However, during the paint job, it ended up costing us more than some of the other quotes that we received. I would have been still fine with this, only if the finished job was up to the standards that was promised to us. Unfortunately it was not. During the inspection, John agreed that part of the exterior trim near a tree needed to be fixed properly (he even mentioned bringing a ladder to reach it). That repair was never completed, and the very first rain after the job caused new water damage inside my home -- the exact problem we were trying to prevent. I trusted that the repair followed by the paint job was done properly, but as you can see from the pictures this was not the case. When I raised the issue, John insisted the work was done as scoped, rather than acknowledging that the problem area had been overlooked. His email response was more focused on defending the paperwork than on taking responsibility or offering a meaningful fix. I paid in full (in fact, more than the initial quote, effectively higher than what I would have paid if I had hired some of the other contractors) but ended up getting a lower quality job. Despite trusting that the work had been done properly. It's disappointing to discover that wasn't the case and now I have to go through the additional hassle of not only fixing the exterior but also the new damages caused to the interior. Based on this experience, I would not hire John again or recommend Pecks Property Pro LLC for repair or painting work. Attention to detail and accountability were clearly lacking.

He is meticulous but also finished the job ahead of his initial estimated schedule, and it shows that he takes great pride in his work. I will rate 0 if i can. I have been house owner over 6 years…read morein Seattle and 14 years in United States. That's the worst customer service ever. 1. Set up time for the estimation. He came in on time. He and his team just go to roof and start to blow the dirt to the ground and my outdoor furniture setup. (I assume he should remind us that he will blow dirt down and move some setup early) 2. I agree blindly for the blow and treatment for $380 ($200 for blow and $180 for put remove powder on roof). Especially he mention the cost of roof powder is $100 per gal. After 30 mins work. I still see many moss shows on top roof.I just double check the moss treatment. He is just out of patient. He said that's how do the roof service for over 20 years and he already explain to me 20 times and said you can look for other next time. After i told him that i am not happy about his service and might post what he do in internet. He is pissed off. He pointed to my security camera and continue saying he would sue me if i post any video online. Stay in my driveway until i pay him. Note: 1. I actually get other online offer for $226 for removal/Blow off and apply treatment. However.His strategy works for me (During the estimate, blow the dirty to the ground). 2. Be honest, I don't even know how to handle that. I don't know why a service company will treat his customer like that. Again, I would definitely not use this company anymore. When I provide my feedback on his work, he just told me to give him money rudely and ask me to go for other company next time. That's the reason I said please be nice, if not, I will post video to tiktok. (Again, I just want him to be professional) Then he is pissed off and go directly to me and point the finger to security camera and me (I don't use phone camera for recording) and said he will sue me and balabala madly. Actually I feel threatened by him when he walk quickly toward me. That's why i ask "what, you look like want to punch me? " 3. At the end, I calm down and pay him the money. That's it. * Does the customer have the right to complain if his work is not good? * Does the professional service should tell the customer that i answer your question 20 times, just pay me money and go for other company if you are not satisfy. * Why he felt so pissed off when i ask him to be nice otherwise i post video to TikTok. ( You knew that you are not nice and professional when you talked to me) I don't satisfy his work and attitude at all.
