We used Titan for two home inspections as we were house shopping, with two different inspectors. They both proved to be knowledgeable and incredibly thorough, catching things that were missed even on a home that had a pre inspection. The reports are exhaustive, and they provide lots of details on what's okay or not, and any action to be taken. No home is perfect, but we were able to purchase with a lot more confidence in what we were getting, which helps to take the stress down on a very very stressful time. read more

Sean did a great job inspecting our house and produced an exceptionally thorough report. He called out all kinds of issues that weren't covered in the report from the seller's inspector. He was happy to talk to us on the phone afterwards (for more than an hour, I believe) to clarify the seriousness of some issues, giving us the confidence we needed to buy the house as well as guidance on repairs we should consider in the future. Would definitely recommend Titan! read more

Brandon did our inspection. He listened to us. He was informative. He was not scary. He made the. inspection process pleasant! Will DEFNATELY call on him for future inspections. Thank you Brandon! read more

I called Titan on Valentines Day weekend. I was able to secure an inspection asap. I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgable inspector named Scott B. He was very thorough with the inspection on an old house from 1910. I valued his interests into taking his time to asses the home rather than using a quick checklist sheet. I recommend him to potential homebuyers and homeowners. He also did sewer scope inspection, highly recommended esp here in WA with all these tree roots and older homes. read more

Titan conducted an inspection for the seller of the home I was interested in purchasing. Titan said home was in good shape, furnace was 0k and roof nearing end of life expectancy. Per report, roof was still OK, not needing new roof immediately. Titan never got onto roof, only used a drone. Thankfully, I got my own inspection with a different company before deciding to purchase home. My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report. read more

This is the 2nd time we asked Titan to inspect a house we were purchasing. This happened to be new construction. We were impressed the 1st time (about 3.5 years ago), and we are equally, if not more, amazed with the attention to details from our inspector (Emmitt Medina). The items he inspected and pointed out ranged from building code related items, to details like shower bench slopes, to hidden ones (crawl space and attic), to every electrical outlet, to cosmetic items like doors that aren't painted uniformly. It took the builder almost a month to correct everything that Emmitt found. In short, we cannot be more enthusiastic in recommending Titan (and Emmitt) for any home inspection needs. read more

Titan did a great job inspecting my house prior to selling. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent Service. Shawn was my inspector. Very professional, and detail. Would use this service again in the future! Thanks guys!

On time, thorough, extremely detailed report to us by the next morning. Highly recommend!

Now that's it's been a few months in, there are a few issues with the house that are starting to pop up, which should've been caught during the inspection. As a first time home buyer, I wasn't knowledgeable on everything that should be checked and had felt like the inspector was thorough. Although he was knowledgeable, there were some glaring issues that should've been caught immediately. read more

Brian Dodds is the man personally and professionally. Our inspection with Brian and his colleague (I'm so sorry, I cannot remember) felt more like hanging out with a dear, old friend who is a certified genius in all things home and function, and less like a cold business transaction. We have been shopping for homes and any time I read an inspection that's not written by Brian, I am unimpressed. It's difficult to articulate just how thorough and awesome he is, his attention to detail is immaculate and he takes his time to explain everything to you. You feel like you're his only client in the world. All of the other reviews were spot on and I'm so glad That we chose him. We plan to consult with him again in the future. Excellent price as well! Thank you!! read more

Brian was the person that conducted our inspection in our new construction home. due to Google map issues, he unfortunately ended up at the wrong house, so our inspection was a bit delayed but when he arrived, he was apologetic and got right to work. Brian is very personable. He loves to talk and tells stories that sometimes you wonder if he is doing his job! ha He gives advice on future home maintenance and suggestions. The report came back the next day and was very detailed and easy to read. he looked all over our house, including roof, crawl space and attic. I recommend Titan for your future home inspection. read more

I wish roof pictures resolution was better. Inspector did not go on the roof. He used a drone, so pictures came out blurry. I used to live in a hurricane prone city. One of the hurricanes left me with a hole in a roof and I lived with a blue tarp for 3 months until it got fixed. So yes, I'm a bit paranoid about the roof "health". Appointment scheduling was very easy. Receptionist was very helpful in accommodating our and our agent's schedules. Our inspection was scheduled for 9am. Emmitt arrived a couple of minutes early, asked us what exactly we are interested in and right at 9am sharp inspection began. He was very thorough, explained us what/how he was checking and answered all the questions no matter how crazy they were. He didn't talk about some points, but everything was covered in a report. I did have questions about my fave subject - roof. I was hesitant about calling on a weekend, but Emmitt didn't have a problem with it at all and explained everything patiently. Overall, great experience, I strongly recommend Titan Inspection. read more

I'm very happy that I reached out to Titan Inspection Services to have my condo inspected. Unfortunately they seemed nice but I'm questioning their integrity now. The inspector was friends with the lady selling the house to us... maybe a conflict of interest there. The inspection report said there was a small amount of feces down in the crawl space and it should probably be cleaned out. We had someone come out to look at it and he said the crawl space is absolutely infested with mice and it's so bad that it would definitely be toxic to our health. It will cost around $13k to have cleaned out and fixed. This is a much different story than the inspector saying "a tiny bit of feces on your vapor barrier... you might have had some mice down there at one point but other than that looks great" ...., Well we sure do. It's absolutely infested. Not just on the vapor barrier but in ALL of the insulation too. Very disappointed and regretting using an inspector that was recommended by the lady selling her own house. Titan has 5 stars so I thought I could trust them. There are also other discrepancies but this was the big one :/ read more

I had the occasion to use Titan Inspection Services twice in the past few weeks in support of a home sale and purchase. In both cases I found the service to be excellent, the communication outstanding, and the reporting to be first rate. Both inspectors, Leah and Jens respectively, were professional and thorough and showed up exactly on time. Titan holds multiple certifications and after asking for competing quota for the same service, they were a great value. I highly recommend this company if you have any home inspection needs. read more

We had them do a pre-inspection of our place when getting it ready to sell. They were responsive, had availability when I needed it, and reasonably priced. They did a detailed inspection with photos, which will be useful to potential buyers. read more

I hired Titan Inspection Services to do a home inspection on a mobile home that I purchased for my disabled brother. My wife and I manage his estate due to his disability and we found a modest mobile home in a nice area for him. We liked the older but well kept mobile but needed to be sure that it didn't have any major surprises, little ones were expected. We used Titan in the past and worked with Emit with good results. He wasn't available so Titan sent Kevin. We got a detailed inspection report with nothing that drew red flags. After closing on the property, my brother and his partner (also disabled) moved in. I decided to check his gutters for leaves and needles while the weather was nice and in doing so I noticed above the front deck a 5 foot slit in the edge of the roofing membrane of the mobile home. I took a picture and contacted Titan to ask why this wasn't mentioned in the inspection report. Their quality control person took our information and said that she would contact the owners and get back to us after the weekend. Meanwhile I contacted a roofing company who inspected the roof and informed us that it needed immediate replacement due to its poor condition. They quoted $6000 for a similar replacement roof and told us it looked like the damaged area had been there for years due to the exposure of the underlaying foam material. We waited and Titan contacted us and said that the inspector had mentioned that the roof had bad flashing and that it had soft spots. We said that was true but that he had also said in the report that it had no leaks and had about 15 years of life left. Titan refused to agree to any responsibility for the roof due to their inspection. We seem to be left holding the bag for a complete roof replacement. We would never have bought the mobile had we known of the condition of the roof. This damage should have been obvious to an inspector and we should have been informed. We feel that Titan failed to provide us a proper thorough inspection which is why we hired them in the first place. While we have used Titan in the past for several home inspections, we cannot continue to use them due to their inability to provide the service that they are hired for. read more

We bought the house which was inspected by Titan, and it was done by seller so we were not present. Jaime's inspection report was very very thorough and really helpful as a buyer. They don't miss a tiniest spot and they go above and beyond in satisfying their customer and resolving their queries. I really appreciate their commitment and thoroughness. read more

Very happy with Titan Inspection Services. Brian came out and performed our inspection and he was thorough with our new construction home. I work in commercial construction so I was familiar with most of the things he was looking at and understood what he was explaining when it came to concerns. Overall, he was happy with the build and found a few miscellaneous items that needed minor attention but nothing regarding safety or structural integrity. Brian's thoroughness and careful attention to detail, paired with his knowledge in the industry is why we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brian and Titan Inspection to anyone needing a home inspection service. read more

This is a well over due review. My family bought a property in Pierce county and we weren't too familiar with the availability of the inspectors in that region. After searching and pondering who would give us the best service and value we founded Titan to be one of the top company in the area. Plus their pricing was clear, they were available, and booking an appointment was easy. Whoever came up with their website and managing the company system they are awesome. The inspector who came out was very professional and informative. He was punctual, had lots of detail notes for us, and his assessment of the home included lots of photos which was great, since it was extremely convenient for us to review and forward on to our realtor and seller. I can't say enough great things of the service I received from Titan. read more

I wanted a condo inspected that I was attempting to purchase. I needed someone on short notice and Titan Inspection Services filled that void. I requested an inspection of new residential construction prior to wrapping things up with our builder. I was impressed by the expansive knowledge of the inspector. Our inspector was great. He came over right before I arrived for our appointment and had already started reviewing the property. He was courteous, thorough and great to talk to. He was patient with all my questions and even compared a few items from a pre-inspection report(from a different inspection company performed by the sellers of our house) to confirm if anything there was still an issue or needed to be address urgently. The final report was detailed, formatted really well and will serve us as a reference document for years to come. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! read more

I had a positive experience using Titan. They were easy to schedule and had immediate availability and I felt confident being able to schedule them through a friendly live person. Payment for the inspection was easy and they offered all options. I hired an inspector to go over an older home which hadn't seen any major structural repairs or interior renovations since the Nisqually earthquake and I wanted to get an idea of the condition of things like electrical, plumbing, foundation, crawlspace, attic, and bracing/framing in order to plan and prepare for future bath/kitchen renovations. Our inspector walked us through at the end of his inspection to point out some things for us and gave us some useful tips and planning advice when using certain contractors. I would recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to call them again. read more
