I can't recommend David Tearle and Step By Step Home Inspections enough. I own Rainier Roofing Company and we replace roofs all the time for new home owners who are blindsided by needing a new roof after their inspection report said it had plenty of life left on it. That will never happen with David. He has taken the time to establish a relationship with me so he can serve his clients better. He regularly sends me photos and asks questions when he is inspecting roofs to make sure he can adequately inform a future home owner of what they are walking into. This is very rare.
