I'm AMAZED! I've never had my windows professionally cleaned, and I'm now a believer. The two gentlemen who showed up this morning did an outstanding job on all of my windows, both inside and out--they're sparkling clean. They went above and beyond what I could have imagined for an amazingly reasonable price. I highly recommend Hezog Window Maintenance without question. read more

This was my first experience working with Bill Herzog and having his crew pressure wash our driveway and walkway, and give our roof and gutters a good cleaning. All the way from Bill visiting and making an estimate through the crew's cleaning process was a customer's dream. Everything was done as promised and done thoroughly. The results are very pleasing to look at. I will now be a repeat customer. read more

Called Herzog Windows to get an estimate for my windows, gutters and pressure wash the patio and back yard to be cleaned. When I called to schedule, Bill answered and said he'd stop by sometime to get a personal inspection of my property. Within about an hour, Bill showed up, gave me an estimate and said he can get everything done in a few days. Few days passed and Bill showed up on time, ready to start the project. First task to knock out was the driveway. I really like how he used a rotary type of pressure washer to scrub the pavement making it look incredibly clean. While he was doing that, Bill's associate came to clean the interior windows. About 20-30 minutes later, the windows were clean and shining bright. Lastly Bill pressure washed the backyard, exterior windows and gutters. Once the project was all done, my entire home looked very clean and brand new! One thing I did notice was that after the cleaning was done, one of the windows still looked dirty even though I saw them clean. I've seen it dirty like that for about a month now. I called Herzog Windows asking about that, and Bill called back informing me that the double pane insulated window was damaged and the best option is to get it replaced. He even apologized that he didn't tell me earlier, but I appreciate his knowledge on proper window care. Overall, I really like Bill Herzog's skill and experience with his work. I'd definitely call him again the next time I need a cleaning. read more

We will definitely call them again and recommend Herzog's Window Maintenance. Thank you for a job well done! read more

Herzog employees just finished cleaning our solar panels, washing the mildew off the house, washing windows, and cleaning gutters. We have lots of plants and flowers and the crew was very carful to avoid causing any harm. The owner was very understanding about our concerns for the foliage and his clear directions to the crew were followed well. The price was very fair. I plan to use Herzog for future cleaning. read more

Bill did great work, was on time, and did everything he said he was going to do plus a few extra things (blowing off the roof and letting me know of a bad patch). We have a really tough property with steep slopes and he did an admirable job of dealing with it and still getting the highest windows. Thanks! read more

Neighbors highly recommended Bill for our gutters. He's cleaned ours twice in the past year, very thorough and cleans up afterwards with a leaf blower. He also cleaned the windows, screens and tracks. Worth the money 100% read more

Bill and his crew were prompt, courteous, and thorough. In about 90 minutes I had a clean roof treated with zinc, clean gutters, and clean windows inside and out. I was totally impressed. His prices were very reasonable. He even took some old paint off of a high window that I couldn't reach. That's been bothering me for literally years! Thank you Bill!! We will definitely hire you again! read more

Found Herzog Window Maintenance here on Yelp and glad I did with the positive feedback from his customers. Decided to schedule an appointment with Bill to clean my gutters and possible treat any moss growing on the roof. One of my gutters was spilling over during heavy rain storms and comes to find out there was a glove stuck in the down spout. Didn't need my roof treated but will do that next spring. Bill did a great job with the gutters and even cleaned a few windows which looks crystal clear. His price quote was fair to me and I can see why his customers gave him good reviews. Also, Bill promptly answer questions through email with great description/detail and with pictures. From now I will be using Bill's Windows/Gutter service twice a year. I would highly recommend his business to anyone. Thank you! read more

Bill was amazing! We have very tall windows that overlook the water and I don't believe they have ever been cleaned. He came in and did an amazing job. He was meticulous! After he cleaned, he came in and told me that the job wasn't as challenging as he anticipated, so he was going to dust all the cobwebs for us for free. Super nice guy and I've already scheduled him to come out next year. read more

I called Bill after hours on a Thursday evening, and he unexpectedly called me back 20 minutes later. And then he surprised me even more by saying that yes, he could come clean our gutters and treat our roof the next morning, which would be before a big job he would be doing that would otherwise push my appointment out about two weeks. We needed to have this work done quickly to respond to a house sale inspection, so I was super happy that Bill accommodated our schedule. He was communicative via phone and text, went the extra mile to help us with a roof part we needed, and was polite and on time. His fees were reasonable and he sent us pictures of the work that was done to follow up with the inspection report. I would recommend him unconditionally for roof and gutter cleaning. On a side note, we have used two different companies in Thurston County to clean our windows. The first wasn't very communicative, was late, and just kind of slow, and the people of the second company gave me the creeps. I am super happy to have found Bill, as we will definitely use him for window cleaning at our new house! He now has a happy new customer! Thanks, Bill! read more
