He was very clear and precise up front about the cost of inspection and then costs for possible repairs, which depended upon what he and the scope discovered. He installed two clean outs, relined the 50+ year old cement sewer line, applied for permit and inspection, and was on site during inspection and promptly filled in the hole. His crew was polite, efficient, and tidy! Dan was helpful and extremely communicative and punctual. We have recommended ATC to others and will call him again if ever needed - which we shouldn't but it is comforting to know we know a trustworthy and honest plumbing contractor!
