Ferdi Exteriors was in my top three choices going into contacting folks based off the reviews prior. When I actually got talking to JD, his knowledge and care for what he wanted for our home shown through immediately. His estimate for our metal roof was very competitive to others we received, so that combined with my earlier statement made us go with Ferdi. The work itself took about a week and the end result was excellent. The crew also made their best efforts to keep the property cleaned up, so forgive any few little bits left behind.

We started to experience granule loss on our roof that was installed in late 2005. That roof came with a 30-year warranty, but it didn't survive more than 18 years. I wanted to file a warranty claim, but the manufacturer required me to pull out a shingle as a sample, which I hesitated to do so. I don't know any lay person would be willing to pull out a shingle with some simple instructions. Even most handymen I talked to hesitated to take on such a job. When I was still figuring out what to do with the roof warranty, a big storm came to accelerate my re-roofing project. We got a leak on the roof, and the water came into our attic, and then our master closet. Yikes! I realized that I had to re-roof as soon as possible, so I decided to hire a roofer who could help me with the warranty claim. I got some recommendations from my neighbors, colleagues, and friends, and I started to call around. Rock Roofing wasn't on the list of the recommendations. However, because of that big storm, one highly recommended roofer declined to come to give me an estimate as they had got too much work, so they referred me to Rock Roofing. Colt at Rock Roofing was amazing. When I explained to him what I needed to file a warranty claim, he just volunteered to help without getting my promise to sign the contract. He then went ahead to pull out a shingle for me, and he also tarped the roof to protect my roof from the rain. When he was measuring my roof, he was able to identify the leak and just repaired on that spot. To be honest, when he told me that he had fixed the leak, I was skeptical. I also had other roofers come to give me estimates, but most of them couldn't even tell what caused the leak, so how could Colt identify the cause and fix easily?! It turned out that he did fix the leak. Before he came, we had a funnel system to direct the water from the roof to a big barrel. We always got lots of rain in the barrel. Since he came, we didn't get any more water in the barrel. Colt also helped me take many necessary photos for the warranty claim. Because my old roofing contract didn't specify the size of the roof, and the aerial roofing measurement didn't work due to the surrounding tall trees, Colt drew a roof sketch with detailed measurements for me to present to the manufacturer, who accepted the sketch and processed my warranty claim. He even did all these things during his vacation time. I really appreciated his assistances and efforts. I got total 4 bids for my roof. By comparing the same materials, Rock Roofing's price was the lowest. I normally don't take the lowest bid, because sometimes low bid just means low quality of work or poor customer services. I reviewed the contract closely and asked many questions. Colt was very patient with me, and he responded to my questions quickly. His explanation was very clear and easy to understand. Later I came to Yelp and realized that Colt had been highly praised in many reviews. Therefore, I decided to move forward with Rock Roofing. During the roofing process, the workers arrived on time and cleaned up after work. The work was completed on schedule. The next day after the work complete, one Rock Roofing staff came to do a thorough clean up, including the moss on my driveway. Colt came to walk me through the work to make sure that I was satisfied with every detail, and he also explained to me how the roofing system worked. I am very happy with Rock Roofing and Colt's exceptional services. I would highly recommend Rock Roofing if you need any roofing services.

We recently bought a house that was built in 2000. We weren't sure if the roof was the original one…read morefrom 2000. We got a roof replacement quote from one company with the cheapest option being $22,000. We wanted multiple quotes so, after looking at Yelp reviews, we contacted Cornerstone Roofing. Mike (from Cornerstone) came today to give us a quote. After getting up on the roof, he came down and let us know that our roof looks great and does not need to be replaced. He explained what materials he saw that showed it was a newer roof and listed all the features that were put in when it was replaced. He gave us the name of the shingle company and let us know we probably still had a warranty through them. He even followed up after he came, saying he looked up satellite images and the roof was probably replaced in 2016/2017. I had already contacted the shingle company to ask about the warranty and, Mike was right, the roof had been replaced in 2016. We now have a warranty we can use if an issue with our roof comes up and we know that we do not need to replace our roof for many years. Mike saved us a minimum of $22,000. I can't speak to the quality of Cornerstone Roofing's work (only because we didn't end up needing it) but I can speak to the honesty, integrity and knowledge of their employees.

Orca was NOT the cheapest option nor the most expensive option, they ended up being middle of the road. I decided to go with them because Chris was VERY THOROUGH and explained EVERYTHING to me. The crew came out and knocked it out of the park, literally took them 2.5 days and it was done. This was back in June 2025, we are currently in the heart of winter and have had some serious rainy days and EVERYTHING's been GREAT, NO LEAKS, NO ISSUES! Fast forward to February 2026, I was so impressed by their service and workmanship I called them when the roof at my own house started to leak. (The leak was NOT because of age but the shotty workmanship from our builder Connor Homes.) I spoke to Chris again and he set me up with Peter. Peter and crew came out and temporarily covered my roof until they are able to get me in the books. Peter and crew came back in about a week and took care of my roof.
