Michael was a dream to work with! We went to an open house and wanted to put in an offer, but we didn't have a realtor or our pre-approval letter. We pinged Michael via Zillow and he worked with us on a Sunday (his birthday weekend none the less) and helped us get everything in order, and we actually got the offer in by the Monday morning deadline! I've stumbled upon Michael via, a house searching service and although I was in my early stages of "browsing" for a "potential" 1st property in WA. I can't recommend Michael Ross enough. It was a happy accident that someone showing a house we wanted to see in our neighborhood recommended him. By Michael's observations there, and at a few other house visits that day we found out he: * Listened to us closely * Asked intelligent questions about what was important to us * Had excellent observations about the quality of the house features * Knew the building codes, current market conditions, neighborhoods and their history We thought it would be a months' long process. We only moved here a year ago and don't know the neighborhoods well, had a strict budget AND wanted a house with a suburban-sized yard very close to public transit (I laughed when I said that too). We were stunned to find suitable places within days, and found the perfect one in 2 weeks (solid construction, well maintained, 2 fireplaces, solar - everything that was *actually* on our list but the hot tub!). It was like jumping onto a moving train. A frightening, frantic search for documents, reams of legalese to read... But Michael was a calm eye in the middle of the storm. We are first-time homeowners and we cannot recommend Michael Ross enough!! We first met Michael in the spring of 2020 when we were just beginning our house shopping journey. He immediately impressed us with his directness and honesty, as well as his keen knowledge of the Seattle market.
