We were confident from day 1 as they started the selling process and proceeded to manage all the details during the time it took to sell the house. In our case, we moved out-of-state and let them manage the whole sale process for us: all we had to do was handover an extra set of keys, and they managed it. Our challenge being out-of-state was: dealing with not so great property-management and renters who were even more challenging. Ash and Ravi helped a friend of mine buy his place. Considering he spoke really highly of them, I figured I'd reach out when it became time for me to buy a place of my own. Boy am I glad I did! As a first-time home buyer, it's easy to become overwhelmed with the process. Ravi and Ash expertly guided me through every step of the process and ensured that I never really felt overwhelmed. To begin with Ravi put together a presentation including market trends and useful information that was tailored to the types of homes, price range, and neighborhoods I was looking for. From there he sent me a daily email that included all of the homes that met my specified criteria. As we started to tour homes Ravi and Ash were nearly always available and went out of their way to make sure I was able to see a home as soon as it hit the market. I never felt pressured to make an offer, in fact it was the opposite. I was debating putting an offer on a home that already had an asking price offer. Ravi cited specific details of the home that showed why it wasn't worth the price and recommended continuing to look. This is the kind of service Ravi and Ash provide, they will always put your interests in front of their own! A few weeks later I found a home I loved. It was really pushing my price range but Ravi and Ash helped get my offer accepted at 25k below asking (nearly unheard of in the Seattle market!), while also getting the seller to recarpet the whole home and commit to painting the exterior. This was just the beginning of their outstanding service. Ravi referred me to a lender (Jay Verburg at Bank of America, who I'd also highly recommend) who was able to save me nearly 4k in closing costs as well as give me a rate that was unmatched by any local or national lender. In addition Ravi provided great recommendation for the sewer inspection as well as full home inspection. I was pretty sick during the period when inspections needed to take place, Ravi and Ash met the inspectors at the home and took care of everything. They even offered to pick up meds or anything I might need, since I was bed ridden. Over the next few weeks, while I was out of town, Ravi kept tabs on the contractors set to complete the work agreed upon in the contract. The seller had committed to painting the exterior of the Townhouse, however there were multiple issues that came up. To begin with the neighbor and HOA wanted the townhouses to remain consistent in exterior paint. In my absence Ravi and Ash met with the HOA, my neighbor, and the listing agent to hash out these issues. Afterwards the painters were unable to paint due to the weather. With the painting not complete there was potential for the closing date to be pushed back. In passing I expressed that I didn't want the closing date to be moved significantly back. Ravi, on his own volition, negotiated a 6k credit for painting and prevented any further delays in closing, all while I was 2000+ miles away! In summary I can't recommend Ravi and Ash highly enough. During an absolutely crazy seller's market in Spring 2021, Ravi and Ash helped us get a beautiful 3 BR townhouse in Seattle at asking price! We first met Ravi and Ash because they were highly recommended by a friend. For our search, we were interested in small single family homes and townhomes within a 20 minute walk of Seattle Children's Hospital. This was pretty tight criteria - each week only a few homes in our search area would go on the market. Despite all this, Ravi and Ash had incredibly high confidence that we'd be successful! We first met Ravi at the end of a frustrating afternoon of looking at homes that were not meeting our list of desires. We wanted a home with the master bedroom on the ground floor, close to a bus stop that could get us at least to a good transfer location, a small yard with few trees and less square footage than our current home. As we left our last home of the day we saw a sign down the road beckoning us to see some brand new homes in various stages of construction. So, it was so close we thought why not. When we entered the finished house being used as the place to meet realtors and get information we saw Ravi in the room being used as the greeting place with chairs to sit down and chat. Ravi warmly invited us in and in a matter of minutes found out about our desires and hand informed us of the development and the type of homes being sold. He also took down notes of comments we made that would refresh his memory if he should see us again. That day he showed us around the home we were in and described appliances and upgrades and answered our question. He obviously was sold on the line of homes but was not trying to push us into buying them - he was there to help us. After we went home for the day it was that last home that stood out in our minds. We both were impressed with the home and thought the price was reasonable although a bit more than we wanted. A few days later we received a call from Ravi inviting us back to show us some homes that he felt would meet the needs that we had espoused. So we went back and had liked those homes also. We decided to make the plunge and buy one house that we both liked. The home had some potential water problems in my view because of its position relative to some of the other houses. So he took it on himself to talk to the builders to encourage them to make some changes and during the negotiation period with the builders, he encouraged us to put a clause in the contract that if we weren't happy with the changes made for the water problem, we could pull out of the deal and keep our earnest money. And that happened and we pulled out. I'm pretty sure that without that clause we would have had to work pretty hard to keep our down payment. Ravi still wanted us to get the house we wanted and convinced us to keep trying as he was working with the builders to make some further changes. The changes were made, or in process so we decided to buy it again. This time another issue came up and the builders said their hands were tied and so we were going to pull out again. This time things looked pretty serious and the earnest money seemed to be in jeopardy and Ravi came to our rescue again. He felt we still wanted the house and he proposed we consider purchasing another home that had the same floor plan, could be had at the same price and did not have the either of the first two problems we had encountered before. During that time he talked to the builders a number of times and he made it work. He really wanted to see us get the house that we wanted and he fought hard for our cause. And we are now living in that home and are quite happy with it. During this fairly lengthy process we had the pleasure of meeting Ravi's wife Ash who always added thought provoking considerations. Both Ravi and Ash were always warm, and we really felt like they wanted to help us get the house we wanted. If we asked a question they didn't have the answer to, they would work hard to find it. During the entire process, we were always informed of what was going on, and anything we signed was always explained and always provided to us for our records.
