It would be putting it lightly to say he blew the other contractors out of the water. Nearly the moment he stepped foot in our house to see our bathroom project I knew his company was exactly what I was looking for. You can immediately tell that they highly value their customers by the way they communicate with them. Greg responded very quickly to my e-mails, and stayed in constant contact as our project schedule became closer. He was quick to problem solve any issues, and he made us seem like we were his most important customer during our project even though it was a small job. They did an incredibly job with our renovation and their skill was evident, even in the small details of the project. They basically thought of everything. They turned our ugly beige 90's bathroom into a beautiful farm-house inspired piece of art and easily tackled the challenges of our nearly 100 year old house. Most importantly, they are just all around good people with good hearts who do great work. I genuinely enjoyed talking with them, and I think my dog might have wanted to go home with them at the end of the day. We plan on making them our only contractor for our projects, and see them as a valuable resource to our area.

He and his helper Randy did all the work, so I didn't have to worry about sub-contractors. They were respectful of my house, they covered all the flooring and completely cleaned up when they were done. Szabi's craftmanship is equally matched by his outstanding communication. He keeps you informed of the schedule, responds to text messages and tells you when he will arrive each day. He's defendable and always on time. I can't say enough good things about Szabi. The owners of this company had the kindness and forethought to let us know they were going to tear down our shared fence to replace it with something new. We have a dog and the fence is essential for our day to day lives. I was impressed that they gave us some warning. The crew started to tear down the fence exactly when they said they would. I felt they were all very respectful and did a great job. They completed the project within a few days and did a quality job. The wooden fence is beautiful and this company obviously cares about the job they are doing. Great work to all. I would love to hire them to do the fence in my front yard or even other home projects.

We are new to the area and feel lucky to have found Bertucci painting & contracting for this huge project. As with any full home remodel the job changed many times as we opened things up, discovered new problems, critters, leaks, etc. The guys were able to lay out our options and shift gears. Throughout the eight week project we threw many new or different things into the original project and they were very accommodating. Their work was quality and they honored their prices even though some parts took longer than expected. Their crew were professional and punctual and we felt very comfortable with them in and out of our house for that extended period. They were very versatile and able to do everything, or contract with someone who could, from interior painting, plumbing, insulation, building walls, removing walls, electrical, drywall, finish work etc. They took a completely disgusting outdated 4000 sq ft house and 3 car garage and turned it into a beautiful property we are proud to own & fully functional business space. The brothers who run this are good guys with integrity and stood behind their work every step of the way. There were several items we were particularly picky about and they always addressed it in a professional manner and made sure we were happy. A few times over the two months they had guys out sick, emergencies come up, etc. and the owners stepped up and came themselves to ensure we were on schedule. We plan to use them in the future and would highly recommend.

A very special thank you to Josh our project manager who worked with us thru the entire process. Josh knew the "ins and outs" of each phase and we came to rely on his expertise. We felt like the project slowed down more than needed during and after the Covid shutdown, but I understand many folks were impatient during that time. Josh stayed on top of it all and we're very pleased with the outcome. Couldn't have done it without him! We wouldn't hesitate to do another project with Reality and Josh!

I'm very disappointed in the service I've gotten Home Design Consultant Linda with Reality Homes in…read moreCentralia Washington. Linda was 20 min. late to the appointment. I asked Linda about Washington state new building code regulations and that they been figured into the prices? She said changes where included in the price. I also asked about the website under Standard Features that says solar ready (ask yourselves professional for more information). She knew nothing about it and never got me an answer. Linda showed me the model home and discuss different features she would also quote prices. Linda stated I need an additional electric panel, that once the house is completed that only 3 vacant slots for additional circuit breakers. Asked for gas hook up for the stove she said that the $575. I also need in an expansion of the room, she said that would be $2000 plan customization changes. She stated only one electrical outlet in the utility room that I might need another one. She also to upgrade the bedrooms doors to 36 inch would be $100 each. I asked about the website there is a variation of prices on each house, she said I would be on the lowest category for the base price. When I received the quote it was $2000 more on the base price, the rough in for the stove was $100 more. She said these were due to price increases that occurred between when I saw her and when I received the quote. She also added a few items on the quote that we had discussed but I did not say yes or no to. On the second visit I was curious about the gas rough in for the stove, that if we changed our minds the plug was still installed just in case we go to electric stove later. She told me no is not installed since I was going with gas rough in. I then said, that means the electrical panel will have five empty slots. She said no 1 open slot for an additional circuit breaker. So after leaving the second visit I was very stressed out, I caught Linda being inconsistent and flat out lying to me. I contacted reality homes headquarters and talked to Michael (I assume he's Linda's boss) he got me some of the answers on the electrical panel that I did NOT NEED, an answer on the solar ready and that even if I went to the gas rough in the electric stove hookup would still be installed. He also stated that the price change from the basic house plan was not a price increase those prices are based off of area I was to build in. (Another lie). Still wasn't feeling confident in Linda's integrity. A few weeks later I contacted Reality Homes again left a message (Was passed it on to Michael) indicating that I did not want to work with Linda. Michael return the phone call. He told me flat out that Linda was quoting off the top of her head without checking the current prices. He went through the quote with me over the phone. He removed items that were not wanted. He also told me the upgrades bedroom doors to 36"was actually $150 each. After going through almost everything he told me that he will have this worked up and send me a copy he also said he will look into some incentives for me and possible upgrades. At this point in time I assume I was going to be working with Michael. When I got the quote back from Michael, Linda's name was on the paperwork and he courtesy copied her on the paperwork. Also in the quote there was no incentives there was no upgrades mentioned. But the cost of plan customization went up to $2500. Michael said nothing about that when he went through the quote. Michael said the utility room has 2 electrical outlets already. Also he told me in the e-mail that Washington state construction requirements are changing and that will affect the cost. I e-mailed him back and told him that Linda had already said that was included in the price. Did not hear from him again. I really wanted to build this house of Royal Oak. I understand price changes. But I can't understand why I can't get a solid start price from either Linda or Michael. The whole purpose of me going to Reality Homes headquarters was to get away from Linda. I cannot, I will not, be able to deal with somebody who's been misleading and lying to me through this process, building a house is stressful enough why should I deal with a person who is dishonest. During my conversation with Michael he never said that I have to go through Linda or that will be sent back to Linda. If it's company policy that I have to go to that one person because I live in a certain area and I cannot trust their front person how can I trust the company. Michael did nothing to restore the confidence in Reality Homes. There is a lot more issues that I've had with Linda and Michael at Reality Homes but I only have so much space.

We agreed on the structure and the crew of 3 built our structure in two days! Both hardworking and diligent, they were a delight to work with.
