The cost was a bit high for our budget (due to the complexity of the project), so we worked a few changes to lower the cost into our range. After we signed the proposal, he started immediately. He said it would take 10 days and he met that timeline. Throughout the project he had a few questions and alternatives, and he didn't move forward without first getting our input. He went above an beyond with quality, you can tell he loves the work he does and takes pride in his work; he did not cut any corners.
