Mario and crew were wonderful. I needed some suckers removed from my trees, dead trees brought down and some alders removed. Some of the scope of the work they had to be extremely careful due to my net below the trees and they did a phenomenal job. They were safe, efficient and made sure they left no trace behind. Their clean up is just as good as their tree work. Mario was fair with his bid, scheduled the work very quickly and his team was reliable. I would definitely recommend him and his crew. When I need tree service in the future, I will be calling Mario back!! read more

We had a large bitch tree that was becoming a nuisance over the neighbors yard and making it impossible to garden. The leaves and seeds were everywhere and we couldn't keep up. We have an above ground pool for the kiddo and the tree also made cleaning a 2-3x chore. The shade was lovely, but the risk of it falling over in a bad windstorm and the upkeep was too much. We received quotes from multiple companies on Yelp and everyone quoted us 3-6x the amount we paid. They had a wood chipper truck I believe it was in front of the house and even used a blower to get rid of any debris. It barely took them any time at all. We had the stump left to make a memorial bench because we got the tree from a loved one that passed. The team did a phenomenal job. Would recommend to anyone and will use them again for other services. Thank you! read more

This is my second time using Better View Tree Service for extensive tree trimming in my front and back yards, and they were excellent once again. They did a wonderful job tailoring their work to meet my specific needs. Highly recommended! read more

I needed to have a very sick, large maple tree removed from my front yard, really close to my house. Mario and team did a great job at a reasonable price. They seemed to know exactly what they were doing and got it done fast. I never felt like my house was in danger. Scheduling was easy. Cleanup was good. Neighbors were happy too. Here are my brief thoughts interacting with other tree contractors around Kenmore: + Wizard great for smaller jobs, used previously + Davey, Andy's both seemed good, gave clear estimates + Bartlett seemed good, great reputation, but $$$$ + Tree133 weird - wouldn't provide an estimate If you have a sick tree, get it dealt with sooner rather than later, as the longer you wait and the sicker it gets, the more it is going to cost (it's trickier to remove a dying tree than a relatively healthy one). Lesson learned! read more

I reached out the morning of 6/3 because of a large tree that fell onto my property due to a windstorm. Mario responded promptly and was able to come by my house and give an estimate within an hour. His pricing was fair (relative to the 2 other quotes I received) so I went with him for the job. He and his crew arrived the next day to do the work. They were on time, quick, and efficient. I appreciated that they not only removed the trees that had fallen, but also cleaned up the yard and left us in a really great state. I also appreciated that he took photos of some damage on the roof (helpful for my insurance claim) and also tarped it up to avoid any further damage while I wait for that to be fixed. Highly recommend! read more

I needed to have the trees at my house trimmed and thinned out as it's been a few years. I got a few quotes, but Mario and his team were fair and affordable! They did such a great job; they were fast and efficient, and the clean-up afterward was fantastic. If you are looking for tree work to be done on your property I highly recommend them! read more

Out of all the quotes that I have received, Mario came in the lowest. He and his crew came in right after I got a permit from the city and did a wonderful job taking down 3 big Cedar trees, trimming of a couple others on my property and the cleanup afterwards. Many of the neighbors on my street were very impressed and had gotten quotes from him, with a few of them engaging Mario the day after to work on their trees. Thanks again to Mario and his crew! With the trees gone, we love the extra light that is coming into our house and will totally appreciate the less cleanup in the Fall too! read more

I had 4 bids on this project and Mario was prompt, considerate, flexible and affordable. He and his team were amazing to watch work and took down our (wet and mossy) double-trunked 100' giant maple (and cedar in foreground, but the maple was the beast) with ease. The tree had a fungal infection and had to be removed per an arborist. Mario and team were respectful of our property, polite, and cleaned up nicely. Above and beyond expectations, especially after the visits I'd got from some of the more "established" places that drove up with inflated trucks, prices, and egos. Highly recommend Better View Tree Service! read more

I sent a quote request thru Yelp at the beginning of the week of April 2nd. I never heard from them. I also left a voicemail, but never heard back. I called again on Friday May 2nd, someone answered and we set up a consult for Sunday, May 4th at 4:30 pm. No one showed up! This review is strictly for customer service and lack of follow through. No idea what kind of work they do. read more

Upon scheduling an estimate, Mario was responsive and arrived on time. Out of 4 estimates, his was the best deal. He and his team arrived btn 7:30-8, cut down 3 large laurels and a dead 4' stump. We had another project which was to trim up 2 of our tall cedar trees. Overall Mario was very communicative, his team works fast, and I am happy with his work. I will recommend him for anyone who needs tree service done. read more

I wanted my forest of laurel removed and I had the best experience ever! Mario and his crew are the best! They came in, took care of business. Had that forest gone lickety split! They also helped my 80 year old mother at another location and she was glowing with praise for them. That's not a common occurrence for her. If you're looking for tree service, do yourself a favor and get mario to do it. You'll be thankful you did! I forgot to get good before pics but i got half of a before and a couple during pics and a couple after pics. read more

Mario and his team are professional, kind, efficient, and affordable. When I contacted Mario to remove a tree damaged by a storm, he responded within a minute and arrived at my door shortly after--even on an extremely busy day. Despite his team's packed schedule, he refused to leave the unsafe tree at risk of collapsing onto my house and immediately got to work. His team later joined to help finish the job and clean the area. I can't stress enough how wonderful they are! read more

Mario and his crew were great, i had other people give quotes and nothing but lame excuses, But Mario and his guys showed up at 8am took them only 2 hours to set up and to cut down a 75 foot poplar tree and clean up the mess it was great. I have a lot of trees over 200 on property all will need work . Mario will be my only Tree person, I reccommend to anyone needing tree work call them, or compare prices, you will not be dissaappointed, I tried Mats Tree Service and Evergreen Tree service and Blue Diamond tree service and few others for quotes THEY SUCK. This was not my first time dealing with tree people over last 50 years, Marios guys are honest, polite, trustworthy, Excellant work. The only reason I had this one poplar worked on is cuz it was interfering one of the satelittes on Dish Network for my TV reception . No more being pissed off now. read more

Mario and his amazing team came out today, arrived when they said they would and made quick work of removing some heavy branches of trees that were touching our house and becoming dangerous during high winds. Mario and his expert team were fast, efficient, and so highly skilled and coordinated it was like watching a ballet. They had to get the tree limbs to fall in just the right way to avoid damaging the rest of the landscaping - they clearly knew exactly what to do. I made 3 appointments with Mario. Not only did he not show up, I never received a call. This kind of treatment and disrespect should never be tolerated as it reeks of not caring. If you really don't want to do a job, just say so. I'm extremely busy and to wait around with no phone call, can be forgiven if there is a valid reason, however Mario says he forgot, and then promises to be on time at next appointment. Not only did he not show, I never heard from him. read more

We recently had Mario and his crew remove a large dogwood, two smaller shrubs and grind down 5 stumps. He and his crew arrived on time and worked incredibly hard. They were easy to work with and made sure to clean up when they were done. Mario was also very responsive and easy to communicate with prior to and during the job. I was incredibly happy with the work and the price was reasonable.
