I cannot believe what an incredible job they did on cleaning our roof and gutters! We are underneath many large trees and the roof was full of pine needles and small branches. The gutters were jammed with a few years of needles, branches and pinecones. Salmon Bay came out and literally made our roof and gutters shine like new! There was a lot of debris that they disposed of. The most amazing part was that they FULLY cleaned up the entire area on the ground and hosed the house off as well. I confirmed my time three times with this company and the night before my appointment, they changed the time on me again. I have been home from work, waiting an entire day for a technician who never came. No one in the company ever called me with an update and finally, after two hours of me calling, I'm told, "they just couldn't make it today". I wasted an entire day at home for no reason. I have been told for two hours that a manager will call me back and now I'm told that they are all of the office now. Do not hire this company. Now I need to figure out how to get my money back.
