We were living out of state and visited Michael at Great Floors for carpeting, LVP flooring and granite countertops. We were here one week and then gone for a month, before permanently moving to Olympia. A lot of communication, moving parts, changes and questions/answers were needed to complete this large project in a month's time. Not only is Michael delightful, but his attention to detail was unpresented. We felt he 'had it covered' every step of the way. Working with Michael and his assistant was simply a pleasure. B&R helped turn a terrible experience into a silver lining opportunity to beautify our home. He answered all of our questions and did not pressure us into making a hasty decision. B&R's price, selection, and range of products was excellent compared to other suppliers. We were able to get terracotta, terrazzo, slate, Zellige tile, subway tile- all at the same place. We ended up leaning into a handmade aesthetic with glossy greens, blues, and earthen hues. He told me he would contact the manufacturer and get back to me. He never did. I followed up twice more and received no return calls. My husband also tried reaching him and did not receive a response. Here's the thing, nowhere in the paperwork is 30 days stated. To make matters worse, the contractor Bryan recommended botched our project, leaving us unable to use the tile. When we returned the unused tile to the store, they refused to issue any refund. The lack of follow-through, communication, and customer service was extremely frustrating. We expected better support, especially after purchasing materials and trusting their contractor recommendation
