We have worked with Bob three times in the past five years. He does amazing work and he has a great personality to boot. He helped us years ago with a precarious neighboring tree situation that needed quick attention. He came out the day I called, gave us a very reasonable quote and was back the next morning with crew to take care of it. Recently he's helped us clear about 1/3 acre of blackberry, trees and brush and then we had him back to compact it and level it all out so we can plant grass/clover on it. It looks SO good! He responds quickly to calls and messages, he's very friendly, his communication is awesome, his equipment is top grade and he's a pro at what he does. We love Bob and his little dog too. :) read more

I needed to have a 50 year old mobile home and detached garage demolished to make room for a new rambler with ADU. Dealing with the city and pierce county clean air agency was a nightmare. Working with Bob's property solutions was easy. Once permits were finally granted Bob was on site and the project was completed and cleaned up in two days. Very highly recommended!! read more

We reached out to Bob for some tree removal and stump grinding, he was GREAT! The yard looks so much better, the job was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up! Bob and his team were very friendly and communicative and we would definitely reach out again if we needed more work done! read more

Bob cut limbs and tops off trees for us around our pool and driveway areas. He was very conscientious about what we wanted cut, and he cleaned the area well when he was done. He also moved dirt and laid gravel and sand- excellent job. Highly recommend Bob! read more

Bob provides great customer service and is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced! I couldn't be more pleased :)

Bob was so easy to work with. No nonsense. A smallish job that others priced way too high.

I hired Bob's Property Solutions to remove a downed tree. Bob was timely in contacting me and communicated well from the initial call to the completion of the work. He provided a free estimate for the work and the price was in-line for the job. He was friendly and professional. He was able to remove a very old and fallen tree trunk from my hedge in one piece ensuring that my hedge wasn't damaged further, which was an added bonus. He cleaned up the whole area afterwards. He completed the job very quickly. Every aspect of my contact was terrific and I would use him again for future tree work. read more

I found Bob through Yelp and couldn't be happier! He was easy to work with, communication was clear and he got the job done! I was excavating to try to find an old well that had been covered up and he worked carefully yet quickly to excavate layer by layer in order to avoid doing any damage. I already have plans to call him in again on my next project. Highly recommend! read more

Never connected never got phone call. Not sure why. Don't like this site. Too hard to communicate.

Bob and his team were amazing! Called at 9am came out at noon and was done by dusk. They worked really hard and we didn't want to go back into the home until the trees were removed because we did not feel safe so Bob made sure him and his guys removed the fallen trees from our home. My husband called and got another quote from a different company just to get a piece of mind for us and our insurance company and they were a lot more and wouldn't be able to get a crane out until later in the week and we did not want to stay in a hotel so we went with Bob. I'm glad we did, he was local and available to get us back in our home and we really appreciate his prompt efforts. Highly recommended. Hopefully I won't need his services again for situations like this but if I do I know who I would call. read more

Bob gave us an estimate on Saturday and did the work on Tuesday. He removed an overgrown flowerbed that had an old cherry tree, an old juniper, seven arborvitaes, as well as removed tree stumps, rocks, and trimmed two trees by removing several tree limbs. My husband was home when Bob and his team did the work. He was extremely pleased with the process and the result. We highly recommend Bob and will be using him again when the need arises. read more

Can't express how happy I was with Bob and the work he did. I had a pile of concrete (turned out to be 12 tons worth) in a weird spot on my property, along with some significant sized stumps. Bob provided a competitive bid, outlined what he would do and got it on the schedule. The day of the job, Bob got it all done really fast and then cleared out a bunch of blackberries at no additional cost. It's rare these days to find such a customer focused contractor of any specialty. Highly, highly recommend Bob! read more

Very, very good at what he does. Professionally removes problem trees with professional equipment. I highly recommend Bob and Levi. They work well together and communicated with me every step of the way. I am so glad I hired them. Thank you so much Bob and Levi! read more

Talk about responding! The worker was SUCH a hard worker, friendly, polite and courteous. I'll definitely have them back for future projects. read more

Bob & crew did excellent work for an out of the box custom hard scape & drainage job that required lots of digging. These types of jobs are always expensive, so it's nice to get a crew that has the skills & equipment to do it right. Amazing precision with the digging machine. I assumed we'd have to repair sprinklers & replace plantings, but Bob dug closely & carefully around all the infrastructure. Efficient crew that's easy to work with. Bob is a multitasker, running the machines, directing logistics on site, securing the needed parts (often a big challenge these days), & coming up quickly with solutions for problems on the fly. Everything was completed to high standards, & the finished job site was left very clean. Highly recommended. read more

Bob is prompt, courteous, conscientious and actually cares about his customers satisfaction. He gave us a bid on Saturday and had the work completed by the next week...even when we added more to the requested work load. Several huge trees hung into the neighbours yards and over our shed. Bob cut each branch and zip lined it so safely into our yard, even the neighbours were extremely pleased with his work. He even 'vacuumed' all the needles and twigs from the yard, leaving it cleaner than before he started. We can't recommend him enough for any landscaping needs. Professional and knowledgeable with actual pride in his work... Why would you go anywhere else. read more

Bob did a fantastic job for us. I highly recommend him for your next job. He was quick to respond to my call and was was able to adjusted his schedule to arrive early and then provided valuable insight for the project while offering a great quote. On the day of the project, he arrived on time and completed a solid days work. Although we had to leave town unexpectedly, he returned to complete the project while we were gone as planned. He is truly the respectable and reliable contractor everyone hopes to find. We will be using him again, he was truly great to work with and a wealth of knowledge. read more

I've worked with Bob twice now. First for an excavation in my yard then again for unexpected tree removal. He's timely in response and fair in pricing; I appreciate the care he shows for the rest of our property while he works. Yesterday his employee Levi did our tree removal. Levi was careful to spare our other landscaping from damage. He went above and beyond to cut the logs to size for firewood. He left our yard clean of debris when done. It was greatly appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Bob or recommend him in the future. read more

I reached out to Bob and was called maybe 2-3 days later. He stopped by and gave me some quotes. A week later his assistant was out here to grind up the two stumps I had. The assistant was very nice and professional. The job was done extremely well and looks great now. I am happy to have these two stumps gone and will be reaching out for other jobs as they do more than stumps!! Additionally the price was fair and a bit cheaper if you pay cash. read more

Bob did great! Had him chop down 3 large trees, with a couple smaller trees that were dead. He gave us a quote, got it done promptly, and also gave us some good advice on the property. Will definitely use again! read more

Free estimate. Fair price. Quality work. I will keep his card and call whenever I have tree issues. Highly recommend.

Hands down, Bob is the man for the job. I have been in construction for my whole life ,(53 years old now) and I have never seen anyone better at what he does then Bob. I would never hire anyone else to do the things he does. He is fair, honest, dependable, and amazing to watch. He often gets busy and might be hard to get to your job, but he is worth the wait. read more

Had a tree removed and stump grinded along with canopy raising on 4 other trees. After a few no call no shows and other bids we went with Bobs Property Solutions at a fair and reasonable price. Bobs personality and how he conducts business is what really made our decision and so happy we did. Bob was very professional from start to finish. I called on Saturday and got an estimate that very same day and now Monday he's getting it done. We will definitely be using him again and recommending his business. Thank you for a job well done. read more

I've hired Bob twice, once to clear an area so I could pave it, another time to clear an area to put in a lawn. Outstanding service and high quality work both times. He was clear about the cost, the price was fair, he showed up on time, he was respectful to me and my family, and I can't think of a thing he could have done better. read more

Bob's your guy if you want honest, fast, and good work. Bob's a straight shooter, and has pretty competitive prices. Bob took down three pine trees for us and was supposed to take down three others, yet we ran out of money as we got screwed on our taxes like others, and ran out of money. Bob agreed to do the first three without cleanup which was a pretty good deal, yet I don't believe I would ever do a tree job without cleanup as it took us over a week to get the area cleaned up. What a mess. I'd do business with Bob for sure. He's local, honest, and takes pride in his work. read more

We were really impressed with Bob & his crew. His bid was reasonable to take down our two large maple trees and grinding both stumps. There probably are not enough stars to give to Bob. By far the best sub I've hired to get this house in order. Currently undergoing about 100K in renovations on a 1930s cottage in downtown. Bob came to remove a tree in our front yard that was pressing against powerlines. While he was here he also quoted out the demolition on the second building on the property and a deck. His demo quote was a little high, but i'd happily pay it if I was provided with the same service he'd gave in taking down the large tree in front of the house. Honestly, I can't wait to hire the guy again, truly a superb job. read more

I can't sing their praises enough! If you want it done right, if you want it done well and if you want it done quickly, Bob's is your solution. We had Bob & crew remove 7 trees for us & we couldn't be happier. Truly fantastic one on one service. I would/will hire them again. Highly recommend!! read more

Bob's Property Solutions was the second bid that we got for our grading and resurfacing project of our driveway. We chose him over the first bid because he offered some drainage solutions that were not addressed by the first contractor. Bob and his assistant were very efficient with all the equipment and finished the big job in one day. If you are looking to hire an excavator with wizard like skills, this is the place to go. read more

I am so impressed with the efficiency and kind manner of Bob. He showed up, took down both of our trees, chipped them and cleaned the leaves away. He then ground the stumps and ripped out the invasive roots. Loved watching the orcastraed machinery, it was like watching a ballet, but much more fun. I would highly recommend Bob, he is very easy to talk with and he does what he says. Thank you Bob for your hard work. read more

Had several trees and shrubs we wanted cut and trimmed as they were creating a mess and unsightly. Showed up for free estimate and gave fair price. Was able to do the job quickly and efficiently. Job site so clean you did not even know they were there as they left no trace of debris. Highly recommended and professional. He does have hearing loss however, so be patient on the phone but txting works well with him. read more

Bob was a pleasure to work with. He was able to begin work ahead of schedule, and went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks Bob!

Bob showed up promptly at the time he stated he would be there (actually a few minutes early). He had two workers along to help him out and they were already prepping the equipment to begin. The main tree we wanted removed was an overgrown Cherry tree that was right on our fence line and overhung it onto the neighbors bank. Bob said that he would be able to get the limbs down with no problem. As they got to work I watched from the kitchen window (it was in the 20's and I had no desire to freeze with them) while they quickly worked to remove the limbs from the side away from the fence. They trimmed long branches down and dropped all the limbs right next to the tree with great control. Bob does all the climbing and cutting, and uses a rigging system to support and move the limbs into position which kept the limbs hanging over the fence from falling on it. As the job progressed the work area was kept clear of debris because all the branches were hauled away and shredded on site as they came down. Once done with the branches were all down Bob cut the main tree down in sections and when short enough he fell the remainder right on a piece of plywood so as to not gouge the ground. While he ground the stump down he had the plywood positioned to block any debris from flying back and hitting the house. He even hauled away most of the stump debris which I had planned on having to spread over the area where the tree stood. The four Maple trees along the driveway went much faster and easier. After trimming a couple of large limbs over the neighbor's fence, all four trees were felled right along the fence line in short order. Bob quickly bucked the limbs and the trees were quickly shredded. After all the work was completed they quickly set about packing up their equipment and then set about cleaning up the area. I had expected them to pick up limbs that had broken off and maybe rake a few leaves up. Instead they blew and raked the area along the front of the house and driveway picking up all the leaves and sawdust. When they had finished the area was like before they had arrived, only without the trees (and less leaves on the ground). Bob also trimmed couple Oak tree limbs that were damaged and were hanging over our fence from the neighbor's tree that I had asked about the night before when I talked to him. Overall I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, friendliness, and quality of work done by him. Thanks Bob. read more

Bob brought down a couple of tress for us, brought down a rotting carport and shed, soft cut some cement, and removed the rest of the concrete for us. He did a fabulous job! We had toyed with trying to do the work ourselves for several months, but it would have taken us weeks. Bob gave us a fair price, and had all the work done in a little over a day. He was professional, and pleasant and easy to work with. I recommend him without hesitation! read more
