Management (Jacob Davis) gave minimal help and zero constructive follow-up. When we followed up a week later, Jacob turned hostile and then issued an eviction notice based on a completely fabricated claim of improper conduct in the facility--with no video evidence or proof ever provided. Even according to their policy, public storage would charge me the extra month of Oct, I should still pay at most 6 months. Now things become weird. 1) I got a $1/month promotion at the beginning, but it disappeared. 2) The rate was always $149, but when I moved out, it suddenly raised to $193. So I ended up paying more than than 6 months according to the weird way of calculation. And if I did not get the promotion, I would end up paying over 7 months for 5 months 6 days. I'd avoid public storage as much as possible.
