The carpet workmanship is solid, the prices edged out the others in the area, and so many great options to choose from. I will be doing business with them again very soon.

Letty was very responsive over email and was able to come quickly to provide an estimate. Their pricing was also competitive (they did suggest a different carpet brand than all the other estimates but I am very happy with this carpet). The install was top notch. I was really impressed with the care that they took not to damage anything in the house as they removed the old carpet and installed new carpet. They didn't scuff any walls, baseboard or railings. (I've never seen such a good job before!) Letty did mention that I chose a soft back carpet and that makes a big difference in reducing any damage. The quality of the install was also great. All of the seams are well blended and don't show. There aren't any defects and it looks great! I ended up going with a plush carpet and 10lb underlay and it was such an upgrade over the carpet that was in the house. (And the previous owner claimed they went with a mid-level carpet.)

We cannot say enough about How Tupper's Floor Coverings and Interiors took on our project of helping us put together everything we need to finish our home from the floorings to cupboards, they had it all. The one on one that Al and Jeff gave us on helping us bring everything together I can not say enough about it. There employee's that did all the work of putting in everything took pride in everything and made sure we were happy with it all. We had a special request of getting one part of our home done first so we could move Dad into his part before we had all the other flooring and kitchen in and they came out and put in his carpet in his bedroom and had the tile done in his bathroom so he could be in the house while we waited on getting all the other stuff done. The customer care they gave us is something you really don't get in the box stores. Al spent time with us on giving us ideas for our island in the kitchen and when I had the look on my face of not really understanding it he took time to lay it out on the floor with blue tape to show us how it was going to look. We did a full home (2k sqft) with engineered hardwood and the installer was great at what he did and explaining what we had to do on our end to keep them up (temperature control mostly in those first few weeks). We had 2 spots come apart on us about a year later and I called Joel and he came out right away and fixed them - no cost to us. These folks are great at what they do - don't hesitate to call them.

Pros: The end product is beautiful! They do a gorgeous job, are extremely flexible with busy working schedules like mine, and the price point is extremely reasonable for the quality of product (I got 5 quotes from all the major places). I also dealt with the owner as all other reviews say you will which is nice. It truly is a small family business. Cons: I don't know if you'd call this a con but is worth mentioning. This is a VERY small company. A family business. I prefer supporting a family business but I also expected a "team" to come lay my plank flooring and only one person came alone and was here until 8pm- almost a 12 hour day! He did a perfect job. The quality is unmatched and I am very pleased. Also, there were a couple instances of running late and we had to call them to check up - it would have been nice if we would have gotten a call instead of us having to reach out. Over all I am extremely pleased with their company and would recommend them to anyone.

Due to construction delays, we put the selection of new flooring on hold. A few weeks later my contactor removed some of the existing LVP floor to do foundation work. When my contractor was then unable to reinstall the floor, we panicked since it was critical for the next stage of our remodel. I immediately reached out to Alexander at Emerald Installation. He was AMAZING! Alexander came over that same afternoon and reinstalled the flooring. It was beautiful, and just in time for the next stage of construction.
