So my experience is only renting trucks, not storage. I got a truck rental online the night before…read morebecause from past experience I know budget per mile rates are way cheaper than uhaul. They called that morning to confirm when I'd come get the truck, informed me of their hours (my pick up time was close to closing), and told me when to avoid to not have to wait long. I went to get the truck and had no paperwork hassles, they didn't even push the optional insurance because my car insurance (State Farm) covers it. I was quickly on my way with my truck. So far I was very happy with their service. The truck itself was in good condition for the mileage and worked fine. So I return it, check my credit card a few days later and my bill was high and no receipt ever sent. I called them and they over billed my mileage (good thing I had an odometer pic). They claimed the form was hard to read (it was) and I saw a refund a few days later. Still I'm suspicious given the number of reviews claiming they were over billed. And still I'd probably use them again because they're all bad! Just remember to take photos of the fuel receipt, odometer, and vehicle condition to protect yourself - I do this every time I rent a car or truck.

I started googling "moving app" and bellhops was the first to pop up. OMG. LIFESAVERS. They were immediately in contact with me, and told me it was going to be tough on such late notice but they were there working hard to find someone. It was stressful, but they called me an hour before the time scheduled and said they had 2 guys for me! The price is well worth it and these people really know what they are doing. Our big studio took about 2 hours to load into the small uhaul and about 45 mins to unload at our new place. They moved all of the big furniture and didn't leave a scratch on anything! I have recommended this service to all my friends and co workers because it is more than worth it! Thanks for finding me great movers in less than 24 hrs and being so professional and letting me pay with a card/tip on the card also! Great great service!

Terrible communication. I almost changed my mind about them, but then was contacted by a…read more"supervisor" who was very responsive before the move. The originating move from Texas was fine. The trucker turned out to be a complete liar, which we learned when so much of our stuff was waterlogged. Good thing the movers at our final destination (Washington state) took video of water pouring into the truck in the rain. During the move into our new place I tried to get hold of Bellhop via phone (AI assistant- super annoying, didn't result in a call for 5-6 hours) and text. They completely dropped the ball. By a miracle, our stuff arrived in ok shape, even though the boxes were soaked. I only filed a claim for an expensive linen lampshade, even though we did end up with some scratches on the furniture. Just got back the claim result: they are offering me ONE DOLLAR AND TWENTY CENTS. My annoyance and disgust with this company is very, very high. Awful.

If I could give 10 starts I would!…read more This was one of the best SERVICE experiences I've had in years, never mind the moving part, just the entire thing. Sam was great at getting me all the info I needed at the start, then the very cool Zoom estimating process where I walked Simon through my house with my phone showing him video of each room and what was going. Within 30minutes I had an estimate that was at least 50% less than I was expecting and they send you the MAX PRICE, not what it might be, but the max it can be based on time allotted with ZERO hidden fees. No extra cost for wrapping, no extra fees for blanket use, none of the BS most every other moving company had. I hate getting surprise costs or getting nickel and dimed so I LOVED this! Then got a few reminders as we got closer to the move and was told they would be arriving between 8am and 9am, which in my service experiences means 9am at the earliest and likely 9:30 or later, but nope, they text me they were on their way and were there about 8:05am. Five guys, two trucks, ready to get to work. All very nice guys that worked together very well as a team! They were super accommodating, very diligent (wrapping everything very securely with blankets and clear wrap), took apart everything for no additional charge (even an annoying four poster bed), took care of a very heavy piano and stand up freezer. Used straps and ramps and dolly's and handtrucks as needed, all while being very careful with floors, walls, stair rails, etc. They then went around at the end and asked about every other item I hadn't pointed out like planters and tools and other things that they gladly took for me. On the other end they were equally as protective and diligent and were great about taking direction for both me and my wife as to where to put things, and put everything back together, cut away the wrapping and took it away with them, and got unloaded in no time. It was a long day for those guys but they handled it so well and I was just so impressed 10 out of 10, have already recommended this company to others and will continue to do so!

We had asked the general manager, Alexander to open an insurance claim so our contractor could make repairs but he refused. Instead he has twice given us insurance information with the expectation that we open our own claims. In both cases, the insurance provided did not apply to home damage and has resulted in weeks in delays. We cannot rent or sell our home until the repairs are complete. It has now been 80 days since Pure Moving damaged our home and we are no closer to getting them to take responsibility for the damage they have admitted they caused. Our next steps are to engage state officials, including the attorney general, as it appears they do not carry liability insurance for damage to your property. I will be editing this review with a link to a website with full history and documentation for anyone interested. In the interim, BEWARE! Our family has suffered greatly for putting our trust in Pure Moving's ability to handle the move, and to be responsible for their actions.

Although she was told that we did not need their services as we had already decided on another company she visited multiple times to hard sell her services. She would not take no for an answer and it was to the level of harassment. After she was told no for the final time, we received a call from Washington L&I regarding a call they received about improper asbestos-related work in our home. We had already tested the home to confirm that there was no asbestos related materials. This resulted in additional work and headache for us to refute this false report. During this disastrous time for me and my family, most of the people we have interacted with have been extremely helpful and understanding. It is unfortunate that there are some people out there who want to take advantage of our misfortune. I do not want an apology or any contact from your business. I want you to stop doing this to people, especially people who are trying to recover from a disaster. P.S. if you are an employee of this business, know that we have video monitoring of our property including of your visits. It will be difficult for you to pretend that you did not continue visiting our home even after you were told no repeatedly. I also filed an information request from the county to confirm the person who falsely reported us for having asbestos related work in our home. It was indeed someone from Superior Contents. These are people who retaliated against us after a natural disaster because we would not hire them when they showed up UNSOLICITED to our home.
