Realtors are a dime a dozen, but Danny is truly something special. I've had multiple transactions with him and have been happy with every one. It took me a while to find the right house, but I never felt pressured or rushed. What I like most about Danny is that he's quick, responsive, and detailed. Hopefully I'm out of the real estate game for a while, but for any future needs, I'd definitely use him again and can whole heartedly recommend him to anyone. read more

Danny helped my girlfriend and me find our home, in Seattle, Washington and we couldn't be happier. His communication is always prompt and we never feel left in the dark. He does a fantastic job keeping us informed about activity in our market throughout the year, remembering our home anniversary, sending regular market updates, and including us in his client events. We highly recommend Danny to anyone looking for an agent who truly goes above and beyond. Top Real estate agent in Seattle for sure! read more

Danny helped us buy our first home in Seattle, but we were not first time home buyers. We were so glad he was available 13 years later when we were ready to sell. Danny keeps you informed and supported from start to finish. read more

My favorite realtor! I've used Danny for 2 property purchases and a sale, we wouldn't call anyone else at this point. I'm glad to have met Danny and work with him while my family needs grew. read more

As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I had no idea where to start or what to expect -- but working with Danny Greco made all the difference. From the very beginning, Danny made us feel informed, confident, and supported. We never once felt like our questions were too small or silly; he welcomed all of them with patience and clarity, which speaks volumes about how much he values educating and empowering his clients. One of the things that truly sets Danny apart is his dedication to constantly learning. That commitment came through at every stage of the process -- whether it was his deep knowledge of the market, his strategic insight when evaluating homes, or his ability to explain next steps in a way that actually made sense. His opinion quickly became something we relied on and trusted completely. The home search can be an emotional rollercoaster, but Danny kept us grounded, hopeful, and realistic the whole time. He was incredibly responsive, always letting us know when he'd be available if he couldn't respond right away. We never had to wonder if we'd hear back from him -- the communication was consistent and exactly what we needed during such a high-stakes experience. When timing mattered, Danny knew how to act fast. He was strategic, proactive, and always had our best interest at heart. We are so grateful to have had him in our corner and couldn't recommend him more highly to anyone looking for a smart, reliable, and genuinely caring realtor. read more

Danny helped us find the perfect home after a very unexpected move. We were new to Seattle, didn't know the neighborhoods, and were relatively certain we wouldn't be able to find something within the timeframe we were working in. Danny's incredible resources and process-oriented approach got us exactly the home we had hoped for (but didn't think we would find). Thank you Danny! :-) read more

Back in early 2020 I had Danny help me find and purchase a condo in the View Ridge area. I had been totally satisfied with the experience. That is why I chose to go with Danny again in 2025 to help me sell my condo. He is communicative (even when on vacation I must say) and no nonsense. I like his approach, effective and to the point. Even in this difficult market, he did very well for me. I would recommend him to anyone needing a realtor. read more

Danny has been so helpful in our journey of buying a condo in the Seattle area. While we've purchased a house in the past, we've never purchased a condo. We were grateful to have someone as knowledgeable as Danny guiding us through the process. He always made us feel like priority clients and made the process so easy. read more

Danny was responsive to our request to meet him to consider him as a listing agent. He did a fine job of explaining the process of listing and selling but we ultimately selected another firm which had more experience in the area and a more personalized approach to selling. We appreciated his kind manner and his responsiveness and he even sent a note afterwords thanking us for meeting with him! A class act! read more

We would highly recommend Danny for your home transaction. I was a first-time home buyer new to the Seattle area and was glad that Danny really emphasized attention to detail, responsiveness, and providing as much relevant information as possible. Compared to other agents we initially spoke to who just wanted to show us homes or refer us to their lender of choice, Danny was always thoughtful, professional, and gave well-rounded responses. Even though our transaction is complete (buying) Danny still responds punctually to us for any questions and is always willing to help. If you're looking for an honest, competent, and insightful agent then we highly recommend Danny. read more

I didn't have to meet a lot of agents before deciding to go with Danny. He is as professional as you can get in a realtor-- he understands the Seattle market well and knows how tough it is for buyers-- something I found out quickly! What I liked about Danny is that I never felt pressured to put an offer on homes that I didn't feel 100% on. Furthermore, I felt comfortable driving the offer process with Danny... I am a pretty risk adverse individual so I'm glad that we were able to put in a loaded offer for the condo that I am now under contract for. I didn't think that I would be moving into a new place by the end of July, and so this beats my expectation. As a first-time home buyer, I am glad that I have gone with a professional who is very responsive, honest, and knowledgeable. Thank you so much Danny! read more

Danny recently listed and found a buyer for our Seattle property in a somewhat challenging seller's market. The entire process was five star, especially Danny's communication skills. Additionally, he assisted in removing items from the property as we were out of town at the time of closing which helped tremendously. I would very confidently recommend Danny to a family member or friend in need of real estate services. He will 100% be representing me on any future transactions. read more

A great experience with a true professional! We are so pleased we were referred to Danny to help us with the sale of our home. Danny's communication was excellent from day 1. He was always very prompt in his responses and demonstrated an incredible depth of knowledge in his field. We also needed some work done on our home to get it ready for market and Danny was great about getting us referrals for specific jobs that helped maximize our homes sale price. At the end of the day, it was the smoothest ever real estate transaction we've ever been a part of. We also received more for our home than we expected. I highly recommend Danny to anyone looking for a great real estate partner. He'll certainly be at the top of our list the next time around. read more

Working with Danny Greco was the right choice! He is an amazing realtor who knows his stuff. I am a first time home buyer, and he made the whole process a breeze. He was extremely patient and explained every single step of the process, from the very start of the home search to the closing date. He's always there to answer any questions you have and is always ready to look at available units with you ASAP. He was also very helpful when looking at different homes as he would do a great job at pointing out various pros and cons right away. If you need a realtor, I strongly recommend Danny! I had a very positive experience working with him. read more

It was great having Danny by our side during our house search. Considering we were first time home buyers, from day one he walked us through every step of buying a house. He was always available and willing to spend time with us answering our questions. He always answered our calls and emails quickly. Once we were ready to put an offer on a house while he was out of town on vacation, he was still responsive and took care of things that needed to be done before putting an offer on the offer review day. While it was frustrating to lose in bidding wars and a competitive market, we were able to buy the house we like with Danny's help. read more

We just bought our first house through Danny and can't say enough positive things about the experience. He was exactly what we were looking for in a realtor--a fantastic advocate for us without any BS or pressure, also very approachable and friendly (and happy to answer our *many* questions as first-time buyers). When we went to view houses with Danny, he gave us his honest (and impressively detailed) opinion on each house--good and bad--and every time noticed things my husband and I had missed. Once we decided to put an offer on a house, Danny took the time to go through every element of the offer to make sure we understood everything we were signing and that we were putting forward the best offer we were comfortable with--and it worked! read more

Working with Danny was great, he's always incredibly responsive in communications, is patient, and has a lot of helpful market insights to share. I've worked with Danny as both a new home buyer and a seller, and can say that his down-to-earth, relatable nature made what can be an intimidating process very easy and enjoyable. I especially appreciate his ability to point out the ups & downs of a home purchase/sale in a pressure-free and professional approach. Would recommend him, and have, to friends and others looking for a realtor that understands the Seattle area market. read more

Danny helped me with the process of purchasing my first home. From the start he was professional and detailed - and I genuinely felt like he was working in my best interest when it came to assessing different properties. He's very knowledgeable of the market and has a well defined sense of identifying value and staying away from potential problem properties. The process of touring was always efficient and worthwhile, and when I did eventually find my home Danny took extra time to walk me through all the paperwork and procedures. All in all, working with Danny made my real estate buying experience much more smooth and transparent than it could have been, especially in the red hot Seattle market. I will definitely work with Danny again and plan to refer my friends to him too. Thanks again! read more

We worked with Danny to buy our first home in the greater Seattle area and it was probably the best decision we ever made. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. If we ever had a question or were confused with something, he made sure we completely understood, no matter how long it took to talk it out. He's very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, hard working... the list goes on. We absolutely loved working with Danny and plan on recommending him to all of our friends and family. read more

We felt so lucky to be in the capable hands of Danny and Tekesha. They were both incredibly responsive, detailed, helpful, hard-working, and easy to work with. For us, this meant so much, since we were buying from out-of-state and were often touring homes virtually. Tekesha provided such wonderful and descriptive detail of each home we toured, that I may not have noticed had I been there in person. Her insights were invaluable and made touring homes virtually so much more vivid. When we toured the home we ended up purchasing, even the listing agent commented on how descriptive and helpful Tekesha's tour was-- we felt lucky to have her. Danny provided quick responses and sharp assessments of each house that caught our eye. It helped us build a better lens for reviewing the quality of homes before touring. Danny provided an in-depth look at each stage of the process to ensure we understood exactly what was happening/why. Despite buying a home previously, we were much more informed working with Danny. His analysis was crucial in determining an appropriate price point that ultimately led to us finding the perfect home. We couldn't have done it without them and will definitely continue to recommend Danny and Tekesha to all our friends. read more

Danny was fantastic, we cannot recommend him enough. After a terrible experience selling our condo through Redfin, we were looking for someone that would make us feel confident and excited to purchase a house. Danny went above and beyond, was extremely patient with us, and helped us vet all of the homes we were in interested in viewing. Everyone on his team was wonderful to work with, honest, and easy to talk to. We hope to not move again for a long time, but if we do, we're definitely contacting Danny. THANK YOU!! read more

Our case was a cart before the horse, we found the out-of-budget house of our dreams before even applying for any financing. Danny had a great suggestion on loan agents to help navigate the tricky situation of retaining the prior home as a rental as we purchased the new one. We truly appreciated the work Danny did negotiating with our Seller's agent. They were not trying to budge on price and we were unwilling to let this house go. We walked away momentarily and finally bought the home after we were able to get a few concessions. We could not be happier with our purchase and hope to have you come visit one day! Thank you for being a part of our lives and helping us secure the home of our dreams. We look forward to possibly working with you again someday and following your continued success. Your professionalism and attention to detail are traits that will get you everywhere! read more

When we started looking for an agent to help us in our house search, several of my friends recommended their agents to me, they didn't state why and I didn't hear great stories from them. So instead we decided to contact Danny as he was recommended to us by our lender. This was the best decision we could have taken! Danny was great to work with, very patient and always very insightful, one of the reasons we liked working with him so much was that he always had some great advice to share on every house we went to see. He is also super quick to reply to emails, I would send him an email late at night and would wake up to a detailed answer. When we decided on a house he went through every form in the offer process so that we could understand what our options were and what we would feel comfortable in waiving to make our offer stronger. At the end of the day, we got our house in the first offer and Danny helped us in every next step of the way, from scheduling an inspection to working closely with our lender to get the deal through as smoothly as possible. I will definitely recommend Danny to any friend of mine who is looking to buy a home, and will work with him in the future if we need to buy or sell a home. read more

Friendly, honest, patient, knowledgeable, hard working, persistent...too many positive adjectives that come to mind when thinking of Danny's service. Helped me purchase my first home, and along with it, was patient enough to answer my plethora of questions. We even referred two friends...both have been impressed with Danny! read more

My wife and I are first time homebuyers, and had a fairly short time frame of about two months to find and purchase a home in the Seattle area. Since the beginning of the home buying process, Danny has been incredibly informative and responsive in this process. Danny was an amazing help in the purchase of our first home in Seattle. It took us about 9 months, 20-30 viewings, and 3 total offers until we found the right home. He was always available and ready to help. During one of the early viewings, we were overly excited about a house that was at the very top of our budget, but he talked some sense into us (undesirable location, overbuilt for the block, not as great as we thought upon closer inspection), and we're so glad he did. Plus he earned our trust - a quick sale at the top of our budget would've made things easy for him - but he was watching out for our financial interests. He set us up with a great mortgage broker, inspectors, and he helped us every step of the way with a quick answer to every question at any hour. We actually placed the offer on our home remotely (while out of the country), because it was peak listing season and we found a home that fit all of our criteria. We had a 3D tour, pictures, and Danny set up a video chat with us, walking through the home with an inspector, and sent us all of the documents needed digitally. We had seen enough houses with Danny, and he knew what we were looking for in a house, so we trusted his opinion. A little crazy... but it worked, and we're really happy with the house. Thanks Danny! read more

I needed to find a home quickly, and Danny was there to help! He was extremely responsive and flexible with his schedule, so we were able to check out new houses on the market quickly. While we took a look at many houses, I greatly appreciated his input on what the positive/negative qualities of the place were. He helped put together a great offer on the very first house I liked, which was accepted! Happy to work together on future house buying/selling! read more

Danny was always quick to respond, always available and flexible with his time, and knowledgeable of the Seattle housing market. You can tell he's been in the real estate business for awhile and knows his stuff. He pointed out things when looking at homes that we wouldn't have seen ourselves. He's even been helping us after closing with tying some loose ends. After looking at 30+ homes, we are grateful for Danny's assistance in finding our home! read more

Danny came recommended to us through our friends. My wife and I were selling our property in South Seattle that sat on a very unique lot. Danny was never intimidated by the home's quirkiness. I appreciated his "can-do" attitude. It was our first time selling a property and Danny could not have been more helpful. We heeded his advice when it came to almost every aspect of the sale from staging to pricing to timing. We are glad we followed his lead because all our decisions made together turned out well in the end. I appreciated how knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive Danny was throughout the selling process. Without a doubt, I'd recommend him to anyone for Seattle real estate representation. read more

Danny was absolutely a great a choice for us. We were new to this crazy housing market and unaware of what we were getting into. Danny helped ease our fears and continued working with us to build a strategy that suited our needs, helped us find the house we desired, and guided us through the buying process. He was patient with us as he reviewed the bid contracts in detail until we fully knew the terms. He is well connected in the local real estate community with a great understanding on the pulse of the market and went out of his way to look at homes with us. During the offer process, he did not coerce us into doing something we weren't comfortable with and was always available to discuss the latest strategies to arrive at a competitive bid. We finally got the house that met our requirements even at the expense of Danny receiving a reduced commission from the seller! Danny was a pleasure to work with and we hope we get to work with him again in the future when we decide to move on to another home. read more

I highly recommend Danny and would absolutely work with him again! He was very responsive, researched the opportunities carefully, and helped locate the perfect property. He also has an ease about him that made the transaction feel less scary, and I did not feel any pressure to make a decision on any particular timeline. read more

I did a lot of research before connecting with Danny. Having never bought a home before, it was important to find someone whose interest was beyond just selling a home. Not only was Danny able to provide answers for our myriad questions, he was an advocate for and partner in our home hunt. After our first meeting he created a MLS rule to alert us about homes that fit our requirements. From there we'd just let him know which ones we wanted to see in person. Occasionally we'd find one on Zillow and he'd graciously take us out for a look. He seemed incredibly flexible to us. I know he had other clients but it wasn't apparent at all. This is all pretty standard realtor stuff, I guess. But what really impressed my wife and I about Danny, and the reason we recommend him so highly, is that he'd look out for our needs even when we weren't. Many times we'd approach a home and he'd begin explaining things he saw that might be concerns for us later on. A part of me expected our agent to be working to get us into a home and close the sell. Danny worked to get us into the RIGHT home and make sure our needs were met. When we did find that home he helped us strategize to win it in this INSANE market. With his guidance we beat out multiple offers. We couldn't be happier with the home or our experience with Danny. If you're looking for a buyer's agent, Danny has our highest endorsement. read more

Danny is the consummate real estate professional. He knew what I needed better than me and helped me manage the transaction every step of the way. I recently bought my first place, a 2 bed/2 bath condo, and had Danny as my realtor. From the time we met, to when the purchase was completed was approximately eight months. Danny was fantastic the entire time and was patient throughout all the listings we toured. As a first time buyer, Danny walked me through and explained every step, along with routine check-ins. Danny's knowledge of the Seattle housing market, along with insight of all the neighborhoods, ensured that I would make a sound investment.
