It was super duper scary for me traveling alone for over 10 hours on a big metal machine. My parents lived in a townhome in the heart of Bellevue where there were lots of loud noises, cars, trucks, sirens and bangs! My parents didn't think that was suitable for me since they noticed that I love running in grass. That's when my parents reached out to the ladies of #RAREnorthwest @RareNorthwest I heard my mom say that Rachel and Tori must have showed them over 267 homes, and none they thought suited me well to stretch my legs. On August 12th Tori showed my mom a house that she thought was perfect for me: No stairs, front/side and a back yard for me to frolick about... and it came with a Baby Milo door! Listen folks, when you walk through this door, you are outside! On September 10th we moved into our new home and slept in utter peace and quiet. No siren, no banging and a yard all for myself (and the rabbits). Rachel & Tori are, beautiful, patient, kind, friendly, personable, extremely knowledgable in their craft individuals. They always had our best interst at hand and would tell us if it wasn't the right house for us. They know the market, they can predict the outcome and will fight till the end for you! We never doubted their confidence and savviness in their game plan and approach. They held my mom's hand throughout the process, they even gave me cuddles and belly rubs (which are my favorite). Whenever my mom freaked out, they were just a text or phone call away to calm her down. When our offer was accepted, we received a big moving box kit which included literally everything to get packing! Once we got the keys to MY new home, our house was filled with love from the ladies. They stocked our fridge full of kombucha, water, Pressed juices, left a humongeous thoughtful basket filled with wonderful items for the house, snackies, toys for myself, a lush comfy blanket and a personalized sign so my parents don't forget it's "MILO's HOUSE" oh! and they also included a personalized stamp with our new adress on it...brooooooo. We felt so much love bursting from every detail these ladies put into the personalization of our new home. We could not have asked for a better partnership and framily to guide us through this process. You can feel that they are truly genuine individuals who care and love with their whole hearts. Matt wasn't the lowest rate, the highest sale volume, nor did he cite a substantially higher sale price. But his recommendations on prep/staging/marketing; his full-service, detailed, and organized approach; and our ability to speak honestly about expectations really stood out. We also appreciated that he recommended ways to highlight the unique touches in the home, rather than (literally) whitewashing everything as some other realtors advised. His approach magnified the things we loved about the home and the care we put into maintaining and improving it. We were out-of-state during the majority of the sale, and relied on Matt and his team very heavily for sale preparation. He made proposals, got quotes, and oversaw work. Being in Las Vegas but looking for a place in Seattle and not knowing ANYONE or where or how to even begin the process. I used YELP for what is here for...to find businesses and read reviews. I searched Realtors and started to read reviews. After reading several reviews I knew I wanted to go with a smaller vs. a bigger company (where they might hand you off to whoever or you get lost in the shuffle). SOOOOO glad I went with Liz! I really believe that things happen for a reason and people come into your life for a reason. From the first time I spoke to her she had a great energy and vibe and I knew she was going to be a hustler. I was already impressed from the get go! In the beginning I explained what my husband and I were looking for, (which I thought were pretty strange requests criteria...because this condo was going to be used for our employee, it needed to be within a certain proximity, near the airport and within our budget). Liz just rolled with it and got on it. I think it was that night or the next we were already Facetiming a property we were interested in...that's how quickly she was on it! BTW she gives great video commentary and is thorough and honest with her review of the places. Not being there and actually seeing something in person for such a large purchase is kind of scary, but it truly was a great experience that I wasn't expecting. She listened and cared about our opinions and was never pushy. So right now the market is CRAZY!! We put in about 3-4 offers starting in February and kept getting outbid by cash offers and waiving everything. Finally we found something that was perfect for us and had keys and were moving in on April 8! We got to do a little fixer upping (Liz helped with finding a contractor) and was able to pick out flooring, paint and light fixtures, to our liking, all for asking price (seller was throwing in some $). BEYOND impressed with Liz and her team! From start to finish and all throughout the process Liz always kept in touch and updated with what was going on. Almost daily emails with new listings or possible places then following up with which ones we were interested in seeing. She was ON TOP of it!
