I requested a quote to remove a tree in Sammamish. Manuel acknowledged my request the same day; and said he would be at my house the next afternoon. When he arrived he had two helpers and a big truck. My wife told me: this guy thinks he is doing the job, not giving an estimate! I told her that is not the deal. Manuel looked at the job & said he would cut & remove it for $500. That was my target amount. Also, another guy had told me without seeing the job, he would cut it & haul down my hillside for $400. I had about 70 to 80 foot maple that was about 10 feet from my house and they dropped every limb perfect. I would definitely recommend them hands down he honored his quote to the end unlike another tree company that didn't "Tree Busters" . Fantastic service! I hired Manuel to remove several stumps and large buried logs from my property so that I could build a deck. He was able to give estimates over the phone and then come out in person to plan the work. When he was there, he even helped to move a log free of charge! Manuel gave clear communication on the day he did the work. He removed and grinded the stumps and logs, and then went above and beyond flattening several other jagged stumps in the area. Totally awesome! We hired Manuel to cut down and remove a ~85 ft maple that stood about 10 feet from the fence line and was surrounded by other trees we wanted to keep intact. He came out and looked at the job, got me the quote and actually started the work the next day. He is essentially a one man operation, so the time to remove (a tree this large) was a few days, but it wasn't a problem at all for us to have him there. He worked hard, was polite and respectful to my family and the neighborhood kids who all wanted to watch the tree coming down, with their safety (and his) in mind. He lowered pieces to ensure the trees and fence weren't damaged, as well as as the grass below. In the end, there was essentially no damage to anything, it was great! All this, and his price was very competitive to others I received quotes from. Will definitely use Manuel again if anther tree needs to be removed, or if some stumps need grinding. read more
