Everyone was polite, helpful, put-together and professional. Easy to contact (they do phone, text, email) and accomodating. Answered my questions thoughtfully and gave good advice. They laid down floor protectors, were careful with the property, consulted me for decisions when necessary, and cleaned up the mess nicely when they were done. Did as much cutting outside as possible, kept the dust inside to a minimum. Didn't blare loud music, and their conversation as they worked was kind and respectful of the peace in the house. BUYER BEWARE: We bought a house from them a couple years ago. Looked like a great remodel from appearances. But then...septic baffle was underneath an addition to the home that was not permitted. That was the FIRST of many disasters. They had to dig up our entire yard, install new electrical to the septic, and then discovered the meter was not up to code and it had to also be replaced. After the floods this fiasco caused in our home, we had to completely remodel. Insurance said we had to replace all of our flooring, sub-flooring and drywall. Then it got worse. There was mold all inside the walls, even where it was nowhere near the flooded portions. The paint had been added on top of the old wallpaper. The carpeted rooms had been carpeted over the old vinyl flooring which still had GUM STUCK TO IT. The bathtub did not have a foundation AT ALL. It was held up with plastic PVC pipe. We even found placed in the walls where the plumbing was done that they had used flattened Pepsi cans to seal larger holes they did not feel like fixing. I can't even talk about the wiring done to the house. We are going to have to have it completely rewired as the outlets are literally melting in some areas of the house. We can't use them at all or the breakers blow. BEWARE any remodel done by this company. Ours was done as cheaply and unprofessionally as could be done. Mike and his crew: Rex, Ron, Paul & Jeremy did a fantastic job on our guest house renovation and main house repairs. This included: framing, sheetrock instalation & repair, tape & texture, complete flooring throughout, electrical & plumbing. Price was competative and fair. All said and done, everything came out great as promised. What I appriciated the most was the how well this crew works together. It was a pleasure to have them in our home/personal space on a daily until the work was complete. They showed up on time every morning between 7:30-8am and left the sight clean and orderly after each days work. Mike's crews camaraderie was pleasant and professional.
