Nathan showed up on time with multiple carpet boards (a wide variety of options that could be ordered within a week or two) and also brought a couple carpet samples that they had in stock that could be installed as soon as the work could be scheduled. My client was military who lived out of state and Nathan was very patient while I took pictures of various samples in various lighting to send my client. He was not pushy at all. The tenants who had just moved out did a real number on the flooring (pet damage) so carpet and other flooring needed to be ripped out, Kilzed and replaced along with some sections of trim. The owners communicated with my client and ended up doing all of the above work. My client picked one of the floor samples they had in stock and the price was very reasonable, and they started the work within a week or so (very fast in this day and age when it is hard to find a trustworthy, reasonably priced contractor with availability). The carpet looked very nice! It appeared a few rooms had not been vacuumed fully after the work was completed so I reached out to the company and one of the owners personally went to the house that evening to vacuum. I was very impressed by that. She was very nice about it too. I was getting ready to recommend this company to another client of mine and noticed their rating had dropped so reviewed the comments and realized it looks like one "difficult customer" had caused this (and by submitting 2 reviews about the same experience...shady!!) and so I wanted to make it clear that those 2 poor reviews (from the same person according to the business owner) did not in any way reflect the experience I'd had with this company recently. Being a small business owner myself, I know that unfortunately there is a rare circumstance where you can't make someone happy even when you go out of your way to do so. I'd will continue to refer this company in the future to clients of mine and feel confident that they will do a great job at a reasonable price! :)

B&R helped turn a terrible experience into a silver lining opportunity to beautify our home. Brian C, our contact there, was amazingly helpful, attentive, and patient as we wrapped our heads around the scope of our project and our vast tile needs. He answered all of our questions and did not pressure us into making a hasty decision. B&R's price, selection, and range of products was excellent compared to other suppliers. We were able to get terracotta, terrazzo, slate, Zellige tile, subway tile- all at the same place. We ended up leaning into a handmade aesthetic with glossy greens, blues, and earthen hues. I am beyond happy with how our project turned out and the customer service at B&R was top notch. They have earned us as repeat customers for any of our future projects for sure. They also have great hard wood and carpet options. I happily recommend them to any homeowners who are looking to remodel, rebuild or upgrade!

True confession - I'm a perfectionist - so I kept a close eye on the installation including how the team worked together. I was impressed with how efficient the team was and their attention to detail (lots of measuring and math!) They carried B&R's commitment to customer service throughout the job, even when they were asked to stop and take a different approach. She was also very helpful in letting me know the area suppliers that they use in case we couldn't find a sample we liked in the showroom. She was super responsive to emails and after my initial measurements I had a quote back same day. Templating/final measurements and install were both scheduled at the same time and the person helping me on that was very friendly. Everything was done in about a month from my initial deposit! The counters look great, the installers were very nice and professional, Travis in the office was a huge help during demo and I'm very pleased with the final outcome. Tops should have been checking the product thoroughly before delivery and installation but instead they blamed everyone else. We have more projects but will never use Tops again. I hired Granite Gallery to do an extensive remodel on my home...all new cabinets (2 bathrooms and…read morekitchen), quartz countertops, convert 1 tub/shower to a walk-in shower, and new flooring throughout. Gary (the owner) came out to take measurements and I discussed with him and showed him the damage to some of my cabinets including the upstairs bathroom vanity. When he sent me the rendering, I asked for a change to the bathroom cabinets from just cabinet doors to a door and 2 small drawers. We agreed to the change via email. When they came to do demolition, they left the upstairs vanity intact so that I had running water in a sink somewhere in my house. I planned to keep my original sinks from the bathrooms and one of the toilets but they discarded the downstairs sink and the top of the tank from the toilet that I was going to keep. I did ask that they provide new sinks because it was an error on their part but I did go buy a 2nd new toilet myself. When they installed the new cabinets downstairs (kitchen and 1 bathroom), the bathroom vanity only had the cabinet doors without the 2 small drawers I had requested. I was confused but thought it must not have been doable in such a small space since my new cabinets were NOT custom. Work continued and eventually they were wrapping things up...or so I thought. They brought the quartz countertop for the upstairs vanity but there was no new vanity yet. I called Gary and he said it wasn't included in the original order but he said he'd get that ordered. It was 3 to 4 weeks later that they were finally coming out to install the vanity, countertop, etc. as well as finally install the door/drawer pulls on all my cabinets. I work from home but was very busy in meetings that day so only checked the work after they'd left. That is when I discovered that the layout I had requested WAS possible so the upstairs vanity had the cabinet and 2 small drawers. I had paid for this project with an upfront payment of more than half the cost of the project, a mid project payment, and then a "final" payment as things were beginning to wrap up but before I realized they didn't have my final cabinet. I was then contacted to pay 1 final invoice for the upstairs vanity and the knobs/pulls...both of these items were part of my original order. I tried to stop into The Granite Gallery showroom to speak to Gary in person but he was out so one of the girls had him email me in which he attached the original rendering of the cabinets and pointed out that only 1 bathroom vanity was ordered and I agreed to it. In my response, I attached the email conversation where I agreed to a different configuration. I had also let him know that they didn't cut a hole at the base of that upstairs vanity for the heat to vent out into the bathroom. After more than a week when I hadn't heard back, I reached out again via email and received an email from his assistant informing me that Gary was out so she was receiving his emails and answering. She said that Gary had decided to write off the upstairs cabinet and to enjoy my remodelled home. I sent a response that the heat vent still needed to be addressed and I have been ignored...no response. Overall, the workmanship was good and the foreman was very helpful but the lack of decent communication and follow through on The Granite Gallery's part was horrible and now I feel like I've been blown off because they screwed up on the cabinet layout and I have it in writing. I would NOT recommend doing business with this company.

Max did the template and installation was very informative and quality minded. Travis did the final templating of our backsplash and he spent a good deal of time with us was not in any hurry and really helped us with our decision process with the material we had left to work with it was a real pleasure to work with him. Our overall experience was great as we had never done this type of a project and felt as if we were helped at every step of our project. My advice ask questions and they will help.
