I was very disappointed with the service I received at Pine Lake Mail Post. I have been a loyal customer for years and always had a pleasant experience when I returned my online purchases via UPS. They would accept my pre-printed labels and items with a smile and a friendly chat. I arrived with a medium sized box and motorcycle tire (brand new tire not dirty etc), and labels. The "welcome" I received was very cantankerous as to how I dare bring that in here and "we don't do that". I had to take a step back as I felt like very embarrassed in front of my daughter and other patrons. I don't know what changed, but I will not be going back to Pine Lake Mail Post anytime soon. They have lost my trust and respect. read more

I had a package sent here for a hold as I was out of town for an extended period of time. The standard hold period I believe was 10 days so I called in to ask if they would be able to hold it an additional week until I returned into town. They were super friendly and accommodating and when I got in, I was surprised to find that they also sold little gifts and Knick knacks inside as well! read more

I am so glad I discovered Mail Post just around the block - it saves me so much time from having to go to the Post office to send letters and packages, is a cheaper / closer option to renting a PO Box, is a safe place to receive mail /packages, and the staff there is super friendly and helpful - they always greet me with a smile and know me by name. The only thing that is sometimes inconvenient is that the hours are not always correct online vs in reality - especially when it comes with holidays, so sometimes I can access my mailbox but not the main area or always get my packages in the same visit, but overall, super happy with this local business. They have nice stationary and "Hallmark" type of gifts you can purchase. It's right next to Starbucks and the service was pretty quick. I'm not sure if they charged me an arm and leg though for a priority mail which costed more than what is inside the package. read more

I highly recommend Mail Post as the place to go for a great gift selection and of course all your mailing needs. Sharon and the staff are delightful and always helpful in getting your packages properly wrapped, stamped and sent off. Their gift section is versatile and I always find a little something I can't pass up buying. The card selection is great also and well stocked with a nice variety of cards. Extremely kind and helpful staff. I'm always in and out so quickly (like 5 minutes or less). I will always be a customer here. One time I had to call because I had just been in but forgotten to get the tracking number and they found my package and read off a 22 digit number to me no questions asked/no complaints, again quickly, less than a two minute conversation. Can't rate this place highly enough. Only wish I got the lady's name who helped me to give her a shout out. I've been a customer of this business for several years. Since new ownership has taken over and implemented high service standards and eliminated previous questionable fees, it has become an outstanding example of a local, small business. In the last year I have began renting a Personal Mail Box here and the ownership and staff are nothing short of great. Very conscientious, thoughtful, caring, real people. They send me a text whenever I have a package and their system is very efficient and effective. These are good people. read more

I came in to send a prepaid USPS box to my medical provider. I was told by a very rude, older blonde woman at the location near QFC that it would be a $1. The weight is predetermined/prepaid so I asked why. She said weight, and I responded to never mind and that I would drop it off elsewhere. As I walked to the door, she called after me, "have fun at the post office" in a snippy tone. I let her know I would never be retuning and she made a few more impudent comments with a smug little smile. I would drive into Seattle to mail a box rather than come in to this business ever again. People like her give small businesses a bad reputation. If the owner is clueless enough to hire service people such as this woman, then they don't deserve our business at al. Shameful. read more

I use this place all the time to ship packages and important documents and fine their service to be outstanding. I've used them for over five years and ship at least once a week and never encountered any problems. The people are friendly and their prices seem very reasonable and saves me from having to drive to downtown Issaquah or Redmond. I would highly recommend this place! read more

This has to be the WORST establishment I've ever done business with. The staff is rude and seem to follow random guidelines for charging surcharges and determining what services they provide. "Customer Service" is NONEXISTENT. I tried to drop off a UPS small parcel for return to sender and they told me I would have to call UPS and arrange my own pickup with them directly. They have accepted parcels for return to sender and pre-paid return postage from me in part, sometimes charging me a surcharge, sometimes not. It's just random. read more
