From the beginning, Eric and Cole were very responsive & helpful in assisting us with material and color selections and suggested products with superior quality & durability while staying within our budget. After months of shopping around, we decided to have David's team install LVP, carpet and handle all our millwork and casings which included complicated compound angles on our staircase. Their workmanship and attention to detail was very professional and more than met our picky expectations. The old-school honesty and integrity of everyone on David's team was truly refreshing. Eric managed our project and kept it on-time and on-budget. His attention to communication was impressive & timely even at 10pm at night and on weekends. We requested a few change orders along the way and they were charged at straight time and materials without the extra mark-ups most contractors tack on. Adrian was our onsite supervisor and was there every minute of every day. The flooring lead, Sergey and the carpet lead, Hector kept me informed and made suggestions that improved our end result. Over the last 42 years our family has built a number of custom homes and the experience with David's flooring was by far the best and was actually enjoyable. We would/will definitely use Eric and his team again and highly recommend them.

When a supplier mistake from Shaw Floors delayed materials and forced my family into a longer Airbnb stay, Vitaliy stepped up and helped cover the ~$1,500 extra cost. That meant a lot to us. The crew treated our home with respect, the floors look beautiful, and throughout the project I felt I could truly trust Vitaliy and David's Flooring. All I had to do was read Eugene's mission statement on his website to know that this guy has integrity, and boy does he live up to his word! I knew that I had a dry rot issue in a few of the window frames, but decided to play dumb to see who of the 5 bidders would be honest with me. I even asked them if they saw any indication of rot (which was visually apparent). Eugene was the only person who brought it to my attention. That is how I knew he was the contactor for me. Everyone else lied and underbid to get the job. I have worked with a lot of contractors on my house, and they all disappointed. Eugene shined. From day one his communication, honesty, and integrity stood out. When it came time to remove the old windows, it was discovered that the dry rot was way worse than originally expected. He found a structural contractor and worked hand in hand with them. He was here every day making sure everything was going smoothly. The other window bids likely would have covered up the issues instead of calling to attention the structural integrity of the wall, knowing the safety issue that it posed and that it would extend the project timeframe. His crew. Oh my gosh, the nicest most respectful crew you will meet. They put in long days in the rain and cold to get the job done, were respectful of my property, and truly are the nicest of guys. Because of this outstanding work ethic and honesty, I just hired them back to replace another grouping of windows. They stumbled upon another little chunk of dry rot (ugh, old houses in the PNW!) and instead of covering it up, they took photos and replaced the sill to make everything sound and sturdy. I have recommended them to everyone I know and will continue to do so. Go with Pacific Windows, you won't be disappointed!

I ordered a single sliding glass door, and it took approximately 178 days--nearly six months--to have it correctly installed. The original installation included the wrong door, and the installers also damaged the fixed panel. What made the experience even more frustrating was the repeated failure to honor scheduled appointments. Multiple times, the company scheduled and confirmed service visits, only to never show up or communicate that they weren't coming. Each time, I had to move furniture, remove window coverings, clear access to the door, and rearrange my schedule, only to do it all over again for the next appointment. This level of service is simply unacceptable. If you're looking for Milgard products, I would recommend Sound View Windows or Lundgren Enterprises instead. Based on my experience, they offer much better customer service, often at the same or even a lower price.

I was sold: "Based on what I gathered from you and your home, I imagine the design of your space would fall somewhere in the realm of warm contemporary, comfy, understated but a touch swanky, masculine, PNW natural / rustic. Neutral and subdued colors, varied natural textures, layered and homey, soulful. Furnished with timeless and quality elements that could work in future homes too." Gwen has executed on the vision perfectly all the while taking my feedback and taste into consideration. Gwen selected furniture, carpets, lighting, art, plants, and décor for my office, living room, bonus room, master bedroom, kitchen, outdoor patio, and hallways. She helped me accessorize my kitchen with all new cookware, knives, silverware, gadgets, etc. Saying that Gwen selected all of these items does not do justice to her work. The pieces selected were of the highest quality. Quality observable to the eye and to the touch. Most the pieces selected are themselves a work of art that give me joy just to look at daily. Some of the pieces were custom made to be the perfect fit for the space. Gwen found the craftspeople and helped design these custom pieces. Gwen was a consummate professional throughout the entire process. She did all the coordination of ordering and deliveries. Gwen found electricians to install the lighting and spent all day here making sure that a custom light fixture was installed. Her punctuality is something that I must comment on because when she told me that she would be at my house at a certain time I could set my watch to her arrival. I sincerely appreciated this punctuality because I believe it speaks volumes to how she cares about her clients and her craft. All of this work and sourcing was during COVID shutdowns when lead times on furniture exploded which made the project more difficult. All of the accounting and billing was online and easily accessible. In summary, Gwen designed the spaces in my home in a way that bring a smile to my face ever day. She did all of the work and minimized the amount of effort needed by me. I couldn't be happier with the result.
