I thought about renting an excavator and doing the job myself but the proximity to the house and garage on the property made me think otherwise. Andre of Perfect Excavation was recommended to me by a friend as someone who is responsive and skilled. He was willing to work around my schedule and we had the tank removed in a half day of work. Amazing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone need excavation work or tank removal services. Awesome Job Andre and Margarida.

We also had three deeply rooted stumps that were causing issues on our property. Ferguson Earthworks gave us a fair estimate and got started on the job right away. Our tree now looks great and the stumps have been ground down so that the places they were located are completely flat. No tripping hazards anymore! The company has also been handling our lawncare for a couple of months now, and the yard always looks neat and tidy. We will definitely be using Ferguson Earthworks for more jobs going forward.

So many positive things to say about our experience with Apex Roofing. From the sales guy Anthony…read morewho was knowledgeable, answered our questions but didn't waste our time with lots of sales tactics to the foreman Eulises, supervisor Tristan and polite crew we are very happy. The foreman and crew showed up as communicated and finished the job right on track for when they said. The job done was detailed and they cleaned up thoroughly. The roof looks great and the price lock guarantee came in handy when we needed a little extra plywood replaced.

I had ApexRoofingNW come inspect a potential leak as I saw moisture here during heavy rains. Their…read moregeneral manager Boston inspected and said it may potentially be a leak and pointed out several other new build issues and I signed a roof replacement for a roof that was only 6 years old for a deposit of $8502. I changed my mind shortly after to postpone a replacement because the most problematic area is likely due to condensation from the heat emitting from the blue tube (electronics room) and advised Boston of the cancellation. As I referred several homes that led to a sale for them, they communicated a full refund will be done. Their operations manager Francisco was also very helpful and said he would be able to cancel the material order for minimal cost that they would honor. I waited 6+ weeks for the refund check, first it got lost in mailing according to them, then their repairman quit and was unable to drop it off, then their Sales Director Ben phoned saying he would take over the processing of the check and someone would drop the check off. The following week essentially everyone at the company ghosted me after I offered to pick up the check and Ben replied by email they would only refund $6084 even though he just said someone was suppose to drop off the refund a week ago. This was extremely disappointing as I advocated and referred many people to them as Boston and Francisco were really honest and easy to work with. However they stringed me along, mislead me on two separate refund checks that were on the way just to be backpedalled 6 weeks later in a unprofessional way. I am now awaiting their official reply on how they will continue with the refund and likely will take this to small claims court as at this point I have no trust/faith in anything they communicate. My complaint is on how they managed this situation and utter lack of respect of their customers time and dishonest communication. Luckily I'm in tech and not in a rush to get back $8502 right away but if this would impact you, don't expect prompt follow ups for refunds. This review is not for the hard working contractors who actually know their trade and do high quality work here, I was looking forward to a future roof replacement done with best practices but I don't do business with dishonest people/management. I'd recommend proceeding with caution.

A friend referred me to Brian / Einstein Softwash when I was getting ready to sell my house. I had…read morea short turn-around time and luckily for me, Brian had a cancellation and could fit me into his schedule. Outside of the lucky timing, I was also lucky that Brian was very responsive, professional and customer service focused. He promptly returned calls/texts, was quick to come out and assess the work, and very communicative about the whole process. AND they did an excellent cleaning job for a very reasonable fee. I seriously wish I had found him before selling my house... it would have saved me *hours* of time cleaning. One note if you use any softwashing service - the results are amazing, but the cleaner solution does impact some sensitive plants. Half of the vegetation around my home is completely fine, but some herbs and other container plants were impacted. They'll grow back just fine, but did need a good trimming after being exposed. With this, I would not stop it from using Einstein Softwash again... I would just cover or move those plants :)

We did have to have them back out after they converted our California gutter to a standard gutter system and paid extra to do so (witch I did not think we should have but wanted to get it done). Seems the crew that came out for the conversion did not complete the ends and they had to send out someone else to complete it. Hopefully I do not need to update this update.
