I highly recommend Greg and his team at All Pro Tree Care. I got an estimate early in the week and Greg was ready to go the same week. I'm sure it depends on the season but he was able to accommodate my schedule and wants and needs. He has a lot of sophisticated equipment that will allow him and his team to get the job done. They professionally lowered the branches to make sure things weren't damaged. The attention to detail and customer concerns is really what sets Greg and his team apart. We were also able to get our wood hauled away as well which was awesome and saved us some time. The wood got donated to good people and a good cause. The prices are SUPER competitive and hard to beat. I think you are getting a ton of value for what Greg is asking. We got two trees removed and a trimming in the back. A large neighboring tree fell into my yard causing damage and I needed it removed as soon as possible. Even though I was initially told they were booked up through next week, Greg was able to come by to take a look and was able to take care of the job IMMEDIATELY. His scheduling staff was very helpful and will work with you to try to fit you into their busy schedule. price was exceptionally reasonable compared to another estimate I received from a competitor and saved me from having to file a claim on my homeowners insurance. Highly recommend Greg and his company for tree removal. We had 5 very tall pine tees in our back yard and with recent crazy winds, we were concerned about them. So all 5 trees have been removed including the stump. We don't have a big area for their machines to get through the yard but they made it work. Clean job and the MOST reasonable price out there. 1st try - I communicated with All Pro Tree Care and explained my request for service. They told me they could help and would contact me for scheduling June 17th but I never heard from them. Today is June 24th. Moving on to the next business... 2nd try - Shortly after this post, Greg the owner and his staff contacted me. They were apologetic and professional explaining that on occasion folks can sometime fall through the cracks. I cant say enough great things about this company! I used this company previously to remove trees and this time used them to trim 3 trees and removal of bushes. Gregg and his crew are quick, efficient , professional and extremely knowledgeable. He takes pride in his work and is very helpful in giving me advice and reccomendations which is greatly appreciated! Greg came out on short notice to give me an estimate for trimming two rather large trees and a few smaller trees on my property. Estimate was on a Thursday, job was done following Monday. Super efficient, safe, professional and great communication throughout the whole job. Reasonable pricing considering how close these trees were to my house, Greg's team was very cautious and courteous . Also they did a really solid job cleaning up and hauling away all the debris. Great job Greg! I live in the city on a busy street and needed 2 big for trees taken down for a fence being built. They also had to work around very intricate power lines that were really tangled in with the branches. They did a great job came super prepared and cleaned up well. We have an overgrown fir tree very close to our home and with the recent winter wind storms several big branches had fallen and hit our house and are dangling from the tree. Greg came and looked at it once and quoted me 2600 to shorten the tree and trim the branches. Twice now he said he would follow up when he had time and send someone to come take a look and he never followed back up nor sent someone. Great job! I had three trees that needed some trimming and was expecting a two man crew to come out to do the job, but instead a whole crew came out. They split up into two teams and worked on the trees. Highly efficient and quick, while doing quality work. I'm extremely happy with the work they did. Had All Pro Tree Care remove 3 trees, 2 birch trees and an evergreen all around 20-25 feet tall. I recommend getting 3-4 bids. This allowed me to negotiate a lower cost. My only complaint would be scheduling. I didn't know they were coming until the morning of the service. Because of this they had to work around a neighbor's car we were unable get get moved (they were at work). My wife and I are retired so this wasn't a big issue. Once they arrived the work was done within 1 hour. All the branches were ground up and they used a blower to clean up chips. They left the large rounds for me to cut up for firewood. The stump grinder guy came a few days later and did a good job with that. read more

All Pro Tree Care brought their crew and equipment onto my friend's business property yesterday without permission to remove two trees located on an adjoining property. They completely blocked her parking lot with their equipment and refused to leave when she asked them. Their foreman made the following excuses, "We received permission from the owner" (my friend is the only owner); "We received permission from the neighbor"; "We will only be 2-3 hours"; "I will lose money on this job if I send my crew home now" (she lost money as her clients had no place to park). She told All Pro they could return on a Sunday as her business is closed, but the foreman said he didn't want to work on Sunday. She had to call the police to have them vacate her property. Very unprofessional behavior on the part of All Pro Tree Care. read more

Greg and crew came out today and cut back two out of control trees (ornamental Cherry and a magnolia) that were far too tall and wide and basically taking over the front of my house. They also cut back the parts of my neighbors massive Butternut tree that were hanging over my garage and shed. I cannot say enough about their professionalism! All of the trees look like trees should (nicely shaped) and I know when they leaf out and put on summer growth they will be beautiful. The team was careful to not squish my emerging bulbs, cleaned up the beds to better shape than when they arrived and blew off the sidewalk and drive way to clean up the sawdust when they were done. Seven over grown Apple trees and one hazel nut pruned with care and knowledge, two towering old Oaks cut back, Big leaf maples taken down, wild Cherries with storm damage managed . What I appreciated most was that Greg listened to my priorities and he brought a hard working and courteous crew - they didn't stop all day! These trees are my friends and I felt as if they were being treated with respect. The clean up was terrific - all wood stacked and cut perfectly for splitting everything else chipped and taken away. After getting 3 bids, we decided to go with All Tree Pros even though they weren't the least expensive. We chose this company because Mike (who gave us the estimate) was really knowledgeable, took the time to explain some things happening in our yard, gave us an honest opinion about what needs to be done now and what can wait, and overall down to earth. They showed up on time with a crew of 5 and some serious tree cutting equipment including an aerial lift, mulcher, saws, etc. Within 2 hours, they removed 2 trees, trimmed a ton of branches that were interfering with power lines and blocking sunlight, and cleaned out bushes that were growing wild and cleaned up all the debris. The work was all done immaculately and fast because the crew knew exactly what each of their roles were, had all the right gear and equipment, and they didn't miss a beat. I was given a quote by an All Pro representative for taking out 3 trees and trimming some others. I was then given a tentative date to do the work. Even after I made a call to check on status, I was given no notice that they would be coming for sure. Also, the contract I requested, was never sent to me. When All Pro showed with a crew and four trucks, I expressed my concern that I didn't even know they were coming, and that I had never received confirmation. The owner, Greg, then said, "Fine, I'd rather have the day off!" He went back to his truck for the proposal, and then started looking at the job. He immediately started saying that the bid was too low, and that he couldn't / wouldn't do the work. I was so surprised and when I suggested that this was very unprofessional, he just said that he was sorry, but he wasn't going to do it for the amount of the bid. He then began to state that for an additional $1000 over bid, he would do the work. After listening to him go on and on for ten minutes about how he wouldn't honor his bid, I told him, that I at this point, I wouldn't want his company to do the work, as I was concerned about the quality of work that would be performed. I was afraid that he might do the least amount possible. For a company to come out with a full crew, and then tell me that he wouldn't honor his bid,along with his disrespectful and rude demeanor, is why I'm writing this review - something I never do. They came to remove an 80 ft fir tree that was splitting. They did the job in 4 hours and took a couple of days to remove the wood (there was a lot of it) and grind the stump. They did the job within the quoted price. I would go with them again when I have another tree to trim or remove. read more

We called All Pro needing to drop about 24 trees in a hurry, we have events coming up at our house and a short time frame to work with. Greg came out the same day to assess the job. He was quick, and obviously an expert. He also gave us some advice about some other trees on our property that weren't even part of the job! The job was scheduled that night for a reasonable price. Greg and his crew came a couple days later. They had taken care of calling the power company since we had lines through the trees. We had a lot of trees in a small space with a house, a city owned fence, a garage, and a pool for them to have to work around. Greg brought out a good sized crew and his own awesome equipment so he could get all the trees down quickly, efficiency, and without damaging anything. We only paid to have the trees felled, not cleaned up and hauled away. They did an expert job of felling, doing it in such a way that the trees were all stacked and away from everything else. This is an amazing company with an expert owner and hard working crews. We have already recommended them to three other people who asked about our trees!
