I rented a 8ft x 10ft unit with West Coast Storage from October 2020-Feb 2021 and had nothing short of a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and the monthly rates are super reasonable. The building is clean, in a safe area, and secured with passcode entry at the front door and elevators. I used a professional moving company for my move and they had no problem getting in and out of the facilities. Would definitely recommend using West Coast Self Storage! 5/5 experience Lastly, special thanks to Remy on the Management Team! She followed up with me after my departure to ensure my account was closed and that I enjoyed using their services. Remy made my rental particularly pleasant. Thanks for all of your help! read more

Scam scam scam Got an online deal which was not bad for a 5x5 room. When arrived found out it's only good for 3 months and after that going 2 times higher. I mean WTF??? Take your business somewhere else UPDATE: The manager replied saying it's a web offer good for 3 months and even when the price doubles it's still a good price. Find the attached screenshot - their websites never mentions the 3 months deal, 5x5 room goes up to $76 per month which is the worst price around, you can get a 5x10 at the storage next door read more

They will increase the price very frequently. I have a very small unit there, a size of a closet 5' x 10'. It started from $60. Now they are charging $220/month. read more

Originally intended to rent a storage unit here but my plans suddenly changed so I had to cancel. Remy, the training manager, was super helpful throughout the process. She gave me a thorough tour and explanation of the facility. When I had to cancel my reservation, she was also very understanding of my circumstances and graciously helped me. If I were to ever rent a storage unit in the future, it would definitely be here! read more

The storage facility is clean and bright. Easy to access. The onsite manager, Remy, is very nice and helpful. Very pleasant experience.

I have been renting storage units from WCSS for several years now and I appreciate the clean facility and long access hours. The prices are appropriate for what you are getting in my opinion. This last weekend, I used their moving truck for the first time to move a couch out of the storage unit to my place. Remy and Mike were friendly and very helpful in processing the reservation and answering some billing-related questions. read more

The storage unit we got was so clean. We loved the location an how safely it is to get in. We had other storage units that have been broken into but with West Coast Self-Storage we felt secured about our things. read more

So the first time I went to WCSS Bellevue, I was actually looking for a place closer to where I live. The manager Remy recommend me to one of the location over Columbia city. In my opinion she was very friendly and was professional. I live close to Seattle so i went there, the office wasn't really organized. The outside was messy. The female employee opened door for me. i would say she was rude, i don't think she knows what she is doing. Well, I decided to drive extra 20 minutes back to bellevue location. Eamon was very nice, friendly, know what he is doing, listing out all the options along with map. And much more clean and organized office. Eamon also told us about the trunks. I think he really helped me a lot more. I strongly recommended Bellevue location, make my moving process way easier. read more

WEST Coast Self Storage I would give this place a big zero if I could. Never in all my life have I had to deal with such disrespectful, rude, lying, backstabbing and dishonest management or people for that matter. I did the whole process online because I work more hours than there open, And let me tell you, the managers with the self-storage did not like that one little bit. To think that you can actually rent a unit without them is just too much for their pea brains to handle. They make-up rules as they go along. They actually turned off the breaker to my unit along with others and made me move in in darkness Just so I had to come to them and for them to say "Well we need to look-in your unit Then they case your unit and my guess is sell the information because if you don't let them in, they call the police, which do nothing because your not breaking any laws. and tell them they want you off the property and don't give you a chance) to get your stuff what a scam This in not a place or people that you want to get involved with And if you have anything of value anything at all, you WILL lose it if you store here. After trying to get ahold of the corporate owners and let the know of the dishonest business practices and the shere lurecy of the management. They locked me out afteri d been there 3 weeks and said its because i didnt have a sign lease and I needed to sign one, So i signed then that very day they try and through me out for breaking rules that I had just signed a lease to. I was supposed to be at a family event with my kids in Portland but because of greed and rudeness cf the management I had to miss it. I'm 65 years old, dont have alot of events like this left. Quick process and super helpful staff! We stopped by without an appointment and Remy was able to help us right away and was very kind and professional. It's our first time renting a storage room for my fiancé and I and the process was smooth and straightforward. The facility is very clean, great security and many units. We were shown multiple units that fit our need and left 20 min later with a storage room. Thank you WCSS! read more

West Coast Self-Storage Bellevue - Self Storage Near Me - Bellevue, Washington

I had a really good experience. Met Collin and he is a nice guy. Based on my needs, he suggested me the suitable storage spaces, showed me couple of them. These are new units and in pristine condition. And the facility seemed secure compared to most other places. In no time I walked out with set of new keys, feeling good that I rented here. It was fast, quick and I like it. I definitely recommend stopping by (and I am sure you will like it too). read more

I rented a storage unit for a period of 7 months. The on-site manager Jacqueline Peters, is not friendly and in my opinion very lazy. I could go in about a number of failures but, I will limit my comments to this. I spoke with her prior to vacating my storage unit. I informed her I would vacate my unit but for a brief period I may consider getting a larger unit while in the process of moving. On the day I vacated she advised me I had to give a 10 day written notice and even then, the company does not give prorated refunds on the monthly fee. Read the contract! Bad business! read more

Very nice and clean secure facility with easy access and COVERED access which is great on a rainy day. Sean Bala the assistant manager was very informative and helpful and made my decision to choose this place easy! For what you are getting the prices are wonderful. Perks are that it's indoors and heated, so no dirt or spiders! read more

Collin is a very rude, he does not know how to provide customer service. Uses profanity when speaking with customers, complains that he has to work on a Saturday, like really dude? i don't need to know that. Approaches you with a very sour attitude about the carts, i was using three of them and he told me to hurry?? I will never use this company again, worst customer service experience in my life, after i was done i walked to the front desk and asked for the regional or district managers email to write a complaint on him he rudely told me to leave his office "NOW". read more

WEST COAST STORAGE At BELLEVUE IS A BAD BUSINESS! They promised for new people to use their moving truck for free as you sign up for a storage unit. THEY LIED!!! The broken truck is parked at their front door for months. NEVER REPAIRED. NEVER ALLOW PEOPLE TO USE. They said it is broken because someone put diesel instead of gasoline in it and broke it. But, it has been months and months ago when they said that, and the truck was never repaired since. THEY LIED about letting people use the truck for free when moving in. They don't understand how difficult it is when someone needs to move big stuff into the storage. Other nearby storage companies have a truck for their customers to use- whether free or paid. But West Coast Storage at Bellevue has no truck. Just a broken truck parking there that they don't even care to fix for many many months!!! read more

Easy access. The facility is very clean, well lit, temperature controlled and security conscious. Covered access to avoid unloading in the rain, loading carts to help move you stuff. Both Sean and Kassy were very informative and helpful in the signup and move in process. Coffee and bottled water available if you want to stop in and say hello. Reasonably priced moving boxes and materials available if you need them read more

I can't recommend this location highly enough. We ended up only renting here for a couple of months, but we'll be back. We've used many self-storage locations before, in a variety of cities, and this was our best experience EVER. From the moment we walked in the door the staff took great care of us. The manager was pleasant and helpful and offered good suggestions. Signing up was easy. The location itself is new, clean, secure, well maintained and easy to access. We have also bumped into other tenants all of whom had the same experience and the same positive stories to tell. Next time we need storage - we'll be coming straight back here. read more

With our elders aging out of living independently in their own home, we had a need for storage for the time being. Having too much stuff that you can't bear to part with and can't fit in your own facilities is definitely a first world problem, and I'm actually embarrassed that I've come to this. That said, West Coast has accommodated us quite well. They have a good selection of sizes of space, the security seems good, and the climate and humidity controls seem to work. Here in the Pacific Northwet your stuff will be destroyed by dampness in short order without the climate control. This month they had a flooding incident when water from the sprinklers leaked into the first and lower floors. We got a call, and moved our stuff up a floor. It was a PITA to be sure, but we got a price break on rental and a free month for our trouble. Our stuff is now above ground, and it gets hotter on the second floor, but no water intrusion. The guy said they made it through our very wet winter with no leakage, but something clearly happened below the soil line that they're going to have to dig out and fix. All hours accessibility, carts to move your stuff, and the security make this a good option for what it is. read more
