Every box I open has been nested in! I'm going to have to throw away hats that are stained with urine and silicone baking dishes that have holes eaten through them. I've had to use storage units before in my moves but this is a new experience for me with the rodents. It's disgusting and hazardous.

Each time I needed a new unit I was able to get in contact with the manager Rick by phone or email and he was prompt, courteous, accommodating and efficient. When I say that he takes care of his customers! There is not enough stars to give him. I believe as I grew my small business he (Rick) saw the need for the demand and eventually helped me transfer into a 10x30 unit. I can go to this location at any time that it is open (until 10p) and always feel safe and secure. The ground are well kept and clean. I've never had any safety concerns while there and you get a sense of who's who. If there are any concerns Rick is always available to check in with and he will address. It shouldn't be a big deal, but when you're spending 2-5 hours moving in and out it makes a difference (Beatles, classic rock, 80s and 90s). But THE BEST PART is that they have a moving truck you can reserve/use any time you need it for as many times as you need it! Seriously, free moving truck? The storage unit literally pays for itself compared to the cost of a moving truck. I have absolutely nothing bad I can say about this place. Even the bathroom was always clean.

I did rent a unit at another storage facility less than a mile away from Redmond Mini Storage that was not a great experience. Also paid much more for a unit with many price hikes at the other more "corporate" place for a very small unit. Could rarely get any answer but "no" or "I don't know" there when I reached out. Victor & Redmond Mini Storage is the exact opposite of the other place. Has very fair prices, move in discounts, clean, secure, and well lit. After 6+ years of paying a fortune for a 5'x10' unit (now $180/month, increasing to $212 as of…read more6/1/2023) it was time to move out. Arrived 4/25 with a rental vehicle to do so but the elevator was out of order and apparently had been for a few days. To avoid paying the next month's rent, we had to vacate the unit by EOD 4/30. When we called to check the status of the elevator that day, we were told it was still out of order. Our unit is located on the 3rd floor of a notably large building...at least 500-600 units. There is ONE elevator for the entire building and TWO stairwells on the far end of each side. Only one stairwell is accessible from the outside. Needless to say, moving the items out of the unit without an elevator would've required assistance of at least two other able-bodied people, which was not possible. Although we contacted management, sure enough, we were charged for the entire amount as of May 2. A classic example of a business causing their customer to suffer from what is their--and only their--mistake.
