This was my second time working with Phillip and first time working with Heidi, this time for selling my condo in Capitol Hill. Heidi ended up being the main point of contact for most of the process and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the start, they were very clear and honest about expectations around selling a condo at this current time in the market. They were up front with the fact that it could take multiple weeks to sell, even in such a popular neighborhood, since condos were much slower to move than single family homes. This lined up with the research I had done prior to contacting them and I greatly appreciate the straightforwardness and not trying to over promise anything. Once we started working together, we agreed on a timeline to get the place ready and they came with great recommendations on staging setup and contractors to work with. The place looked incredible and they were really able to make a relatively small space shine and look more spacious than it ever has. Heidi kept in close contact with every stage of the process and would always be quick to respond whenever a question came up. She really went above and beyond to make me feel like I was in good hands through the entire process. The end result was we received an offer after the first open house weekend, for a little more than I was expecting, and with a very quick and smooth closing process. I couldn't be happier with how it all went. One other thing I noticed is the cleaning crew and contractors that helped get the place ready for showing were the same ones from when I worked with Phillip in 2019 for a different sale. They did an amazing job and to me it speaks highly of the relationships they are able to cultivate.  If it isn't obvious, I would be more than happy to work with either Heidi or Phillip again down the road, or really anyone from their team, given how well everything seems to be run! read more

Phillip and Shane made selling an estate home a breeze. From the very beginning, they were professional, organized, and always available to help me through the process--even while I was traveling out of state. They took care of everything, from selecting fixtures and upgrades to managing vendors, which saved me from making constant trips back to Washington. They struck the perfect balance between modernizing the house and leaving room for the buyer's own touch, and thanks to their strategic advice, we ended up selling for more than the asking price! What really stood out was how much they truly cared. Selling a childhood home is never easy, but they were understanding, patient, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend Phillip and Shane for anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate team! read more

10s, 10s, 10s across the board!! I cannot express my gratitude enough for the support and guidance my partner and I received from Phillip, Billy, and the entire PBNW team throughout our home buying process. As first-time buyers, we had little knowledge on what to expect as we began our search, but the team was there to guide us through each step. From the first email communication through our first official day in the house, Phillip and Billy listened to our needs, provided a multitude of options for us to peruse in order to understand the market, and were able to keep us on track when considering the viability of a home. As two individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community in our early 30s, finding the right team for our inaugural home search was extremely important to us. From the first conversation, we knew that we were in the right hands, which allowed us to feel at ease and find moments to connect with our realtors on a personal level beyond the home search. Touring homes and neighborhoods together was made even more enjoyable due to their wealth of knowledge in multiple areas, helping us envision the integration of our lives with the neighborhood and commercial areas. When all was said and done, we had only been touring homes for 7 days before deciding to put an offer on a gorgeous townhome - if that isn't a mark of success, I don't know what is! Offer process was smooth, inspections were smooth, closing was a breeze...certainly couldn't have done it without them! Eternally grateful to the PBNW team for helping us find (and land) our first dream home. Lifelong customers here, without a doubt. Thank you!! read more

This is my third time working with Phillip and team and they are the best. Philip really listens and learns what you are looking for and what is important to you then does anything he can to make it happen. He and his team are so thoughtful and detail oriented and they really go above and beyond to make a stressful time seem easy. Phillip's instincts on offer prices and details, and negotiation are spot on too. Phillip got me my dream house! read more

Phillip and his team did a fantastic job helping us find our dream home and selling our previous home. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns, wrangled contracts and contractors, and did what it took to close the deal. Phillip had great insights into the local neighborhoods and market conditions, and clearly communicated expectations at each step. Even with all the ups and downs of the home buying and selling process, we always felt like Phillip knew what to do and he kept us feeling optimistic. Can't say enough good things about Phillip and will recommend him for all our friends! read more

Phillip, Heidi and Shane are amazing!!! This is the second time they have sold a house for me and they make it so easy. They are definitely a full service team that handles everything from prepping the house, marketing, pricing, showing, selling and take you all the way through closing. They operate as a trusted partner, project manager, contractor (for any repairs for prepping to sell), interior decorator, seller and closer. The team is very well connected with multiple contractors, cleaning services, staging companies and legal teams. This house sale was comlicated because it was my mom's house and I was living in Portugal. The communication and trust in their market knowledge were key to making decisions about things that needed to be fixed and updated. They always have an eye on ROI as we make these decisions. Ultimately all of this paid off as we sold for much higher than anticipated. They house sold in 5 days. Amazing!!! Definitely I highly recommend each member of this great team. read more

Philip and team were amazing in every way when helping us sell our house. Communication, planning, knowledge, and advice were all top notch the entire time. The house sold very quickly and got above asking, so we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. read more

The entire PBNW team was phenomenal to work with. As first-time home buyers, we didn't know what to expect. Phillip and Billy were patient, thorough, and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. We felt like we were looking for a home with long-time friends who were laser-focused on our needs. I cannot recommend the PBNW team highly enough and look forward to working with them again in the future! read more

It was a pleasure working with Phillip and his team to sell our home in Seattle. He provided a clear plan to prepare to list our home and took all the guesswork out of the process when we relocated to a new city on a tight timeline. Phillip's team is savvy, communicative and organized. If you're looking for a well-connected professional to buy or sell your home in the Seattle area, look no further. read more

I loved working with Phillip and Billy. I felt he was really focused on getting me a house that would work for me, instead of just getting me to buy something. He was also able to negotiate the contract in such a way it worked for me. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely work with him again. read more

We had a great experience with Philip and Alex during our long (1 year+) home search. They played a very key role for us to find the best home that suited our growing family's needs. The value they added went much beyond handling the transaction.  From the very beginning, Philip and Alex made us feel like we are team, moving towards a common goal. When they see a concern with a home we were interested in (size, location, etc.) they made sure to highlight it, even if that meant possibly lengthening our search process.  Philip and Alex really understood our preferences and respected them. The options they recommended stayed within our parameters. Actually, we ended up in a neighborhood that Philip had brought into our radar months ago, and we are super happy with the decision.  Their experience in negotiating saved us from overpaying and they handled last minute surprises very well, while ensuring the transaction was smooth.  You can't go wrong with having Philip and Alex as your agents. Highly recommended! read more

Looking for a knowledgeable, responsive and passionate realtor to help you find your dream home? Look no further than Phillip! He is an amazing realtor who helped my boyfriend and me find our new home in the Central District. Phillip and his team (special shout out to Billy and Joyce) were with us every step of the way and made the process so easy. As a first time homebuyer the process can feel a little daunting, but Phillip really helped break it down and simplify everything. Overall I don't have anything negative to say about our experience and Phillip should be everyone's go to Seattle realtor! read more

Sold! And it was an experience like clockwork. Our Redmond condo sold in less than a week thanks to the teamwork of Phillip Belenky, Shane Rossow, and Billy Hilton. Everything was orchestrated with precision from the establishment of a selling price to the beautiful staging of our unit. Phillip knows the housing market so well and priced our place perfectly to sell at lightning speed. We have known Phillip for almost 10 years and trust his professionalism in all he does. We consulted him many times during these years for advice about the market and he responded every time with patience, kindness and a wealth of knowledge. Whether buying or selling a home, we encourage you to experience the magic of Phillip Belenky and the PBNW Homes Team. read more

My friends recommended Phillip to me as he helped them buying their first house 7 years ago. From the very first interaction with Phillip I was pleased on how he handles the communication process - totally in your pace, using all available ways to communicate today - texts/email/ whatever you can imagine! Once we had initial discussion, Phillip and his colleague Alex signed me up to receive regular updates on my house preferences via email. Really useful as they're getting those from MLS - database where all those guys like Zillow and Redfin take their info. When we were watching houses I really appreciated that Phillip balanced my 'blurred eye' and 'wow effect' providing some insights on what he sees and what can be potential obstacles in the future. Generally speaking the main thing I liked about this interaction is that it was always an extra mile - there were no unanswered questions and this complicated process was clear to me - a first-time home buyer. (For example he sent me stickers for moving! Is it useful - 100%! Should he have done that? Not really but he did! And it's not about stickers - he just oversees 101% of the whole process and assists you with additional small details to ensure the perfect and smooth overall experience!). Also additionally I want to mention an amazing team that Phillip recommended. This was a team of experienced professional who you require on different stages (home inspector, loan officer etc). I can't imagine how much he was doing on the backstage so that the overall process went so smooth! I would definitely recommend Phillip if you are the first-time home buyer or you want to sell/buy it again! I couldn't be more excited to become a homeowner with such a pleasant purchasing experience! Phillip, thanks a lot! read more

This was our second time working with Phillip from PBNW. We first had support from Phillip in finding our first home. After 10 years of enjoying our home, we had no doubt we wanted to have Phillip on our team to sell our house. Phillip, with the help of Billy and the rest of the PBNW team did such a an amazing job! He's a great realtor. He made it easy for us the entire process from the initial idea to sell all the way through getting the check wired to our bank account! He knew what we needed do, provided the tools, quality contractors, and ultimately the best-fit vision for our specific house in our unique neighborhood. With Shane's interior design background--they transformed our home for the market. He was well researched on the current market and got us a very fair price. We had 1 offer same day and 4 the second day. His vision and guidance really paid off. Highly recommend! read more

We had the pleasure of working with Phillip and Billy on our recent home purchase. Phillip and Billy were very knowledgeable, were great listeners and were easy to work with in our home buying journey. They also provided guidance on what neighborhoods would best meet our needs and guided us to listings that met our criteria. Because we bought a home in a very hot market, we ended up bidding on 5 homes and competing with multiple buyers. Phillip and Billy helped us navigate this stressful process and advised us as to implications of different contract conditions and potentially waiving them. This allowed us to put together a competitive offer that we were comfortable with. We would recommend Phillip and Billy! read more

We recently worked with Phillip and Billy as we relocated to Seattle from Chicago. This was a big move for us and hearing the horror stories of the Seattle market didn't help. We found great counsel in Phillip and Billy's team. They are truly a team and having both of them was super helpful as there was always someone available to go on tours or answer questions. We first had a phone call few months before we moved where Phillip gave us a detailed overview of the buying process in Seattle and its intricacies. He set up a search for us and we exchanged few messages as we were trying to get a better idea on certain areas and set our expectations correctly. We then visited Seattle for a weekend and they booked a day for us to tour few houses in different neighborhoods to give us a chance to experience different parts of Seattle and the suburbs so that we get an initial feel for them. When we finally moved to Seattle and the rubber hit the road on the home search, Phillip and Billy were the best partners to have on our side. They were very knowledgeable about the local market and very patient and active with us as we were asking to visit between 5 to 8 houses a week. They were always very quick to set up showing appointments and were very upfront about the potential popularity of the house and when we should be ready to pull the trigger right away if we liked a place. This really puts us in a great place and took a lot of stress off our shoulders as we knew that we just had to worry about our part, say yes or no. When it came down to making offers, they did an excellent job building relationships with the listing agents to put us in the best place with the competing offers. They were always in constant communication with us which was really helpful as we waited for the answers from the sellers. They made very reasonable recommendations on how to structure the offers and were never pushy in any way shape or form. They understood when we hit our budget ceiling and openly recommended that we don't make any offer we are not comfortable with. Afte we got one offer accepted, you'd think they will just say congrats and leave us. Not Phillip and Billy. they continued to follow up with us to make sure we had contacts for any renovation related work. You need a painter? They got a guy. Redo the flooring? They got someone. A plumber? Landscaper? Electrician? Designer? You name it, they will help and recommend someone. These are the types of professionals you want to have in your court when make such life changing decisions. You want someone who has your interest at heart, who is friendly and makes you feel confident and who is also honest and upfront when needed. I highly recommend Phillip and Billy for your Seattle real estate needs. Look no further! read more

I had complete confidence in working with Phillip and Billy from start to close. We ended up with a much nicer house than I imagined, I know it was because of their expertise in the industry. We had a lot of questions during the process, they were very proactive, responsive whenever we pinged them, always kept us in the loop, and were great about giving us a heads up regarding next steps! They were organized, thorough, efficient, and brought up excellent points whenever we communicated. This was my second time working with Phillip + team, and my FIRST offers were accepted in both transactions (yes, you read that right!). My family friend also worked with them in the purchase of her home and had a great experience. Highly recommend! read more

Phillip and his team are outstanding. We have been working with them as a vendor for almost 10 years so it was no question who we would use for our next home purchase. We have also worked with many other realtors over the years but the PBNW Homes team is in a different league! Thank you! read more

I've been putting off this review for our experience with Phillip Belenky for awhile. Because reviewing your real estate agent is NOT like reviewing a restaurant or hair salon or gym. If you don't like your hair salon after a bad cut, you can find another stylist to fix it, the relationship can be over as soon as your last transaction is over. Same with your grocery store, your coffee shop, your dry cleaner. But once you get "involved" with your real estate agent and start putting money and signatures on the line, it's almost impossible to get out. I imagine many people, especially first-time buyers, think of house-hunting with their agent, and choose someone they think will be helpful for the exciting process of finding the right home for the right price. Wrong! That's like finding a spouse for the dating period of the relationship, not for the marriage. Because after you make an offer, and the offer is accepted, your agent will be even MORE important than before. You want someone you can work with when things get complicated or taxing. Phillip is the real estate agent you want with you through thick and thorough thin, good times and bad. (And he even makes the challenging times good, I swear). About us: My husband and I moved to Seattle from the Boston area, and found Phillip through Microsoft's relocation services, and had a few agents here we were speaking with when we decided to settle down with Phillip and his team. We were current home owners, and had worked with tree real estate agents in the past, so have some experience to draw from. Also, we have a kid, I run my own business, and our toddler was present for nearly every meeting, phone conversation and house visit with Phillip. So back to Phillip. Here's a review of the many phases of our relationship with Phillip: Dating (Finding our home): Phillip immediately grasped what we were looking for, and made the process easy by sending us homes in our budget, location and with the features we were interested in. In the end, we found a home that far exceeded our expectations BELOW asking price, and is in a neighborhood that wasn't on our radar. I am so grateful Phillip showed us our home as the last stop on our tour. Furthermore, he entertained our daughter, engaging her in the process, and she is now a huge fan of "Phillip guy". His car is cool and fun to ride in, though that's a very low priority on our list for an agent, it did add some fun. Committing (Signing, Inspection, Closing): Phillip made all of processes, steps, and requirements crystal-clear. He explained, clearly, honestly and without any impatience, the answers to any random questions we had. He followed up in a way that was helpful, welcomed, friendly and professional. He helped us negotiate things from the buyers that we never would have considered--he went above and beyond in a way we haven't seen with other agents. Communication: Effective, professional, timely and coherent communication with your agent is KEY. I cannot stress this enough. Phillip managed to communicate with me and my husband clearly, effectively and respectfully. I often dread dealing with paperwork and logistics, but I enjoyed working with Phillip. So did my husband. And our kid. Happily Ever After (Living in Our New Home): One major perk of working with Phillip is that he has high standards for the people he works with. He brings in an inspector that is as professional, patient and respectful as he is. We asked for and received fantastic references for a number of other home-related professionals and services. With Phillip, you know you're going to get access to an entire network of honest, quality, well-priced professionals. As someone new to town, that has been KEY-- a major, unexpected perk of our relationship with Phillip. After this whole process, we still really like Phillip. He's someone you'd like to be friends with, and that you would look forward to interacting with. I cannot recommend him or his team members highly enough. It's one of the best decisions we've made since moving to Seattle. Do yourself, your future home (or soon-to-be-sold home) a favor and say "I do" to this agent and his team. read more

Our experience of working with our realtor, Phillip Belenky, in exploring finding and purchasing our new home in the Northwest was nothing short of WONDERFUL! Our situation is a bit unique - we currently live on the east coast but decided that living in the Pacific Northwest was where we would like to begin our next chapter. We found Phillip through an online search and we reached out unsure about where exactly in the Northwest we wanted to settle or exactly what our timeframe would be, not the easiest clients! After introducing ourselves to Phillip and explaining our situation, we knew right away that we were in amazing hands! He immediately helped orient ourselves to the area, took on the Seattle search and connected us with a great colleague in Oregon to expand the scope. As we prepared for a trip out to Seattle and Portland to look at properties, Phillip heard and understood our needs and wants, and set realistic expectations about what would be possible in our price range. When we arrived in Seattle, Phillip had put together a wonderfully detailed itinerary of home showings over the course of two days (no small feat considering each home showing had to be individually scheduled due to COVID.) During those two days he showed us a variety of properties across many of the different neighborhoods of Seattle. We followed him up and down the hills of the city talking on the phone from property to property. In the end we found a better match for our family in Portland, not Seattle, but we would not have gotten there without Phillip. We cannot recommend working with him enough - an all-star realtor and a truly wonderful guy! read more

It seems that the dust has settled a bit, we're almost done with the house renovations and we would like to thank our amazing realtor and his team for making all of it possible. We contacted Phillip following a recommendation by our friends, who had purchased their first house with his help several years ago. After checking the online reviews, we felt that Phillip might be the right match for us too. Our introduction meeting confirmed our hunch. Phillip took time to explain all the details about the way he approached the house search process, to understand our expectations and what's important for us. We spent quite a lot of time in discussing different ways of communication and response time, as we were preparing to buy a house in the crazy market of the first half of 2021 and we wanted to make sure that we'd get all the support we needed for a successful house search. He mentioned that he works with his partner Billy and that we would have a WhatsApp group for the four of us, to allow a fluent and timely communication. Having covered all our questions and concerns, we felt confident that we had found the right team. Now, I believe it's important to mention several things about us that may have made us not the easiest clients to work with: 1. We're very pedantic and pay a lot of attention to small details (can drive anyone crazy when you deal with multiple real estate documents that are long and full of professional language and small print) and we don't leave anything unclear. 2. We are first time buyers and we've just moved to the East Side area, so it increased the amount of our anxiety and decreased the levels of our familiarity with the subject, so we had a ton of questions. 3. We moved to the States in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, and, because of that, as well as a number of personal circumstances, we had set an extremely aggressive timeline for buying a house. 4. We wanted to live in a highly sought after area. When combining all the above with how crazy the market was (and still is), we were nowhere near being easy clients for Phillip. Despite all these challenges, Phillip and Billy were absolutely amazing, stayed positive and tuned for success! As it turned out, we found ourselves not only the best realtors ever, but also part-time counselors that continuously assured us that everything would be ok and supported us when we lost hope, as well as beautiful human beings that we got lucky to meet and spend quite a lot of time with. When we had finally found our house, and our offer got accepted, there was a lot of work and effort from Phillip and Billy's side that made our offer successful. They talked to the selling agent, understood the wishes and constraints of the selling party, and applied the right strategy to make our offer attractive to them. There were many steps to be taken in order to finalize the purchase, and Phillip had connected us with other members of his team, who took us through all the process, step-by-step, communicating very clear and detailed instructions, verifying whether we had any questions, etc. In addition, we decided to do some renovations in the house, and once again, it was very challenging to find contractors on such a short notice, this also being the summer time, when innovation market is very lively. Phillip came to our rescue once again. Thanks to him, we had found a contractor, who agreed to squeeze us into his busy schedule, and, as of now (1.5 months after buying the house), we're almost done with the renovations and about to move into our new home. I've already written quite a long review, but the more I write, the more I realize how many details haven't been mentioned yet, and all of them are just pure demonstration of how far above and beyond does Phillip go to help his clients to achieve their goals. He could also connect you with other professionals who are great and honest, like him, if you need anything. I truly believe that meeting Phillip and working with him was the key decision in making our relocation/house purchase journey a success! read more

This is our second time buying a home with Phillip and first time selling our home with him and Alex. We contacted Phillip this summer to start the conversation about what kind of house we could afford and where in the greater Seattle area might be the best fit for our family. Right away Phillip and Alex put us at ease and gave us so much useful information that we decided to take the plunge. We had to sell our existing home in order to be able to buy a new one. Both working full time and having a kindergartener made the logistics of getting our house ready to sell feel daunting. Phillip gave us recommendations that were cost effective and impactful. They made a super detailed home selling plan for us, soup to nuts, from painting to landscaping to staging and everything in between. Phillip and Alex organized the timing, recommended workers, scheduled everything, and oversaw every aspect of the process while also ensuring that we were still able to have comfort and a sense of normalcy by recommending great airbnbs and working around our timelines which is important when you have young kids. Honestly, they were amazing. They took the stress out of the process entirely and in the end our home sold in 6 days! We were worried about the timing of buying and moving into our next home and with absolute finesse, Phillip orchestrated the process where we were able to make an offer that wasn't contingent on our house sale, and move directly into our new home from our previous home. We never felt pressured and always felt like we were getting good advice. My husband and I have very different design aesthetics and yet Phillip was able to hone in on what each of us really wanted and help us find our dream home. He listened not only to what we were saying but also took the time to understand our lives and understand us as individuals and as a family. It was easy to place our trust in him. He made us feel like we were his only clients (which is funny because in reading his reviews I find that a lot of his clients feel that way too). He has such deep knowledge of this business and went above and beyond what we expected of him in every way. Such as giving us design tips, tips on enrolling our son in a new school, great suggestions for a new landscaper, home maintenance tips, a good packing and moving company to use, I could go on and on. Friends of our recommended Phillip to us back in 2012 and we couldn't be more grateful for the connection. Fast forward to 2019, we wouldn't be where we are today without Phillip and Alex's help. If you are considering buying or selling your home, PBNW Homes is the place to go. They are outstanding at what they do. read more

Phillip is amazing. My family had a beautiful townhome in the Seattle area but due to health problems, the duty of selling it fell upon me. Since I live in California, I needed a realtor whom I could trust to execute the necessary upgrades to the home before selling. Since I spent so little time in Seattle, he advised me via phone, text, and email on how to prepare our property before putting it on the market. I was able to visit Seattle once before the sale and Phillip was a treat to me: not only was he extremely polished, highly informative, smart, and professional (all of which I expected), he was also warmly approachable and kind. To say the least, within a week of being on the market, we had multiple offers. It was the most painless real estate transaction I've ever dealt with. Should I ever return to the Seattle area, I have no doubt in my mind that Phillip would be my realtor. He's absolutely the best: works hard and smartly in your best interest, and I trust and appreciate him completely!!! read more

Phillip was recommended to us in 2 separate instances and both of them couldn't say enough good things about him and his team. It turns out that they were totally correct. We started working with Phillip and team around January of 2020...right before the COVID pandemic hit. Even with all of the craziness going on in the world, he was great and helped us find our home in Seattle. Though he won't admit it, we were probably really challenging clients since we were first time home buyers that had pretty strong opinions about what we wanted in addition to having to juggle our availability for viewings due to our out of town travel schedules. He was super responsive throughout our experience with him by texts and emails. We really appreciated how honest and transparent he was with us on the process as well as giving us the nitty gritty details of the housing market. Whenever we had showings scheduled, he would show up with a whole packet with notes and pictures - incredibly organized, professional and useful. When the time came to make a bid on the house, Phillip offered great advice and strategy on the opening prices as well as escalation offers. One example we thought really exemplified how great Phillip and team were - we were interested in a new construction but had some reservations about the builder - Phillip and team actually told us that if we weren't comfortable, then don't make an offer. They were willing to walk away from a quick sale to make sure that we would be happy with the house we ended up with. We felt that they were as invested in our decision as we were. It was not just a business transaction to them. To sum it up, he was awesome and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor to work with. read more

In short, Phillip is the best! I recommend him to all my friends, and I will definitely come back to him if I ever consider selling or buying any property! He has a great knowledge of the industry, neighborhoods, offerings, and a vast network (banks, contractors, etc). Phillip was referred to us by my husband's relocation company. During our kickoff call (not done in person due to COVID), he took the time to truly understand our needs and life goals (e.g., how long we were planning to stay in the new house, when we are planning to have kids, etc). As we were moving from another country, he was patient and caring enough to explain how the real estate industry and school system work in Seattle, which was paramount to support our decision-making process down the road. Furthermore, he also introduced us to the relationship bank, which started the approval of our mortgage. Phillip then shared many listings, so my husband and I assessed and commented on everything we liked or disliked. The first time we went to visit a house together, Phillip brought Billy from his team, and we were so glad to see that both knew exactly what we were looking for (they did their homework reviewing all our notes from the listing!). As we visited a few options, they provided candid feedback on each option, assessing whether that was a good fit for us and its potential resale opportunity. They always shared each option's pros and cons, being extremely thoughtful and honest about all options and putting themselves available to answer questions whenever we wanted. In the end, we found our condo quicker than we thought. Phillip and Billy got the ball rolling immediately and supported us while navigating each step of this process (from making an offer to closing day). Their knowledge, readiness, and organization were fundamental to ensure a smooth process. As we were planning to remodel the condo, Phillip connected us with contractors he trusted, and we had him or Billy joining us whenever we need contractors coming over to discuss our ideas. With both on our side, we leveraged their insights regarding potential resale, and I loved when they politely pushed us back on ideas that would be costly and add little value to the property. We couldn't be happier with the outstanding and smooth service they provided. As a plus, they are the kind of people that you always want to have around. Our strong partnership made our purchasing experience actually fun. read more

Phillip is a great real estate agent. We've purchased our first home with help of Phillip and everything went really smooth. He's very responsive and hands on. Home purchase involves a lot paper work, rules and regulations and a lengthy process. We had full trust on Phillip for navigating through this process and he absolutely gain our trust from the beginning by explaining us everything clearly and being transparent. He's very knowledgeable about owning a home and he gave us a lot of tips and tricks. Seattle's real estate market is a bit rough for buyers right now and there's a lot of competition in the offer process. Phillip's network helped a lot in that regard, he reached out to HOAs, listing agents and other point of contacts to clarify unknowns and answer our questions. I definitely recommend working with Phillip if you're thinking to buy a home. read more

Very smooth experience. We were very anxious before starting the process and meeting with Phillip and Shane but they were transparent, understood and set our expectations in line with market conditions. Fortunately our home search took only 3-4 weeks. After we decided to move on with offer, Phillip and his team helped us submit the winning offer package in a bidding war. Rest of the process was so smooth and flawless, we really enjoyed instead of stressing out. He helped us from choosing a great lender to finding a well qualified inspector. With Philip and his team's help it took less than two months from our first meeting to moving our new home! read more

Phillip just helped us close a great house in a location we love. When we saw the house we knew the process was going to be competitive, given the location and a very aggressive deadline. Phillip made it happen with his attention to detail, extensive knowledge, superb negotiation skills and resourcefulness. He was laser focused in pursuing the best result for us, yet he was always thoughtful and listened to our needs and concerns. He also recommended high caliber professionals to help us with lending, inspections and insurance. The process of buying a place in a fast moving market can feel like a whirlwind. You want to work with the best. Buying/selling a home can be such an emotional process too; you want to partner with someone who is delightful to work with. I have worked with Phillip twice before this recent purchase, and I still emphatically recommend Phillip to anyone considering buying or selling a home. read more

Phillip helped me purchase an investment property in Seattle recently, and I can't stress enough how awesome and easy the process was with him. I travel frequently to Seattle for work, and decided that it would be a good place to invest in given the growth I was witnessing. I was referred to Phillip, and immediately Phillip set up a series of calls to understand my needs and what I wanted to get out of an investment. Not once did I feel like he was trying to push for a sale, and he meticulously prepared all the information ahead of time for me to review. When I was on a business trip to Seattle, I pinged Phillip a week in advance to see if he could show me some properties, and he lined up several that fit in the criteria that he knew fit into my parameters. When it came down to making an offer, Phillip made it super easy. Everything he does can be done electronically, which made it extremely easy for me as I was in California. Phillip and his team made sure all the information was crystal clear to me, and during the contract period, organized a checklist of things that I could do ensure a smooth transaction. He is super organized, and will take the time to explain everything so that you feel comfortable with such a huge financial decision. If you want a real estate agent who will go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and whom can provide you with all the insights about Seattle real estate, you won't go wrong with Phillip. read more

We just completed the purchase of our THIRD home with Phillip and we could not be happier. Phillip is so knowledgeable about the neighborhoods in Seattle, the schools, and the nuances that make each area unique. He is a trustworthy advisor and worked tirelessly to ensure we felt completely comfortable with our offer. His personal touches in the home buying process - the late night phone calls and texts to make sure we were up-to-date throughout the entire transaction gave us confidence that we were in good hands. The Seattle market can be overwhelming to home buyers, but with Phillip as our broker - advantage US! read more

Phillip, Shane and Team are the absolute best realtors I have ever worked with. They were very efficient and had excellent follow-up and follow-through. At the beginning of the process, they gave me an outline of how things would progress and what part of the progression I was accountable for. Throughout they followed up to ensure I was on task so they could stay on task. As the CEO of an international brand, I appreciate the effort they took to keep me on point and to keep my transaction moving forward. The best part - the property sold for exactly what I requested. This was our fourth transaction together. A job well done. read more
