Josh didn't outstanding job on the tile work and I'm very satisfied with how it is holding up and it is amazing to look at. During this first visit he also built the bookcase which is attached on one side. It is free-standing on the other so that we can move it about it is a beautiful piece of furniture and I am very satisfied with it. He also built another custom piece which is the corner curio cabinet. Each piece has to be custom made. It was built into the wall to hide an open space and it is perfect he built-in lights and it holds everything that I need in that area. On the second visit to our house, Josh helped repair a leak in the sink. The previous floor had failed in our kitchen and he replaced all of the flooring with tile. I cannot say how much I love my new kitchen floor. Each time Josh was here he was respectful of my home, he kept it clean, he cleaned up after himself, he was kind, funny and friendly. He always kept his promise and he is an outstanding person to work with and you won't be disappointed. His prices are fair and customary to this area.

The LVP is lifting in areas because there are uneven surfaces. The LVP has lifted so much, that the boards are sharp where they have popped. I contacted Modern Flooring Services and they informed me that my warranty expired in February (2 months back) and that they won't be able to help me. This isn't a warranty issue, this is an installation issue. Don't use this company as they won't make good on their mistakes. They did offer to provide an estimate to repair the work, however. UMMM.
