Nearly the moment he stepped foot in our house to see our bathroom project I knew his company was exactly what I was looking for. Greg responded very quickly to my e-mails, and stayed in constant contact as our project schedule became closer. He was quick to problem solve any issues, and he made us seem like we were his most important customer during our project even though it was a small job. Every tile is perfect and they look at every detail. They bring me in on every aspect of the design, and are very easy to work with. They're also very respectful of my house, laying drop cloths where ever they walk and cleaning up at the end of the day. Tim is very good on design, and has talked me out of some big mistakes that I would have made. Their company is registered in Cinebar, but they actually do all of their work in the Puget Sound area, in my case, Auburn. Next tiling job I would hire them in a second and I highly recommend them.
