It probably took us 4-5 months to find and close on a house due to our unique requirements, and Joe believed in us all the way. He was able to qualify us for more than anyone else, and he was constantly trying to find ways to get us more money back. AWESOME! We signed for our new home last night and it's set to close today. The timing was REALLY tight because of the house we were selling, something totally out of Joe's control, but he spent the past two days on the phone, hounding the mortgage company and the escrow firm past their office hours to make sure we closed on time. He sticks with his clients through the ENTIRE home buying process. He doesn't drop out of the picture once your loan is approved like a lot of mortgage brokers. Best of all, he makes everything as stress-free as possible. What can I say? Don't look anywhere else. Save yourself a lot of time and stress. Just call Joe!

Two months ago I remember reading Yelp reviews about mortgage brokers and feeling somewhat ashamed…read morebecause for something as important as buying your first home, you almost certainly didn't do it based off Yelp reviews, right? My wife and I just bought our first home and we're so happy we took the time to find Joe on Yelp. If you're a first-time home buyer like we were, forget what you think you know about mortgage brokers. Don't bother going with a credit union or bank. Joe is the person you need to talk to. Regardless of your situation or where you're buying or what you're buying with, Joe can not only make it happen but he takes the time to explain to you how it all works and what your buying power really is. The best parts? He's just a genuinely nice, great guy and he works SO FAST and at all times of day and night. You can text, call or email Joe and he's always there. After a while it didn't even seem like we were talking to our 'mortgage broker' -- we were just talking to Joe. He weathered several possible housing situations with us and was always there to advocate for us. Many times he knew a listing agent or knew a broker or someone else on the other side of the transaction and reached out to them to help make something happen. Eventually we found the home we wanted and extended an offer, won and closed on the home. Joe was extremely fast -- we closed 22 days early! Here's the part where Joe proved how great of a person he was: at one point, the lending program Joe hooked us up with had changed their criteria resulting in reduced closing cost credit to us. Joe emailed us and said he's a man of his word and stands by his quotes, so he gave us a check out of pocket to cover the reduction in closing cost credit from the lender. What bank would do that? He even met us to help the papers at escrow. We really cannot recommend Joe enough, especially if you're a first time home buyer and you're wondering how it all works.

My wife and I were very impressed with Julie. Julie is a 5! We were glad to have her on our team…read more We had previously been referred to a Mortgage Officer who canceled our appointment last minute. We saw an opening to reorganize, so we quickly found Julie and she was ready to meet with us same day and time. This is our first house so we did not want to be strung along. Our goal was to find someone local to our Gig Harbor Community and our target was to be able to work with a professional and to find our home all in due time. Our only disappointment came from the mortgage agency. We did not find out until shortly after papers had been signed that we would receive a letter in our new house's mail box stating that our local lender sold our mortgage to a different company that had very poor ratings. While the hundreds of pages we signed must have mentioned it somewhere in there that this could happen, it was hidden and not very transparent. When we chose a mortgage company, we wanted that to be our company, We had set up automatic payments from our bank and all, that we then had only a few weeks to change to make sure our money didn't go to the wrong place. Plus, once we signed, we were swamped with letters from all kinds of unrelated real estate ventures, mostly scams. All of sudden, every agency automatically wanted our money for this insurance or for that coverage. So we had no way of knowing if the "send your money to an entirely new company and new address" letter was a scam or legit. Julie broke it down for us and helped reassure us that this letter was legitimate. So far we've been paying on time and are excited about the future.

What impressed me most was how methodical he was. Ravi did not just send listings from Zillow or Redfin. He ran a thorough market screen across multiple states, analyzing schools, safety, and rentability, and modeled the numbers including taxes, out-of-pocket cash, and whether a property could cash flow from month one. For every question I asked, I got a detailed answer almost in real time, a level of speed and depth I have not experienced with other agents. Ravi is also both my Realtor and my mortgage guy, a REMLO, offering real estate and lending under one roof. He walked me through the current rate environment and discussed the options in-depth so that I could make a meaningful choice. Not many agents can have that conversation with real authority. We zeroed in on a cash-flowing property in Indiana that checked every box. Ravi does not hold a license there, but that was never a limitation. He coordinated the local side through his referral network, staying involved throughout to make sure my interests were protected. If you want someone who thinks through your scenario as if it were his own, Ravi is that person. He helped me reach a goal I had been putting off for years. Do not let geography stop you either. I am based in California, bought in Indiana, and worked with Ravi in Seattle, and it was seamless from start to finish. We started our house hunt in Seattle from January, 2022. It was the most competitive and low-inventory housing market anyone experienced. From the beginning, Leah was very confident and patiently guided us through the process. She would make honest comments about the flaws of a property and point out the not-so-obvious short-comings. She was always available both in-person and over the phone. She never encouraged us to make unreasonable over-bidding even during the craziest market. She maintained a positive attitude throughout the process which helped us to move forward after getting rejections due to over-biddings. We were able to buy our dream house after 6 months of search. She went above and beyond to make sure the transfer process was smooth. I highly recommend her as an agent and wish her all the best.

My SIL referred Leah and said that she would sell our house and she did after only 2 days of our house being listed! Leah created action items in our client portal of what we needed to do to get our home ready ie. new carpets, patio decking. She hired a stager and a handyman as well. We moved out of our home entirely to have it properly staged but Leah would have been able to work around it either way. She was very concerned with our quality of life especially since we have a newborn baby and to alleviate some of the stress sent us a large package of entrées to help keep us fed. Our townhouse was listed on 4/9 and Leah hosted an open house on 4/11. We had multiple offers already on the evening of 4/11 and our house was pending the next day. Our family and friends were quite impressed with the staging, photos, and virtual 3D tour online. Leah kept us updated with our client calendar and that helped to keep us organized and on task for closing. We closed officially on 5/5! We are grateful for Leah and would refer her in a heartbeat. She would always communicate with us in order to verify what we wanted to do at various steps and guide us in the right direction. Her management of all relationships is gentle and kind, yet her realtor skills are firm and assertive. Leah is a top notch agent!
