When someone came to my house they had no record or idea that their company did any work next door. So they went under my place and said they would have to rip through all the insulation to see if they could even find a problem. I asked about the valve they replaced on my neighbor's after fixing a broken pipe, bc maybe they could look at that part of the pipes. Once Again, no idea about what that could be. They needed a map of underneath my house and was going to see if the office had any or he'd need to tear through my plumbing. He left. He never came back. To my house. Walked off. No phone call either. My water worked perfectly for years, until Mainline was repairing next door and turning off and on water. I thought they would know what work was done so it could be looked at, or maybe what they had replaced need to be replaced in my pipes too. The level of disregard for their work and inconsiderate way of treatment is shocking.
