Really great job. Eduardo explained all about my septic system and answered all my questions. I knew nothing and this was my first time having to pump it. He showed me that I had a clogged filter and demonstrated how to clean it. He checked that my pump and alarm were functional when I requested. I was mildly surprised about the pricing. He quoted me $600 flat for the job which was extremely cheap (I have a large system). But that was actually $600 per 1000 gallons which is much more in line with other quotes I received. Eduardo really cares about his business and makes himself super available. I requested service and he was willing to come out the same day with no extra charge, but I wasn't ready for him. Eduardo did great work swapping out a 230v effluent pump for my septic system. He was quick to respond, provided a very competitive estimate for the work and showed up at the scheduled time. He was very forthcoming about what needed to be done and in my opinion went well above and beyond ro resolve our situation completely. There was a safety concern with the original wiring and he took extra steps secure the cables. After the pump replacement was completed, Eduardo made sure the pump was properly primed and stayed around to pump out the excess water from our tank. For all that extra work, the only extra amount I paid was a small amount for the extra supplies needed to secure the poorly wired cable.
