We agreed to an estimate based on a representation made at the time of the estimate that 2 people would be working at our home for Pressure Washing for 6 to 8 hours. (The amount quoted made sense in light of a 12 to 16 hour estimated project.)   In actuality, one person came and completed the job in less than three hours. They tried to represent otherwise, but our security cameras documented the truth. The owner of the company doubled-down and made a ton of excuses about the basis for the estimate, and in our opinion, proceeded with a lack of integrity and fairness (not to mention the work was not done very well). They were not even willing to consider a reduction in price and continued to misrepresent their method and the services actually provided. We paid the invoice because we did not want the headache, but I do not recommend PROCARE for any work. read more

Bernadette in Customer Service is amazing both when she booked my pressure washing appointment this past summer. Cole showed up and worked tirelessly all day and did an amazing job with stubborn moss. Bernadette then booked my gutter and roof cleaning with added moss treatment this past week. Jose showed up and did another great and thorough job paying attention to details that I pointed out. He went above and beyond to clean up the debris around my home afterwards. Pro Care Window cleaning is amazing. I have used Andy's company for years, when it was just Andy as the sole person. Everyone who works for Pro Care are very professional, and they make your windows sparkle. They also do a great job pressure washing as well as cleaning gutters. Repeat customer. Initially hired Pro Care to remove moss from roof, treated and clean gutters. Pro Care was highly recommended by neighbors. Used them several times now, each time the staff was professional, on time and did a great job. Did a terrific job cleaning up afterwards. Subsequent times I used Pro Care to clean the gutters and just recently had them do a moss prevention treatment. Pro Care did such a great "first time" job that I am only needing minimal roof cleaning. I will continue to used them for the gutters regularly as it is needed more often here in the PNW. I received an online estimate in about an hour. It was less than a week for the work to be scheduled. The workperson showed up on time. He did a great job. No pressure washing (which is bad for roof shingles I've been told). Cleaned the moss off the roof, spread moss preventative, used a blower to clean the gutters, hosed down the side of the house and blew off the sidewalk. I think they did a great job. First time needing roof (moss) cleaning. ProCare was recommended by my neighbor across the street. They had done her roof and she said they were professional and had excellent customer service. I'd called them and was able to get a written estimate that same day and scheduled it. The person who came out was very nice, professional and followed COVID precautions. I had moss removal, moss prevention/containment treatment and gutter cleaning. Price was on par with market rate in area. Definitely will recommend and use them again. read more

Hmm, I haven't had the opportunity to experience the quality of service. I contacted them for roof and gutter cleaning. Response came quickly, but contained the following message: "Thank you so much for your estimate request submission. Unfortunately, your roof is too steep for us to safely walk & work on. I'm sorry that we can't accommodate your request." That's an answer I wouldn't expect to hear from a professionals advertising roof moss and gutter cleaning as part of their services. read more

I had my windows cleaned in a new place I was moving into. Technician Andrew was so nice and detailed. Made my windows gleam like new. I must add it was raining off and on. Andrew also gave me tips on how to keep them clean and pointed out some defects with my windows. I was quoted higher on the phone but when they came out for the job Andrew noted it was quoted to high for the actual work and corrected the invoice. Appreciate the quality care and honesty. I've relied on ProCare for a couple of years now for pressure washing my driveway, and cleaning my gutters. They are great -- easy to work with, responsive, thorough, and reasonably priced. They email me about once a quarter when they have other work in my neighborhood, which is great for me because then I can check to see if I need anything done. (This also keeps me from forgetting about the gutters until after an annual snowstorm when they're clogged with ice and collapsing - not that I'm admitting that I've done this prior to using ProCare or anything...). read more

I've found him and his team to be very responsive, very professional and to always do a great, quality job at a competitive price. We've used Pro Care for roof/gutter cleaning, window washing and most recently to hang Christmas lights (look amazing, perfectly installed). I needed pressure washing for my deck before I stained it. ProCare was prompt and showed up on time, did the job fairly quickly, had knowledge on how to pressure wash a deck the correct way! Second time I used this company. First time no incident. This week the guy generally did ok, but shortly after he left I noticed he missed a key window - the window right over kitchen sink. With the window closed, it wasn't obvious because the screen obscured the dirt. But with the window open , it was obvious he had not removed the screen and not cleaned the window. It was very dirty and one of the most conspicuous windows in the house - a tough one to miss really. But no big deal I thought - a mistake can happen. I emailed office about noon, and said if he's still in neighborhood maybe he could stop back, or if not, just give me a credit on the bill (I didn't ask for an amount) and I'd clean that one window myself. I got a prompt response that they preferred to come back and make it right rather than a credit - and the guy would be back that afternoon, or possibly the next day. No one came that afternoon, so I assumed then someone would come the next morning. By 11a no one had come or called or emailed, so I asked and they said he'd be there between 11a and 2p. Ok, but it's like waiting for the cable guy. I don't want to be here all day. At 1:30p I get emailed that the guy is running a little late, but it won't be much after 2p. At 2:30p, I am called and told its going to be more like 4:30p. At that point, I just said Forget it - I'll do it myself. Which I did , easily, and should have just done from the beginning. My issue is not that a window was missed - it was that they kept me waiting around the house for a day and a half basically. When I got the bill, they deducted a whole $10. (From $195 to $185). I got a long rambling voice mail of apology (literally a 3 minute voicemail.) The person said he misunderstood - that because I asked for a 30 minute call before they came, that he thought that meant any time would be ok. No, I asked for the 30 minute call because they were giving me 3-4 hour windows (which they did not make.) He also said he thought it didn't matter because it was an outside window, and they could just do that with no one home. But I have dogs - and I can't just have someone go to the yard - I had never given impression it was ok just to go to my yard without me home. He also said usually a window wasn't really missed when a customer claimed it was, but rather its a fogged window with a broken seal. Definitely not the case on my window - I cleaned it myself easily. Finally, to their credit, he did say I should just pay them whatever I thought was fair. However I paid the entire invoice. The work itself was done fine (except for the one missed window.) For the initial appointment, the guy was on time (within the two hour window promised.) My complaint was only about keeping me waiting around so long over one missed window which I suggested right off the bat they not come back for, and just give me a credit. Had they just given me the $10 credit first thing and not said they'd come back, I would have been fine with it. It was they who were insistent they wanted to come back, but then it became a fiasco of them failing to do so. read more

We had Andy and his team wash exterior of our 3 story town home, inside and outside of the yard fence, windows and skylights. They did an outstanding job. The house looks amazing, fence and the balcony are like new and we can finally see through our windows. It was very easy to communicate (I submitted a request for a quote online, Andy got back to me in a day), they made sure that everything is done as we want it and it was very affordable.
