came out early on a Sunday morning to give me a quote, and provided me with two different stump grinding options (a lower cost option and a higher cost option). I chose the lower cost option. A few days later he called back and said he was going to be in the neighborhood and could do the higher cost option at a discount since the machine would already be so close by. He showed up promptly, did the work in record time, and made sure I was pleased with how it turned out before taking any payment. He even ground down a small third stump for free since he was "already there anyway." Such a great guy! Any time I need tree trimming or stump work done in the future I will be sure to call PNW Tree Services after such a positive experience. Thanks Craig! read more

Great to work with. Did a thorough walk through and gave us a reasonable bid for all of the work done. Things look so much better with the trees limbed up and a couple of small trees removed. I know my neighbors are happy not to have branches hanging over the fence. I highly recommended them. My neighbor and I both had good experiences. read more

Craig and crew did a fantastic job on our yard. They removed a dead tree, trimmed others, and even gave me advice on how to take care of some specialty trees that I knew nothing about. I appreciated the professionalism and reasonable pricing too. Highly recommend! read more

We had a gnarly looking and failing pine tree that a large part just broke off by itself. We called five tree services, including one that had done a lot of work for us in the past. Two returned contact and Craig was the only one who called. Business must be good in the arbor service business? Anyway Craig came out and gave us a fair bid, we accepted it and the damn tree was gone by 9:00am the next day. These guys are excellent, cleaned up, gave us some really useful information, and were very efficient. They're at the top of our list and we'll call them again. read more

Outstanding service! Came the next day for a bid. Walked the property and provided great idea's we were not planning. Shared on things we could do to save money that was reallocated to other area's that needed work. Very fair price for the work accomplished. They will be our first call next time. read more

Fair pricing, fast turnaround time. Fast and hard workers. Craig was quick to give us an estimate as well. 2nd time using this company.

Fast and reliable service. They did an excellent job with removing a tree at an awesome price.
