Like to support small businesses. Kurt was quick to come out for a septic pump. Fair priced.

Friday morning I received a call saying that the technician had an emergency and wouldn't be coming. We rescheduled for today, Monday the 26th, in the morning. Saturday I received a call to confirm for Monday morning. After waiting all morning with no technician and no phone call, I called to find out what was going on, and was assured the technician was still scheduled to come, and would call when he was on his way (as had been the plan all along). By 2pm still no technician and no phone call. I phoned and canceled. This is atrocious customer service. Simple courtesy would dictate that as soon as it was known that the technician was running late, I should have been notified. Unacceptable.

I think they just take overbook on purpose. keep you on the hook and hope you don't find another option. This is the first yelp review I have ever left. I specifically asked on the first night they canceled to please let me know if they weren't going to be able to make the next appointment. It was time sensitive as we are selling our home. Wish I could give zero stars.

After a little DIY digging and investigation, I realized I was in over my head and needed a professional to make sense of what was going on. Over the previous years, I used two other septic providers for our annual tank inspection. Last year, we elected to try out Express Septic, and we had a positive experience with their team from start to finish. I didn't hesitate to give them a call for this new 'issue', and once again was very pleased with the overall experience. Tim and Josh jumped right in, analyzed the situation, and quickly implemented a solution. Their pricing is very reasonable, their work was thorough, and they handled the entire experience professionally from start to finish. Good, prompt, and reasonably priced service providers are RARE all the way out here in Longbranch. I highly recommend this septic company to anyone who needs reliable, professional, fairly priced service. It's clear they truly care about their customers. THANK YOU, Express Septic!!!

I was able to silence the alarm and called them to set a time for service. Mysti, who answered the phone, was great! The appointment was made and I hung up feeling I had made the correct decision calling them. They showed up as promised and I was very much at ease with them. I could tell immediately they were dog people and my dogs enjoyed greeting them. So much so, I stayed in the house letting them work without me hovering over them. I kept the dogs inside behind screen door anxiously waiting to be with Sean, Emilio and Fabian. Upon expection, I was told the office was sending another (Mikey) to check things and shortly after he arrived everything was fixed! I had a new pump put in two years ago and am so grateful to Hemley's for their honesty and will be using them from now on.

My husband called them after hours and they got back to him first thing in the morning. We had an appointment this evening, which was far sooner than I expected. Michael and Dallas showed up already beat from a long day, but were friendly and very respectful of our property. While they took care of pumping out the tank, cleaning the filter and clearing the baffle, they took the time to explain to me what they were doing, why they were doing it, and showed me how to care for the system between regular service. They put up with me standing out there asking questions and were as gracious as they could be. They're also both incredibly hard workers who manage their time perfectly. 1000% I will be calling them for my regular service and recommending them to my friends and family. Not only were they timely, their prices do not break the bank.

Stopping the blaring was not easy (because the malfunctioning alarm off switch, a mislabeled electrical panel, and more. Anyway, in the morning hubby called the septic company that most recently pumped our tank two years ago and was told about the diagnosis service charge and that they'd probably need a $600 pumping before they could work. And if they diagnose electrical (like pump or the alarm box), they need to call the electricians who'd have another service charge... in the meantime, I searched online and saw the rave reviews for Kitsap Septic. So, I called and was told it sounded like electrical issues (pump, floats, and the alarm box) and that it's doubtful our tank needs pumping! I was told to call Aquarius pump and they'll prob use a sump pump and then take care of things quickly, correctly, and at a reasonable price. (And if the tank does need pumping, they'll call him.) It all went exactly as expected. Aquarius Pump came e as to the next morning and got it working enough to use the plumbing, but said to fix it properly, he'd need to return to replace the pump and alarm box. In another couple of days, it was just a memory. Except we now have a fantastically honest and highly regarded Septic service who I feel about recommending!!!

During our first septic emergency in over 20 years of using Dano's, we felt we'd called a service company that has forgotten that getting their customers back on line in an emergency is their #1 job. It took an emergency and some quick review reading online to find a small, independent company to show us real customer service! Dano's explained on the call the costs we'd incur from the $250+ service fee, hourly repair cost, $600 pumping charge on a tank they pumped 2years ago necessary for diagnosis, and the possible need for them to call in the electrician with another service fee, etc before anyone fixed anything. Confident we had an electrical issue if not 3 different ones, we called a highly 5-star reviewed guy who listened to our issues, diagnosed the probable root of the problems, and told us to call Aquarius Pump directly, adding that they'd prob use a sump pump and if in fact the tank needs pumping they'd call him. Easy-peasy. The next morning Aquarius had us able to use the system, but not fully fixed, and a couple days later with the new pump, floats, and alarm box, the emergency was over. No evidence of repairs to the lawn, and we knew who to call in the future, and recommend to others... and it won't be Dano's! PS The name I highly recommend is easy to remember if you live in KITSAP county and are looking for a SEPTIC company, lol.

Mike came out and quickly determined that the problem was with the plastic zip ties securing our septic floats. He replaced the plastic ties with metal ones so we shouldn't have the same problem again. What impressed me most was how Mike handled the entire situation. He has over 20 years of experience, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and straightforward, and took the time to explain what was happening rather than trying to turn a relatively simple problem into an expensive service call. And then came the biggest surprise: Economy Septic charged us nothing for the visit or the repair. That kind of service is increasingly difficult to find. They could easily have charged us a service-call fee, and we would have expected to pay it. Instead, Mike simply identified the problem, fixed it properly and took care of us. Economy Septic is a family-run business, and our experience reflected exactly what you hope to get from a local company--knowledge, experience, professionalism, fairness and integrity. After this experience, Economy Septic will be the company we call for our septic needs going forward. I would highly recommend Mike and Economy Septic to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy septic company.

Holly Nuckels answered the phone and immediately instilled confidence with a line of questioning and suggestions that demonstrated a profound understanding of septic technology and process. She promised to take on my project immediately and see everything through to completion. She and Brent were on site within a day and all my cares and worries evaporated! They cleared the existing failed field to a degree that held us through the permitting and construction arc. This was a complex, extensive replacement that including rehoming the entire drain field. Naturally I expected a lot of disruption to the landscaping, but was amazed at the care the crew took to try to preserve any established planting in the impacted area and to carefully remove all debris and level and tidy up the site in preparation for my landscape restoration. I simply cannot say enough about how grateful and impressed I am with the work this company did for me!
