Our project started off on a great note with Amador as our project manager and coming out to detail all the logistics of our multi-staged and multiple parts project. Amador took thorough notes, listed all the things we needed completed, and the steps that would take place throughout our project. Louis was the first worker to begin the project and his level of work and craftsmanship was the best we had on the project. The largest portion of our project (removing and replacing rotten siding on one side of the house) was completed with Louis and we were satisfied with the work; however, Louis became sick and did not ever return to the job site. At this point things took a turn for the worse and pretty much went downhill from here. After several days with no work being done and no communication taking place, I finally reached Amador and asked what was going on and if anyone else would be coming to complete the siding as well as all the other projects needing to take place culminating in the painting of the exterior of the house. This was to be the trend moving forward. After Louis left, we had numerous different crew members and I had to reach out to Amador for essentially all communication. Each subsequent worker or crew who arrived had to be re-apprised of the work needing to be done and often my husband or I were the ones to explain the work needing to be done as Amador did not arrive to show each new crew member what needed to be done. We had multiple walkthroughs to address the continued issues and low quality of work. A large portion of clean-up was done by my husband and I due to the low quality of clean-up or attention to detail in this area. In the "Start to Finish Guide" PE provides it states they will notify us of the crew needing to take the day off - this NEVER happened during the entirety of the project. Painting was the absolute worst portion of the project with multiple re-dos, rot painted over (this was discovered when we were walking around looking at the painting and my husband stuck his finger through a rotten board they had filled with caulk and then painted over) and having to be re-done, and low quality of work overall. You can look at certain portions of the house and see where no primer was applied (on raw lumber that had been replaced!) prior to painting and a second coat was never applied. The pre-wash and painting prep was paltry at best and our house basically received a light bath in preparation for paint, but no scraping of flaking/loose paint or true power-washing occurred. Amador became harder and harder to reach as the project progressed and at certain points I called the main office to try and talk to anyone to find out what was going on with our project. We also asked for an invoice with every payment request throughout the project, but this did not happen on a consistent basis until we stated we would not approve any further payments until invoices were provided and the work was detailed on what we were paying for. According to the "Start to Finish Guide" it states punch lists will be created to wrap up the project and then a final walk through and inspection. We had multiple punch lists and items on those lists were not completed to our satisfaction, despite Amador stating multiple times they would keep coming out to do the work until we were satisfied. After a final punch list was created there was never a final walk through to address anything. It felt like PE could not wait to wrap our project, collect their final payment, and move on. In the end if felt like we were a "small, low cost" project for them and once the largest portion of the project was done, the little projects were simple annoyances they couldn't be bothered to complete in a high-quality fashion. The work Pacific Exteriors provided is not at the standard we expected for what was advertised and originally shown to us. If we had to have additional work done or future work we will not use PE again and we will not recommend them to others seeking work on their home.

Pacific Exteriors came out to fix our siding and a few of our neighbors. They did such an amazing job and they were so quick and efficient! The planning process went very smooth. We emailed them, set up a time to meet with an estimator. From there we chose what material, pricing, etc and a rough estimate of dates due to material availability. From there we met with the project manager, Amador. He was informative, knowledgeable and provided great communication. The team that came out finished each house in about a day and a half. We're so lucky that they came out to replace the siding before the windstorm that happened about a week later. The siding made a huge difference and we're very thankful. The house looks great, so far the quality has made a huge difference as well since the siding is placed right at the master bedroom so we can hear the difference when it's windy. Thank you again!

    Re-sided and repainted by Pacific.

Pacific re-sided my 1925 Craftsman in Ballard with James Hardie lap siding. They then repainted the whole house and trim. They did a great job. They were fast, organized, responsive, and professional. The work quality was high and consistent. They promptly attended to my requests. And I enjoyed their crews being at my house. I was in a hurry, and I was delighted with their flexibility in expediting my project. Highly recommended

Can't quite get a picture of the whole house, but you can see the excellent work they did here, and the flashing at the bottom was perfect.

I knew this would be a expensive fix as we were going to paint the full exterior of the home once siding repairs were complete. I had about 6 different companies out to bid the work on our house all ranging above my budget for just the siding repairs. Sam and his team from Side Pros came out to do a bid and not only did they beat all the bids he took the time to explain what they would do and provide me with different options to stay within my budget. I also had a deadline to get things done as we had a date for exterior paint starting in a couple weeks. Sam knew this and was able to assemble a crew to get the project moving along quickly. The crew he assembled was amazing and I'm still truly impressed with how good their work is. This project was daunting to me as no wants to spend money on siding and it was important I found the right company for the job that wouldn't rip me off and does quality work. I can honestly say I trust Sam and his crew at Side Pros and would reccomend them over and over. They beat all my expectations and do incredible work. Greatful to Side Pros and will be using them for any future projects on our home!

When I actually got talking to JD, his knowledge and care for what he wanted for our home shown through immediately. His estimate for our metal roof was very competitive to others we received, so that combined with my earlier statement made us go with Ferdi. My husband and I hired Energy Exteriors NW for a Milgard sliding door installation, and months…read morelater we're still dealing with the fallout, both from the door itself and from how the company has handled it. The install, twice: The first crew (7/30) installed the door with the frame out of square and the handle missing a part entirely, so it couldn't latch, rattled constantly, and had an inconsistent gap against the frame. They also cut out the old door and frame without putting down any protective sheeting, so concrete board dust (a fiber-cement material containing silica, an OSHA-regulated health hazard) covered the interior of our home, especially our kitchen. When the Project Manager inspected the door the next day, he confirmed the frame was installed incorrectly and promised to reinstall it properly. The second crew came back to redo the frame and reinstall the door (8/03), and while removing and replacing the trim and frame, they damaged our exterior siding. Erin offered to send her own crew to fix it, but after what happened during that reinstall (below), we didn't want any more of her installers in our home, so we're handling that repair ourselves. The incident: During a follow-up visit (8/04) to address ongoing problems, I pointed out that the door still wasn't right. One of the installers snapped at me in our kitchen: he shook the door hard, smirked, and yelled "YOU DON'T LIKE THIS?!" at me repeatedly, then suggested he could just remove the security lock if the rattle bothered us. My husband told both installers to leave. Ownership's response: We called immediately. Owner Erin didn't call back until later that day and showed no real concern. She followed up with a lengthy, polished email questioning our account of the incident, since our home security camera only captured the outside of the house, as if that meant what happened inside couldn't be trusted. It's a telling response from someone whose installer had just screamed at a customer. Where things stand now: Milgard has since come out to inspect the door as a warranty matter, and confirmed that the rattle and stiff latch are common on a large, custom 7.5-foot slider like ours (something we were never told when we ordered it), and that there's nothing more to be done about either one. The scratch on the interior glass, which appeared during the first install, will finally be repaired next week, months after the original install. One more thing worth knowing: their contract includes a non-disparagement clause instructing customers not to post negative comments online. That kind of clause is illegal and unenforceable under the federal Consumer Review Fairness Act of 2016. Its presence alone tells you how this company intends to handle complaints. (Not a lawyer, but this is well-established consumer protection law.) If you look through Erin's responses to other critical reviews here, you'll see a pattern: she replies to nearly every negative review personally, and instead of taking accountability, she consistently questions or minimizes the customer's experience. That's exactly what she did with us. We wanted a door that worked like a brand-new door should, an intact house, and honest communication. What we got was a door we still have to fight with every time we use it, a house we're repairing ourselves, and a company that was never straight with us. Do your research before hiring this company, and think twice before signing a contract with a non-disparagement clause in it. You can save yourself a lot of time, headaches, and potential damage by hiring a company with careful and professional installation crews, and managers who aren't (seemingly) motivated by a compulsion to always be right, even when they are demonstrably in the wrong and making mistakes left and right.

The workmanship was very high quality. All the cuts were precise, with clean lines, no gaps, and everything felt sturdy and well-built.
