It would be putting it lightly to say he blew the other contractors out of the water. Nearly the moment he stepped foot in our house to see our bathroom project I knew his company was exactly what I was looking for. You can immediately tell that they highly value their customers by the way they communicate with them. Greg responded very quickly to my e-mails, and stayed in constant contact as our project schedule became closer. He was quick to problem solve any issues, and he made us seem like we were his most important customer during our project even though it was a small job. They did an incredibly job with our renovation and their skill was evident, even in the small details of the project. They basically thought of everything. They turned our ugly beige 90's bathroom into a beautiful farm-house inspired piece of art and easily tackled the challenges of our nearly 100 year old house. Most importantly, they are just all around good people with good hearts who do great work. They didn't attempt to contact us to tell us, they just left. Our internet will be down for a minimum of 5 days. Our kids cannot do their school, our security system is down and we can't work. They back filled conduit without repairing and left a small section open with the severed wire hanging out. We have left their office 3 messages and the project manager 1 message with no response. We even had a meeting with this company prior to construction beginning expressing our concerns for things like this.
