I had several other roofing companies give me estimates for replacing the roof in addition to Dave at Ascent Roofing. The other companies were either really expensive or really quick with their estimate and not very thorough or explanatory with their estimate. Dave was able to come out and provide an estimate within 4 days of my initial call. He listened to my concerns carefully and had immediate solutions to the leaks that I was having, unlike the other roofing companies. He paid close attention to my roof and took the time to explain why the existing shingles were blowing off and why I was having a leak along the back of the roof. He explained how he pays his employees hourly and not by the job so that they do a good job and the materials they use in detail. After talking with Dave, I was very confident and comfortable with his team's knowledge, experience, and capabilities. In addition, the cost for replacing the roof was very reasonable and included a 10-year guarantee on the roof. I chose Ascent Roofing to replace my roof and they were able to come out in 3 weeks and get the job done. It took them about 2 days and it looks great.
