They tore up existing grass and replaced with dog-friendly artificial turf. We will use them again! Communication with Nhan the business owner was flawless; he was precise with every communication, arrival times and kept us informed of what to expect every step of the way. (a rarity in today's market). It was a back-breaking job with 5 workers, that completed each task with extensive measurements and care. We scheduled an appointment two days out from when we spoke. They even sent an email confirming date and time. I agreed with a written response. Day of the appointment arrives. I am at my location early. About 10 mins pass from the time we agreed to meet, so I contacted Jim. He tells me his GPS has him all turned around, and he should arrive in another 10 mins. The 10 mins come and still no show. I text Jim that I had already left, and that 20 mins past our scheduled appointment was too much.
