Is it a challenge to get on his schedule? Absolutely. But there's a reason for that--he's the best at what he does, and word gets around. The wait was more than worth it. Robert operates with the utmost integrity. Throughout the project, we always felt he genuinely had our best interests at heart, not just the bottom line. He was responsive, fair, and clearly highly regarded by others in the industry. Since the heating lines need to be covered within a time period, we were desperate to get the floor poured, and by somebody who did quality work. We found Travis on Home Advisor and he answered our call right away. He came out promptly, gave us a fair bid and scheduled the job within a few days. Travis and his crew showed up when they said they would and got to work. By the end of the day, we had a beautiful concrete floor. Cuong is the best, seriously: very reasonable pricing, extremely hard-working, honest, dependable, fair - I didn't realize contractors like this exist. I almost made a huge mistake and passed on Cuong originally because it didn't seem like he could deliver on what he quoted (he was so much more reasonable than other contractors), and he is very unassuming: quiet, no pressure, fast and easy - - so I thought there must be something off. Man, am I glad that about a year later when we circled back on our ADU remodel, Cuong was still willing to work with us (even when other contractors we originally consulted with bailed, or didn't even have the courtesy to respond). Again, he was so nonchalant about his ability to do the work that I had my doubts, but he immediately proved us wrong - to say the least. Cuong got to work right away. In the space of just a couple months he transformed our ADU from a dated and ugly, unusable space, into an amazing little home, which we furnished and rent now. I was (and am) incredibly impressed by Cuong. He is not someone you need to press to do the right thing. He is independently motivated to do the job the right way, and to work efficiently. He would ask to work weekends just to stay on schedule; he would pick up materials for us; and he was flexible and available when we needed him. *Note that the only thing he doesn't really do is design. He will consult on small things, like where to put outlets, or how a door should open, but I would not expect him to design and build. Provided you have your design and vision though, the man can execute. It is a pleasure to write this review and to share our experience, and I think our results speak for themselves (which I've posted before and after photos of). How could is the workmanship, only time will tell. I was concerned about the lack of detail in the cleanup. Loose rocks scattered around the yard and along the walkway. The one that really got me was finding a chunk of concrete buried in a planting bed. I was not able to be around to hover over the workers as my wife would say, but it doesn't hurt. We are happy with the finished project and being able to wheel the lawnmower easily from the front to backyard, made it all worthwhile.

His follow up with the design work, dropping off extra samples, and communication was head and shoulders above the others so I went with CREX. I've owned a home for 30 years and have worked with dozens of contractors and various projects. Anthony wasn't just a face for the business to get signed bids up front and then disappear only to send in inexpensive and inexperienced workers.
