The man over them has had to be called 3 times to come out and light a fire under them. They worked 1 8 hour shift then went back to the 3-5 hours. The work is shoddy as hell. Without completely tearing all the walls down and/or having to extend the stairs into our living room, Brandon came in like an architect and helped design and layout the stairs before he did any work. This way, I knew exactly what he was going to do, got a great visual for how they were going to look, and he was able to give me an accurate and precise estimate. He showed up prepared, and with his mobile wood shop that he custom built. Not only did it have all of his tools, equipment, and materials perfectly organized in it, but it also transformed into a full on shop with a table saw, compound miter saw and table, work bench, drill press, router table, and each tool was connected to a custom made sawdust collector. I knew from the start Brandon was going to produce a quality product, and he did just that. He made a plan, was able to navigate quickly through the typical challenges of this particular remodel, and completed it within the schedule that I needed him to. So we ordered a Tuff Shed in Feb, was built, everything seemed great. After the first rain the…read morewindows leaked. And it flooded the shed, staining the wall and floor. We called them out and they couldn't come out for a month. So in that time, it flooded more and mold started to grow on some of the boards. We cleaned the surface and just hoped they could fix it. The day came, they said "The boards are water and mold proof". Since we have a 5 year warranty and paid 4 to 5 times what it takes to build one from bare materials, we wanted it perfect. After 3 days it flooded again. Called them out, they'll be here in April. More days of cleaning and drying as fast as we could every day it rained. April came, they came, it rained, it leaked. Little less mind you but the floor was still covered in water. They will be coming out sometime near may 25th. Again it's raining less, but we still need to clean up AND CANT USE our new 9,000$ shed. Honestly building it myself would've been, faster, easier, cheaper. I will not go with them again, glad others have good experiences with Tuff. But for me this has been a huge problem and my plans for the year have been pushed to next year. Also they said they couldn't paint it ( charged us) and gave us the paint to do ourselves. Kinda would've rather had 500$ off or something.
