I wasn't sure just what I wanted and they walked me through every aspect about the flooring, helped me pick out ones I liked, told me about each one and let me take ones home to match our interior, after we made our choice and started moving most everything out of the rooms to be done, my husband wasn't able to help me do the heavy lifting, when I relayed this to them, they said it wasn't a problem they would come and help me. (this blew me away), and after the floor was done they came back and lifted the heavy furniture for me. I can't say enough good things about this company. I also feel like they are family. I was ordering them not a contractor. This was a whole kitchen remodel. I get all the cabinets and they are in small boxes!!! 4600 dollars and I a supposed to do the assembly. Nope we had to return them they did. The one older gentleman in the front was saying how easy they were to put together. While thr kids In the back were saying they are a pain to put together. Then he offered to give me step by step instructions. So he gave me cabinets without instructions. So we returned them bought beautiful same white shaker cabinets assembled at home depot for less!!!! For less!!!!! Then we buy butcher block counter tops and we had to go and order another 10foot one left at the store cause we didn't have room. Went to go back a week later the suckers sold it to some other customers!!!!! The nerve they have. They told us we should have come back sooner. We have a 30 day hold! Now they can't get another one for 3 to 4 weeks! So very disappointed with this company! We have spent a lot of money at this company in windows, doors, and flooring! And this is the treatment we get!!!

I like the prices on trim, used windows, doors. Some appliances are also a deal. Found a widespread sink (not available thru HD or Lowe's) for a good amount. My biggest gripe was loosing/selling the door we had found with rain glass in it. They didn't even seem concerned. I either had to put a non matching door next to the rain glass side window or spend $1000 to get one to match. I learned my lesson- don't let it happen to you.

Nathan showed up on time with multiple carpet boards (a wide variety of options that could be ordered within a week or two) and also brought a couple carpet samples that they had in stock that could be installed as soon as the work could be scheduled. My client was military who lived out of state and Nathan was very patient while I took pictures of various samples in various lighting to send my client. He was not pushy at all. The tenants who had just moved out did a real number on the flooring (pet damage) so carpet and other flooring needed to be ripped out, Kilzed and replaced along with some sections of trim. The owners communicated with my client and ended up doing all of the above work. My client picked one of the floor samples they had in stock and the price was very reasonable, and they started the work within a week or so (very fast in this day and age when it is hard to find a trustworthy, reasonably priced contractor with availability). The carpet looked very nice! It appeared a few rooms had not been vacuumed fully after the work was completed so I reached out to the company and one of the owners personally went to the house that evening to vacuum. I was very impressed by that. She was very nice about it too. I was getting ready to recommend this company to another client of mine and noticed their rating had dropped so reviewed the comments and realized it looks like one "difficult customer" had caused this (and by submitting 2 reviews about the same experience...shady!!) and so I wanted to make it clear that those 2 poor reviews (from the same person according to the business owner) did not in any way reflect the experience I'd had with this company recently. Being a small business owner myself, I know that unfortunately there is a rare circumstance where you can't make someone happy even when you go out of your way to do so. I'd will continue to refer this company in the future to clients of mine and feel confident that they will do a great job at a reasonable price! :)

I spent thousands of dollars on new carpet, and the installation has been incredibly disappointing…read more Within just 5 months, the corners of the stairs began fraying, bald spots are appearing, and areas not secured under the floor trim are unraveling. To make matters worse, the wall trim in the room was chipped and damaged during installation. I reached out in early March 2025, and a manager came to inspect the issues. He acknowledged the problems and said someone would return to fix them. That was over two months ago- despite follow-up messages, I've received no response. I've been left with visibly damaged carpet and zero accountability. I feel completely taken advantage of, and the end result looks cheap and unfinished.
