I will rate 0 if i can. I have been house owner over 6 years in Seattle and 14 years in United States. That's the worst customer service ever. 1. Set up time for the estimation. He came in on time. He and his team just go to roof and start to blow the dirt to the ground and my outdoor furniture setup. (I assume he should remind us that he will blow dirt down and move some setup early) 2. I agree blindly for the blow and treatment for $380 ($200 for blow and $180 for put remove powder on roof). Especially he mention the cost of roof powder is $100 per gal. After 30 mins work. I still see many moss shows on top roof.I just double check the moss treatment. He is just out of patient. He said that's how do the roof service for over 20 years and he already explain to me 20 times and said you can look for other next time. After i told him that i am not happy about his service and might post what he do in internet. He is pissed off. He pointed to my security camera and continue saying he would sue me if i post any video online. Stay in my driveway until i pay him. Note: 1. I actually get other online offer for $226 for removal/Blow off and apply treatment. However.His strategy works for me (During the estimate, blow the dirty to the ground). 2. Be honest, I don't even know how to handle that. I don't know why a service company will treat his customer like that. Again, I would definitely not use this company anymore. Reply to owner's reply: 1. i don't have any back fence contract work after I bought the house. I don't know how he get that contract information. 2. When I provide my feedback on his work, he just told me to give him money rudely and ask me to go for other company next time. That's the reason I said please be nice, if not, I will post video to tiktok. (Again, I just want him to be professional) Then he is pissed off and go directly to me and point the finger to security camera and me (I don't use phone camera for recording) and said he will sue me and balabala madly. Actually I feel threatened by him when he walk quickly toward me. That's why i ask "what, you look like want to punch me? " 3. At the end, I calm down and pay him the money. That's it. * Does the customer have the right to complain if his work is not good? * Does the professional service should tell the customer that i answer your question 20 times, just pay me money and go for other company if you are not satisfy. * Why he felt so pissed off when i ask him to be nice otherwise i post video to TikTok. ( You knew that you are not nice and professional when you talked to me) I don't satisfy his work and attitude at all. read more

Jeff the owner of Clearview was super responsive when I reached out to see if he could help me clean external windows/screens for a 3-story townhome that pretty much was somewhat neglected in external cleaning for the past years. What I appreciated was that Jeff was prompt and very communicative throughout the whole process from providing an estimate to actually cleaning the place. He lets you know what he is up to and follows up with what he said he would do in a timely manner. Very highly reliable! On the day of cleaning, Jeff let me know ahead of time right before he's coming to confirm his appointment again. He showed up on time per his previous communications and went straight to work independently and reliabky once I showed him all the windows/glass doors at my place. I appreciated that he didn't judge me either for some of the windows being way less than clean stage! :) He even took additional time to help clean some spots on my window even thougg it was internal dirt and outside of his scope...talk about him being OCD with cleanliness! It's like a houseowneer's dream to have somebody like Jeff who cared to help! :) Jeff was friendly and pleasant to work with. His estimate was on point...no surprise! Jeff and Elvin did an AMAZING job power washing our driveway, stairs, walkways, and the retaining walls. I should of taken a before picture, but imagine my driveway with piles and piles of green moss. Now, everything looks PRISTINE, super clean, like new condition. Very friendly and respectful too! Jeff arrived just after 10am in the morning. He is both friendly and professional and super skilled at his work!!! He pressure washed the back deck then did all of the screens and washed all windows on the 2nd and 1st floors of our home; 23 windows in all! Then cleaned the gutters just in time for the raining season. He also placed moss repellant on the roof to help protect it. He completed the job and the windows and screens all look amazing!!! The house is ready for the winter season. He charges affordable prices that we can have our house cleaned every 6 months!!! He will be our maintenance man for the house for years. read more

I have hired Jeff a few times now and couldn't be happier with the results. He's super conscientious, goes out of his way to make the windows spotless. He even goes around with a little rag after the main washing, looking for little spots that might be left over. I have hired Jeff for years. When I used to live in a large house, he came out and did windows and gutter cleaning, and did a GREAT job, and now I live in a building, but I still hire him for my business office. I have huge floor-to ceiling windows and he cleaned them all perfectly, inside & out. Jeff is the type of guy you wish there were more of in this world. A truly nice, trustworthy guy, and a total expert at the job. I would trust him to do ANY type of home exterior maintenance from windows, gutters, roof cleaning, pressure washing, etc.. And he's not someone who just comes out to clean and then forgets about you. He's who you will want to have back at your home season after season, he actually follows up with his customers, which, as a really busy person myself, I appreciate because I would never get around to scheduling it myself so he makes it happen.
