The storeroom is a nice place to shop, conveniently located in Proctor with ample free street parking in the area. We got a consultation in our home so that we could see the products in our space. The quote was given right away. The salesmen was very helpful and told us that the Hunter Douglas line is a lifetime type of purchase and therefore pricier than other options. Ultimately we chose a less expensive option but I think this store is worth a look, especially if you want something less common or have a more complicated situation.

They had a few issues with the process, but what blew me away was that every time I found a problem the owner immediately wrote me a check to cover the damage with no hesitation. Overall though it is a good product, it did a great job of sealing around all of the top and bottom plates, and I'm sure a bunch of other places I can't see. The aerobarrier got me down to 1.2 ach50, which surpassed my target. Their main guy was out of town, so they sent a less experienced tech. They ended up not taping off all of the plumbing penetrations, so we ended up getting sealant stuck in the dryer vent, b-vent, and a few other places. They either sent someone immediately to clean it up, or paid to replace the item when cleaning wasn't possible. They gave me an extra refund for the trouble. I wished I had the more experienced tech for the blower door, as this guy missed several things that would have improved the score. There was a window which was ajar, some plumbing penetrations which weren't taped off, and the HVAC duct work to the original house (which was square footage excluded from the test) needed to be taped off but wasn't. He also didn't know how to do a duct leakage test to the exterior (running duct leakage during blower door essentially). But I can't complain too much, as I still received a score which exceeded my expectations.

He did however articulate that he would still want to operate in a consultative capacity in some shape or form in the future. Seth's record of being communicative, professional, patience and being an all around good guy is true and came across that way. I wish him well in his future endeavors in whatever capacity he feels he would like to operate in as people like him are a value add to our community and society.

I live in a high rise condo with post tension cable (I still don't fully understand what this means other than it holds the building together and if someone damages it, it can compromise the entire integrity of the building structure - Serious stuff!) in Seattle with very strict rules regarding who can drill into the ceiling. After speaking to 3 different companies in the area about upgrading the wire blinds in my condo, I was about to give up. One company was very short with me and didn't follow up; the other two didn't want to go anywhere near the post tension cable. When I reached out to Seth, I tried to set the proper expectations regarding the challenges I've had. He was very optimistic, said he was up for the challenge and came out the next day to assess the situation. He answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and even provided some design/style tips. I decided to go with the top down/bottom up motorized Hunter Douglas honey comb shades. Seth also chased down my HOA board to get all the appropriate approvals needed to install the blinds in our condo. The very next day I had a reasonable quote and swatches of samples started showing up a few days later. The installation went very well too. The certified Hunter Douglas installation team was able to get the job done in about 3 hours and took the time to show me how to operate them. Seth was of course on site to help make sure everything went smoothly. I could not be happier with my new blinds, and so glad I took his advice and went with the motorized blinds instead of manual - best money ever spent!

I also ended up getting faux wood blinds installed as well. Installer was professional and removed the broken glass and installed the new glass. The new glass seemed to be of higher quality than the original glass and it looked great. Blinds looked great as well. Will look them up again if the need arises!

Ed was fantastic, letting me know every step of the way, the communication was impeccable. I waited 6 months to review just to check the wear and tear. I had a couple of tricky windows that he came to triple check before ordering anything. He really went above and beyond to save me money when choosing the shutters. I'm so very pleased! They even replaced 2 windows when they were there too. The installers were great also. My 3 cats popped the bedroom door open and got loose in the house; they made sure to be mindful and close the front door every time. Highly recommend Liberty glass and blinds. Oh, shout out to Tara (I think) she always answered the phone promptly and always is helpful with my questions :)
