Very detailed evaluation. Working on their recommendations. Extremely professional and helpful!

Great experience with NW Home Inspector now twice! Gregory and Rory were awesome and offered very thoughtful answers to my various questions. I am a big fan or the infrared scanning technology as well. Absolutely recommend. read more

Rory did a great job with our home inspection. Payment was super easy, and Rory communicated clearly before and after the inspection. His inspection report was detailed and easy to understand. He took many pictures so we could clearly see all the items he mentioned. We are very satisfied with his work, and we recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection in western Washington. read more

Outstanding service. The inspection and service was thorough, detailed, and professional. Our inspector, Jesse, was patient with questions, responded quickly to our questions afterward, and was a complete professional. The report is a very detailed and thorough document - itemized and separated for easy identification. Detailed and provides a clear description of the issue and includes a suggested process for having someone address them for repairs. I've had homes inspected in the past and they don't come close to NHI's service. Top of my list to recommend. Don and Christina read more

Jordan was very detailed and thorough with our inspection. He pointed out the smallest imperfections we wouldnt have a seen and because of that we were able to make a good decision on the first home and requested another inspection with a secondary home which past inspection. He took his time and explained into details and answered all questions I had. He went above and beyond to ensure that I understood the scope of the deficiencies so as to make a right decision. read more

We have used Northwest Home Inspectors for 3 different properties, buying and selling, and Greg has been our inspector for 2 of these properties. They are incredibly efficient, professional, and friendly. All questions are answered promptly, reports are ready quickly and contain many photos for reference. We will ALWAYS work with them first, and I believe that our realtor will be using them in the future, too. Great job, Greg! We're happy to have you guys on our side. read more

Jesse did a thorough inspection for us, taking more time than expected, without complaint. He was prompt, thorough and professional. He is obviously very knowledgeable in building construction and systems. His report was detailed, focused and clear. He answered all our many questions to the best of his ability and made recommendations for specialists, when appropriate. He is very down to earth and comfortable to be around. I would recommend him without hesitation. read more

I made a great decision by having Jesse do my 11 month warranty home inspection. The reviews were spot on. Jesse is awesome. Home inspection only took a couple of hours and he was able to point out some issues with our home that could become a big deal if not fixed asap. I was then able to go back to the builder and request some fixes under the warranty. He is saving me money and headaches. I want to highlight the addition of the drone Jesse uses to see issues on the rooftop. I don't believe many are using this tech, which helps set him apart. I watched my neighbors house get inspected and their guy was on their roof for over an hour. Jesse took pics within 10 min and was able to show me the condition of my rooftop from a birds eye view. You will not get this service with others. Time is a big deal for me as I WFH and can't be spending all day following an inspector around taking notes. Jesse made this easy! Again.. great guy, great photos and plenty of FYI notes on water heater/furnace/electric annual maintenance for me to keep in mind as we continue to live here for many years to come. He even responded to a few follow-up questions after our appointment. Highly recommended. read more

Jesse performed a very thorough job and documented in an excellent way with photos and descriptions. I highly recommend him. Jesse was very professional and had impressive testing equipment, also very knowledgeable. Greg and Netty R. read more

Awesome service, professional, and thorough. Greg Schwartz is very efficient and reliable.

I have used them multiple times and they are always to great. Jesse and Gregory are very knowledgeable and quick if you stand back and let them do their thing. They then will give you a full overview of everything they found. Or you can follow them around but I found it fastest to let them do their thing and talk at the end. So thorough. I wouldn't use anyone else! They are also super friendly! read more

Jesse was the home inspector for a home I was selling on behalf of a client six months ago. At the time I was impressed with his attention to detail. So when the time came to have an inspection done on a property I was personally purchasing I chose to hire Jesse Weaver. I would highly recommend hiring him as he did a great job! Timothy Watts performed the sewer scope during this inspection and did a great job as well, he is skilled and professional. While he scoped the line he had no problem letting me watch and explained to me what he observed. Hire these guys if you need a home inspection or sewer scoped! read more

After reviewing several comments and complaints on several home inspectors, plus desiring an inspector that is licensed (which I did review at the WA state contractors licensing web page) we decided to use Northwest Home Inspector. Factors that I felt were a home run for us were: - detailed inspection report samples on their website - their website allows for additional items to bring to their attention like attic and crawl space inspection - their website allows for scheduling and payment - communication is easy via phone, text or email Day of inspection: Jesse spent nearly 2.5-3 hours inspecting and educating us on shutoff valves and electrical switches. He conveyed items that we should discuss with the builder (I was taking notes and he mentioned all items that he was discussing would be in the report, when I got the report and compared it to my notes all items were there). Raised the inspection issues to the builder and all items were addressed by the builder. One item I noticed in reviews were folks mentioning about the cost for a home inspection, and while prices could vary from inspectors I felt the cost and service from Jesse was money well spent. Jesse mentioned to me about an inspection before the one year builder warranty and I mentioned to him that I didn't see an option on his website to do a follow up appointment so I hope he gets that added in or sends clients a reminder email. Also, Jesse is a nice and personable guy to talk to, we had a good laughs during his inspection like when I opened the fuse box panel and he said to me "are you license to open that" then I quickly closed it then realized he was kidding because I've always resent breakers in other homes. read more

Recently had my roof replaced. Saw that the roofers did not follow normal roofing procedures. Had several other roofers look it over and they found multiple issues. I have used NW Home Inspector twice, both on super short notice. They were very knowledgeable and accommodating, as the two instances had different needs. Checked every nook and crawl space. Broke it down and let us know what should be immediately looked at or can wait. If we could do it ourselves or needs a professional. Will def use again if I ever need an inspection. read more

Greg did a thorough job of inspecting a lakeside cabin we had made an offer for. He spent almost 3 hours working on it from roof to interior to crawlspace and all of the main indoor and outdoor features. He then went through each aspect of what we needed to consider for needed repairs, etc. Main thing, is he made us aware of what we needed to know up front. Of the half dozen or so properties we've purchased over the years, this was by far the most thorough and knowledgeable inspector/inspection we've ever hired. Thank you, Greg! read more

Jesse conducted a home inspection on our recent purchase. The home is brand new never lived in but I know the value of an inspection so I decided to go ahead and arrange one. I am so glad I decided to use him. He was professional, smart, funny, entertaining and detailed. I enjoyed every minute with him and will certainly be using him again. I sell Real Estate and will be encouraging my buyers to give him a try too. Thank you Jesse. It was a pleasure meeting you. read more

We've used Jesse every year for several years to inspect our rental property for potential issues since we live out of state. He is always really prompt at returning communication, and his inspections are very thorough and reliable. I'm not sure why everyone doesn't have their home inspected annually--professionals can find issues that can turn into disasters later. I think we'll be using Jesse even after we eventually move into our home there. Highly recommended!! read more

Gregory did a great job on our home inspection. I like the fact he walked through everything with us afterwards. Some inspectors just send you the report.

Jesse Weaver did a roof inspection for me. He was very pleasant, thorough and explained details of the inspection. He sent an email of the complete report, including photographs the same day. I would highly recommend Northwest Home Inspection and Jesse in particular! They, he, are well worth the fee charged. read more

I was able to quickly schedule an inspection with a short turn around. Jesse provided an excellent inspection, thoroughly explaining everything during the process and happy to answer questions. He was able to quickly identify construction materials in the house and was familiar not only with proper use but how use recommendations of the products had changed over time (for example the siding of the house was correctly installed for when the house was constructed, but Jesse was also familiar with how current best practices had evolved over time). Jesse expertly used tools like a drone and infrared sensor, but also didn't hesitate to crawl into the crawl space, attic, etc. as needed. The result was a thorough and helpful report! read more

Jesse from Northwest Home Inspectors is Awesome. I bought a new home in January of this year, so I hired Jesse to do my end of warranty inspection. My goal in researching the sea of inspectors was identifying someone that offers infared as part of their package. Long story short, the infared saved me a Ton of money. Jesse's infared along with his water detection identified a leak in my master Bedroom shower. New home owners the minimal investment in Northwest Home Inspection is worth every penny for piece of mind. You don't know what you don't know Thanks again Jesse! read more

WOW!!!!! Currently in escrow on my third home, and attempting to close in three weeks. Straight up NW Home Inspector beats whoever else is out there. His website is better. His scheduling application is better-- its Google Calendar - which was awesome. The report you will get is better. And his price is better. At first I wasn't certain that his price was better. My realtor provided several home inspector options to me and NW Home Inspector appeared to be in the middle on price. However, as I reviewed the websites of the other recommended Home Inspectors, it was clear that NW was gonna beat the other guys. The other inspectors my realtor recommended had a lower "base rate" than NW. But they were going to nickel and dime (well $70 - $150 me) for each "added" item. These "added" items were going to add up to well over NW's fee. NW will bring an infrared camera (allows you to see heat distribution, and leaks, behind walls), test every single outlet in the home, every crawlspace, and identify hazards and risks. The other companies were going to charge extra for the infrared camera. And the infrared camera is something you absolutely need as you have no idea what is behind the walls. And buying a home, especially an older home, without knowing that, is a huge risk that can result in significant financial loss -- see my review of REIG in San Diego, CA. NW explained every single item in detail that he noted. This is extremely important as it allowed me to gather an accurate quote on repair or replacement that I then presented the seller. Without NW's assistance, I wouldn't have been able to effectively negotiate my conditions and contingencies for purchase. You might think that, yes what I listed above is what any home inspector would do. I can assure you that it is not. In short pick NorthWest Home Inspector for whatever your needs are. He will provide you with premier service and answer all your questions. if he doesn't know an answer immediately he will respond to you via email promptly that addresses your question or concern. read more

I am happy with the service and the quality of the report. I will use them for future needs.

Jesse was incredible with our home inspection! He was fairly priced, did awesome imaging with his drone, used infrared to make sure there were no gas or water leaks, and was very detailed in his inspection. He left no stone unturned in our newly constructed home and found issues that others might have looked past. This will be our fourth home we've bought in three states and by FAR Jesse is the absolute best inspector! He was quick in delivering the report and it was extremely thorough! The use of technology from the Google Calendar invites, his technological and cutting edge tools, down to accepting payment with an app was impressive and really convenient. If Yelp had 10 stars I'd give them all to Jesse. read more

If you're looking for a talented, experienced, honest and caring home inspector, Jesse is your guy. Last Friday we had Jesse perform an inspection on a home that we had just gone under contract. The final report was e-mailed to me in less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend Northwest Home Inpector !! read more

Real estate agents provide three inspector references to clients but Jesse is first on my list and the one most chosen after they speak with him and the one most highly reviewed after we use him. He simply knows how to cover all aspects of the home inspection process efficiently, provides my clients with results they can easily understand, excellent customer service and I appreciate his patience as some of my clients will actually follow him around during his inspection and he is patient with them even as I know it slows him down. He's so good I used him for my personal inspection and because of his advice avoided a bad housing fit. Part of me would like to keep him more secret since I want to be able to use him whenever but just look at his reviews... His services are well known and reviews speak for themselves. read more
