The wood floors are about 3/4's complete and look great. The crew who did the carpet strretching were outstanding working hard all day. Couldn't have asked for a better job. Carpet looks new. The hardwood crew is the same - really great work. Very professional looking. My thanks to Carl and all contractors for job well done. The color and the seams, however, aren't a good match. I feel confident they will make adjustments to correct the difference.

We made our way to the back where the mattresses were. We were greeted by Marcus, who asked if we knew what we were looking for. We explained what type of mattress we were looking for and he was able to show us those models. We had mentioned our previous experiences earlier in the day and he understood. He got us some pillows and said he would be close by if we needed him. We tried it, and didn't like it much, so Marcus came back and helped us find some comparable options to what we had in mind. Again, he let us be, lying there on multiple beds for 10-15 minutes at a time. When we finally decided on our new mattress, he explained what options were available. Marcus was never pushy or "salesy" with us, allowing the time and space to make an important decision. A simple checkout on his iPad, scheduled the delivery and on we went. I think it's worth it to mention the delivery was also good. They arrived earlier than estimated, set up the frame and bed perfectly, and were very polite.
