My new home is fantastic, but it came with such thing carpet and carpet pad upstairs, I was feeling the tack strips coming up the stairs before! I checked around the top 3-4 places in the area and choose this business and glad I did. I had them replace my carpet and carpet pad from the stairs and upstairs of our home. The carpet workmanship is solid, the prices edged out the others in the area, and so many great options to choose from. I will be doing business with them again very soon.

From…read morethe very first consultation, the team was professional, punctual, and genuinely easy to work with. We are also customers with disabilities, and Kenny did a fantastic job accommodating our communication needs. What stood out most was how patient and knowledgeable Kenny was throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk us through the pros and cons of each material and installation approach, no pressure, no rushing, and just honest guidance so we could make the best decision for our home and budget. That kind of customer-first mindset is rare today, and we truly appreciated it. Their pricing was fair and transparent for both materials and labor, with no surprise fees or hidden costs. The crew worked efficiently and, at the end of each day, cleaned up completely. You'd never know they had been there. That level of care and respect for your home made a real difference. Kenny even made recommendations to make our floors look better. Most importantly, Kenny didn't consider the job done until we were completely satisfied. He checked in, addressed every question, and made sure the final result matched exactly what we envisioned. And here's the cherry on top: This is a small, family-owned business. In a world of big box stores and faceless contractors, it means everything to work with a team that treats your home like it's their own. Supporting a local family business that delivers this caliber of work is a no-brainer. We will absolutely be calling them again for our next project and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring done right, with heart. Thank you Kenny and team, we are really glad we decided to work with you!

Letty was very responsive over email and was able to come quickly to provide an estimate. Their pricing was also competitive (they did suggest a different carpet brand than all the other estimates but I am very happy with this carpet). The install was top notch. I was really impressed with the care that they took not to damage anything in the house as they removed the old carpet and installed new carpet. They didn't scuff any walls, baseboard or railings. (I've never seen such a good job before!) Letty did mention that I chose a soft back carpet and that makes a big difference in reducing any damage. The quality of the install was also great. All of the seams are well blended and don't show. There aren't any defects and it looks great! I ended up going with a plush carpet and 10lb underlay and it was such an upgrade over the carpet that was in the house. (And the previous owner claimed they went with a mid-level carpet.)

They do a gorgeous job, are extremely flexible with busy working schedules like mine, and the price point is extremely reasonable for the quality of product (I got 5 quotes from all the major places). I also dealt with the owner as all other reviews say you will which is nice. It truly is a small family business. Cons: I don't know if you'd call this a con but is worth mentioning. This is a VERY small company. A family business. I prefer supporting a family business but I also expected a "team" to come lay my plank flooring and only one person came alone and was here until 8pm- almost a 12 hour day! He did a perfect job. Over all I am extremely pleased with their company and would recommend them to anyone.
