We found a large split in one of our fir trees and needed it taken down immediately. Integrity Tree Service came out the next day to give us a quote and had a full crew out the next day to remove the tree. Extremely professional, careful with our yard, and reasonably priced. I honestly don't ever take the time to leave reviews until NOW! I called to have work done on several trees that required climbing, maneuvering around power lines, straddling neighbors fences, you name it, it wasn't an easy job! I called Zach Hamilton on a Sunday and he was at my house within 2 hours to walk my property and give me an estimate! He was booked out over 2 weeks but managed to fit me in if I was ok with early morning that Tuesday. The crew showed up on time, excited to get started and immediately climbed the tree and allowed me to select what branches I wanted to remove from each tree. Their climber was unbelievably skilled, able to swing out and meticulously prune all the trees we were working on. They chipped everything, raked and cleaned up the entire property and backpack blew off all surfaces. I buy and flip homes so I schedule this type of work several times a year and I now have my GO TO for tree work moving forward! Integrity tree should be the first company you call if you need tree work. I got quotes from multiple companies and not only do they offer great pricing, the people working there are all awesome. The owner Zach really went the extra mile to get this project done and was very courteous the whole time. The crew working on the trees were just as impressive they were so efficient and had a great attitude the whole time. I told their office I wasn't going to be home during the scheduled estimate period, and they sent the estimator out anyways. As a result, I detailed what needed to be done via email (scaling down trees hanging over our roof to the property line, and front yard to match our neighbors), but neither were done as requested. After pointing this out, Zach immediately jumped on the defensive, saying it was performed 'as requested'. There were subsequent unprofessional emails, but lesson learned - don't give contractors the benefit of the doubt. I did get to speak with Robert, who performed the actual work. He was courteous and apologetic, asking if more needed to be done. But of course this needed to be authorized by the insidious boss from the office. Save yourself the indignation and go elsewhere for your landscaping needs. read more

They did the job,-l as requested and I loved talking to the man (the owner (?) via yelp) but the conflict arose when I spoke to the woman on the phone, she was rude, confused, and was short with me and when I asked for a picture of previous work in writing multiple times, she didn't provide. They did the job as expected but for the cost and amount of time/work done, I believe I was overcharged. Perhaps just a case of phone tag? Overall, I'm happy to have the trees gone. read more

Integrity Tree Works failed to show up at all for a scheduled appointment for an estimate for tree services and gave no notice it would not be showing up. This occurred even though Integrity rescheduled the appointment already one time, Integrity chose both the date and time, Integrity required a two hour window for the appointment, and Integrity confirmed the appointment the day before. I waited 4 hours. When I later contacted Integrity, I learned the no-show estimator is the CEO (owner) of the company, he then incorrectly claimed he sent me a text he was running late the morning of the appointment, and he expected me to set aside another day for a new appointment. I checked my text messages and he in fact sent no text. He then admitted I got no text and claimed he must have sent it to a wrong number. He gave no explanation why, if he was running late, he still either could not have come in the two hour window that had a built in buffer for running late or offer to come later the same day (the window was 12am to 1:00 pm). "Integrity" does not accurately describe this company. read more

I've worked with Zack and his team twice to trim tall hedges and prune trees. Both times they did an excellent job. They arrived on time, listened to exactly what I wanted and communicated with me throughout the process. They also did a great job cleaning up. Poor Communication, Unauthorized Access, and Mishandled Resolution We've used this company twice. The first time was fine, but our recent experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. During the most recent service, one of the workers stood on our deck and cut branches without moving our BBQ grill. A branch fell on it, and we later found a visible dent in the lid. We immediately contacted Zach(our point of contact) and provided photos and told him we were open to a fair solution to either get fixed by a professional or get it replaced. Unfortunately, what followed was over a week of vague promises, delays, and poor communication.. One day, someone from the company showed up unannounced while we weren't home. My husband thought they were there to install the replacement lid as we were told and said the backyard was accessible. I also let them know I would be home in 30 minutes. Instead of waiting, the worker entered our backyard and removed the original lid without our permission or notice. I discovered the original lid was gone when I got home. We followed up with Zach, who confirmed the plan was to replace the lid. We also made a clear request: please give us a heads-up next time when he comes back to put the new lid on. But the very next day, the same worker came back, rang the doorbell while I was in a meeting, and entered the backyard again--without prior notice or our approval--to reinstall the original lid, now claiming it was fixed. There was no communication that the plan had changed from replacement to repair. We only found out he had gone into the yard by checking our security camera. This situation could've been resolved easily with basic professionalism and respect for our property. Instead, it involved repeated unauthorized access, broken promises, and poor communication. We've been more than patient, but we're extremely disappointed with how this was handled. We do not recommend this company based on our experience. read more

Zachary was recommended by Bigfoot Tree Service to gring our stumps after Bigfoot removed a number of trees for us. Zachary made an appointment to stop by and give us a bid. We felt it was in line so gave him the okay. He texted to say he would be setting appointments over the weekend and then did text us on Sunday afternoon stating who would be over between 5 and 7 PM Tuesday. To our surprise, he showed up early, which was fine with us and he got to work grinding eight stumps. Zachary was very professional in making sure our property was protected from his stump grinding machine. I would highly recommend Integrity Stump Removal LLC if you need stump grinding done.
